Over price for minor replacement but got the job done got me back on the road .
So far, im not impressed. My first call was monday. Called again on monday. Told they were going to go ck it out. Called Tuesday morn. Told they got busy, would send someone out that day. Still nothing. Called wednesday. Son wasnt sure what father had said or done. Would talk to him and get back to me. Nope. Called Thursday they said they looked at it. Would have to tow it back to shop. This is now monday 1 week after original call. Once again told me they would get it today. I know things can get busy. But if you tell a customer your going to do something today, then do it. Why 1 week later am I still waiting? Ill give them til wednesday, only because im working and have the day off Thursday, then im calling someone else. Good luck getting what i owe so far. All they have is my phone number and first name. I'll do as they did. Today!!
That's one of the best shops in the area, highly recommended for in shop repairs or road calls. I was diagnosed wrong and charged dearly on road call by another shop with recommendation to TOW and replace "failed" costly part. Luckily I called Frank, after listening to my issue he advised before calling towing to send one of his guys to look into issue again. Mechanic showed up very quickly and after investigation truck was fixed on site for a very friendly price. Frank could have taken advantage by just replacing a working part, but he DID NOT. Recommended shop for any trucking company, Thanks !!
They know what they doing very professional and nice people they here for you 💪👍
Watch out for this guy on road service calls. READ YOUR INVOICE. There’s a generic “Charge” listed and he cussed me out when I questioned it. Everything was itemized but this.I even had my own part. It was outside the service call, labor, tax & I still don’t know what it was for $347 later. His response was Totally uncalled for & unprofessional. Don’t have a problem paying for service but the bad attitude, curse words, and extra unknown charges have cost him my repeat business.
Back in May 2016, I had a bolt in one of the drive tires on my truck, they were able to take my right away. They didn't have a tire my size on hand, but they did have a used one. I was back on the road in just over an hour. Great service!
Honest, hardworking proffesionals doing things as it supposed to be done... Realistic prices and great customer service. Tnx to Chuck and to his crew there.
