Frank answered my call in the early morning and immediately set out to meet me in downtown Schenectady. Frank was a lifesaver and towed my car with friendliness and politeness. What a great service! I'll be calling again if I ever need a tow, thank you!

My wife and I were driving through on our way to Buffalo when our transmission went. We called Frank's at 9pm on a Sunday and someone answered right away. They explained to us that we weren't able to just call and request a tow, because we were on the throughway, we had to call a specific department and they would dispatch someone to us. After we spoke to him the first time, we had another phone call from family checking on us, and we forgot what the name was we needed to call, so we called back and he was still very friendly and happy to help us again. While I didn't receive any service from here, the friendly and helpful phone calls were VERY much appreciated! If that's how they treat out of state, non-paying customers, I would guess they treat actual customers like gold!

Simply put - they don’t make men like Bob at a Franks Auto Service anymore. After the initial panic of having my plow truck break down and unsure who could tow a larger dump truck - I was told to call Franks Auto Service and I’m so glad I did. Bob at Frank’s arrived within a half hour after my call, he was professional and kind! I’ll be using Franks for all my towing needs moving forward. Bob made a rather stressful experience - painless!
