Al and Steve at mid city repair shop were excellent on fixing my truck .Had it towed in on Monday of last week they repaired the issue and I got it back before what we all expected as a major snow storm. His price was very reasonable and fair for what they needed to do to fix the issue ...Thank you so much guys I definitely appreciate you guys .

I can't say enough good things about mid city. I've brought my hyundai to them a handful of times for anything from an oil change to breaks and front end work. They are always very up front and super fair in their pricing. As long as I'm in the area and mid city is there, any viechle I have will be going there for repairs. Thanks guys!

Right down the road from my house, this is an ideal location to take my car to for any and all problems. Their prices are extremely fair, they are easy to understand and don’t do anything before making you known of a problem, and they don’t try to push a bunch of extra ‘stuff’ on you to buy. They’re good with old and new, as I have taken both cars from 1998 and 2011 to this location to have repairs and inspections. Even with a newer electric car like a Chevy Volt, they have no issues performing routine maintenance and inspections. The only caveat being the wait time. If you’re not a regular, you might not be used to waiting for a spot, especially if you’re in a bit of a pickle with car trouble. However Mid-City sees a TON of work, and they don’t have a staff of a dozen employees to work round the clock. They have two bays, and normally a few workers in the garage. Always be sure to schedule a time you can drop a car off, even better if you can afford to leave it overnight the day prior to your appointment, and don’t expect to have your car back in time for lunch. They do good work here, but this is a quality over time matter. Overall Mid-City is the perfect garage for local residents in Amsterdam, with very affordable prices, family centered service, and a range of experience good for most any vehical.

Excellent place to get your car repaired. Al and his team are very knowledgeable and can diagnose any problem with your vehicle. The prices are very reasonable and are cheaper than any other place in the capital region. He goes out of his way to get you the best price on parts.
