Went there to get brakes fixed which they did fix the back brakes told me front brakes where good 2 days later front car sounded worse took to my mechanic which would have done first if he had an opening said my front brakes where so bad metal on metal and calibers should be replaced as well was more surprised them me at what adirondack tires told me called adirondack back they still insisted I had alot of life on my front brakes and I must have blew a caliber hmmmm thats funny I had no fluid leak or loss and the was stilling running that got me this time ripped me off lesson learned but will never get my business again and Im telling this to anyone and everyone I know do not bring ur vehicles there after talking to some people am being told they too were told parts and repairs needed to be done and after bringing then elsewhere found it to be false they wanted to up the bill to make them pay for unneeded repairs I only gave them 1 star because 0 wasnt an option

I always had a great experience when I bring my car to Adirondack tire. The staff are very friendly and great. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Only go once a yr for my inspection, but Ive been going to this location for around 5 yrs with numerous vehicles. They get me right in and are the only garage that lifts my car properly using its lift pad points. Wouldnt trust taking my Saab anywhere else.

After looking for a local shop for a year it is refreshing to do our repair work here. We have two vehicles that we took to several shops an each place gave us a different estimate of the problems an crazy estimates. The crew at adirondack took the time to do a detailed inspection of our problems an give us estimates on needed repairs an price. They were even honest on a repair they couldnt do. If u want a local shop that actually cares about ur wallet an does the work very good an sticks to their estimate these are the folks. Jr has been very good an provides pictures etc so we can make our repair decisions more accuratly. I highly recommend this shop

Last week I was traveling out of town for work but as soon as I got off the Amsterdam exit my tire pressure went really low. I decided to stop at Adirondack Tire which was near my job so being in a foreign town I was hesitant at first. When I first go there the Manager was so nice and took my car right in the shop to be seen immediately . He told me what was wrong and where I should look to get the tires ( I have a foreign car ) so the tires are hard to find. I looked a few places and finally found a place that carried my front tire. I called the manager back and he was nice enough to fit me in to get my tire on so I can get home which I had to drive over 100 miles!.. The best part about this he made me feel comfortable. He was very reassuring and knowledgeable and added on a few notes that were very helpful to me about other things that I needed work on with my car that I was unaware of. Thank you Adirondack Tire for saving the day! I would recommend this shop to anyone. They turned my bad day into a better day!

We were about 200 miles away from home and ran a flat. We stopped by another shop and they just refilled our air and sent us on our way. The tire went flat again after about an hour and we stopped by here, Adirondack got us into the shop and onto the road with a fixed tire in under an hour. Polite, fast and professional. Overall 5 star service.

Recently, I needed a set of tires and NYS inspection as soon as possible, before I traveled on vacation, and Jeremy made it happen. I appreciate his dedication and continued services. The best place for car repair and service.

Only service shop around willing to go any less than $100 for a front end wheel alignment, which is still pricy, but more affordable than their competitors. Was able to get a scheduled appointment a week out, which was really amazing considering the shop was going through a bit of turmoil due to the staggering number of jobs to the small crew they had on hand. But even through it all, they were professional and calm. I was actually able to get in early, which I didnt expect, but when I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment my car was pulled in about 5 minutes later. And what I expected to take at least an hour, only ended up taking 45 minutes. The only downside I would have to say, is that while I hung around the tv in the waiting room was playing Christmas with the Kranks. I really dont like Christmas movies to start with, and cringe Christmas movies are even worse. So while I did have my phone, I was losing my mind overhearing Tim Allen steal Christmas Trees and battle Christmas Carolers. I think perhaps something the the local news or even a weather channel would have been more preferable. In the end the wheel alignment worked perfectly, and I was driving on the straight and narrow again. Thanks.

Went early this morning requesting immediate inspection for tire and safety issues due to recent faulty body shop repair from another local business who refused to resolve the obvious issues they failed to repair after a months time. Jeremy was very understanding and put the car on the lift right away. His guys did a thorough inspection of all the tires, rims and brakes brought me into the shop to view a badly damaged rim and tire while it spun on a balancer. It was clear the prior damage had never been repaired as it should have been by the body shop on two of the four tires. He did not charge anything for the hour he and his people spent with the car, insisting on a free estimate, and provided good advice moving forward on dealing with the insurance company and body shop. They have won over a new and future customer!

When I was looking for tires, I heard he was at Adirindack tire and called to see what he could do for me. He was friendly and still remembered me even though it had been a couple of years since I saw him. I received good tires at a good price. While I was there I was talking about oil changes and he said they do them also. I come back for oil changes and other repairs as well as my inspection. All of the staff there are very friendly and professional. You feel like family there.

Needed 1 valve stem put in a tire. Went at 730am & the guy told me he had no time to help get my vehicle back on the road. It s funny how 2 guys were relaxing but had so much work to get done. Never again!!

Incredibly poor customer relations. I purchased four new tires from this place less than two and a half WEEKS ago. Yesterday one of them blew out as I was driving up the road. I did not run over anything - the tire just blew out as I was driving.. I have pictures of the hole in the side of the tire. They refused to replace the tire at no cost.... Suggesting that I may have had a slow leak...Uummm HELLO... the tire literally BLEW UP. I was quite obviously sold a faulty tire. I could understand if I had gotten these tires a while ago, but two weeks ago??? Really ridiculous, and I will be contact in corporate because of it. There should be absolutely no question that I should be given another tire at no charge

I went to Adiroundack tire repair for a mufler repair today. Ive been going there for over a year after a friend recommended them to me. I am always very happy wth the service. They are prompt, always discuss the problem and price with me BEFORE they do the work. Ive had oil changes, replaced drive shaft and steering repair done there. In this area its hard to find a mechanic that wont rip you off. These guys are the real deal. They get the job done. I would highly recommend them. Usually a few days wait time to get in, as theyre always busy. Thats a good thing, as they have a Lot of returning customers.
