Excellent experience! In and out for an inspection and everyone was very pleasant
I Was having trouble finding a shop to do an alignment with wider wheels on a truck and they were able to do it and got me in asap. As a previous car mechanic I knew the alignment was way off and they adjusted and aligned every bit they could and got it absolutely perfect. My truck has never driven down the road so nicely. Highly recommend bringing your car or truck here for any servicing it needs.

While on vacation to Mayfield, New York from Las Vegas, I needed to rotate the tires on my Tesla CyberTruck. Couple different tire shops couldn’t or wouldn’t work on the truck. I came across Hillside Service LLC and asked if they could help me out. The entire staff was very accommodating. Joe eagerly rotated the tires and less than 30 minutes I was on my way. Thank you HillsideService. I recommend them to anyone in the area who needs work done on their vehicle.
Matt was great at finding out exactly what the problem was with my car and what needed to be done to fix it. He estimated the cost and time for the repairs and Melissa scheduled me promptly to get it done. I'm in my 60s and don't trust many mechanics to fix my car.Matt at Hillside is the only one that repairs my vehicles now.
Matt and his crew are great. Took care of our Jeep Wrangler that needed the typical Jeep work. Was honest and straight forward and got the job done on time and within budget. We will be bringing all other vehicles to him in the future. Support your small independently owned businesses.
There's a question asking if you want to keep your parts on the slip you leave your keys with. We weren't given our cat back and told there was a core charge and he kept it to save us money. There's no core charge for OEM catalytic converters and when he was asked where he got the part from, he became upset and hung up. Called the next day and his wife said they hadn't paid the core charge yet. That's not how that works. He called and said come get the part and sorry for the confusion, there were three converter jobs... So you lied to three people? Unless they were after market. Some people know better, Matt. If he's kept a cat from you and told you there's a charge and it's not after market, you've been lied to. He just wants to make more money off you.
Their work is very good. The people working there are very friendly. They are very attentive when you explain a problem with your vehicle. When you pick up the car or they call you about the car they take the time to explain in depth the what and why so you can make a decision based pin knowledge instead of a guess. Oh, and their pricing is very reasonable.

I called Hillside for a motorcycle inspection. They told me to bring it right in. Adirondack Harley Davidson told me they couldn t do the inspection for 2 weeks. Absolutely the best ! I will start to do more business with them in the future. Thank you Hillside !

My honest opinion owner pretty much knows the basic things about car not technical stuff.Did my axle dude telling me something might be worn in transmission when my rims are just bent causing slight slight vibration,did not inform me about the specific part and claim if part if part a int original not working on car ,I bite my tongue n leave did not want the vamp come out lol as I said basic mechanics.
If you want your car fixed correctly and quickly, Hillside is the place to go.
Im not sure if they try to scam every customer but they tried to get me. Brought my malibu in for a underboost code. They said turbo was bad and cat was plugged. My cat was under warranty so i decided i better take it to a dealership. Well they cleared my codes when i told them i was picking my car up so i had to drive 100+ miles trying to get any codes again. The code never came back on and turns out my turbo was fine and same with my cat. My best guess is they wanted my cat and the labor fees and thought they could get me. Be careful with these skeeze balls, seriously.
