They sucked. Took forever to get there even though my car was on the side of the highway over an hour and a half and then couldn t change a tire so they towed my car (took the longest route possible) and left it for me to deal with. And they scraped up both bumpers getting my car off

I had my company truck towed by Interstate Northeast Inc. today by their driver, Devin. The driver was fantastic. I ll give the driver five out of five stars For his professionalism, courtesy, respect and the carefulness he put into loading and loading my truck. So thank you Devin for your professionalism and courtesy. However, the issue I have is that the fact that you try and put certain calls off is ridiculous. You guys were supposed to tow my truck yesterday you never showed up. Then I set up again at 1 o clock tell me that the driver will be there at 2:30 and then at 2:30. I get a call saying it s another 90 mins. If you can t stick to the original times and I know I have experienced Towing, can t keep near the original times or the original ETA times maybe you need to back out of the contract with the certain companies contract for. This call was set up through Onstar and services provided by AAA. I had to set up for both my Onstar and AAA yesterday nobody ever showed. I called Onstar today get it set up. They told me 90 minutes I said great. Then I get a call from Onstar and AAA stating that the garage called them extending the ETA. I explain to both AAA and Onstar that I was a former employee of Interstate Northeast Inc. so I know the games and all the slice statements they make to people to Get out of certain calls. Again, Five out of five stars for your driver one star for your customer service on the garage end. AGAIN, NO ISSUE AT ALL WITH THE DRIVER JUST AN ISSUE WITH INTERSTATE NORTHEAST INC.

ABOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, my girls car broke down, and with the help of our driver Anthony we were able to get back on the road in no time, quick to show up and as friendly as can be, changed our tire and got us back on the road within minutes. if i could rate 10 times i would !

Having your car break down is probably one of the worst things to happen. However, AAA put me in touch with Interstate Northeast, who came within 30 minutes and got us home quickly and efficiently. Special shoutout to the driver Dylan (Dillon?) for his courtesy and professionalism. Dylan was very careful with my car and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Hes one of the good ones!

My truck needed a new starter and so it would not start. The driver came and got the car to start. He drove it 10 feet and then parked it and turned it back off instead of leaving it running so we could actually drive it to the mechanic. Then he canceled the AAA call and left. Genius.

I don t know the name of what sounded like a young lady that answered the phone this morning but she was very professional and had the tow truck to me within an hour. The truck driver called me as he was getting close and was also very professional. Would definitely call them again if I need them

They grab calls for roadside assistance and say they are going to be there within an hour. 3 hours later they really thought I was going to wait. Nope! I called another company and paid out of pocket, who came with a nice looking truck with a clean cut driver. Interstate towing is greedy. They dont care about the customer.

I called this company and was quoted a price of $243 for a tow. I was stranded on Highway 146A in a dark and very dangerous spot. I only had $50 at the time, so I allowed them to hold my vehicle in storage the next 24 hours was Saturday for $40 per day. Later that day at 3:30 pm, I went to pay the $200 balance; even though its a 24-hour business, I was told that I could only get my car until 4 pm. If I couldnt make it by 4 pm that Friday, I had to schedule an appointment for Monday. So I asked again how much it cost to pick up my car on Monday $40 per day, and was quoted $280. Since I had an offer to sell my car for $350 on Monday, I asked if it wanted to purchase my car for a lower price price Friday. And they refused. So I scheduled to pick up my car Monday at noon. However, because I refused to give them my car for $200, I was now being charged $93 per day for storage. I called them shady and started recording the telephone call. The man then tried to bully me into giving my car away to them for $200 if I couldnt get there before 4 pm; And then said I was going through a lot of trouble for the $75 I stood to earn from selling of my vehicle on Monday. They told me $40 to store my car then changed the price to $93 when I wouldnt give away my car to them for $200. Ive never experienced a situation where a business had the audacity to change the amount more than double, mid-sentence, to intimidate a customer and ultimately to steal their car while you are most vulnerable. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS. I filed a detailed complaint with the BBB and will tell 1000 others what this company did to me. This was an outright criminal act, a theft of property by deceit, and a financial assault throu a severe abusively shocking business practice to the most vulnerable stranded with car troubles. I repeat, dont use these crooks for anything! They should not be in business. If it happened to me who knows how many others? They took my car without writing; then, with my car in possession, changed the price of storage to steal it from me. The rims and tires on my car alone are worth over $500. I never had agreed for them to take my car at $93 dollars a day to 4 pm that Friday, closed weekends. I was led to believe it was open 24 hours. They knew exactly what they were doing. Its an old playbook. Steal car by changing the storage fee. Here s how it goes: dont tell customers we close at 4 on a Friday, lead them to believe you can pick their vehicle anytime were open 24 hours, dont give them any writing, say storage is $40 a day, once you have their car in your possession, change the storage fee price to 93, closed on weekends, price shoots up, customer cant pay double what was quoted plus repairs car stolen. Hahaha works like a charm every time stupid customer dummies. Do not use this place it took my car under false pretenses. I was vulnerable after midnight on side of a dark Highway in Clifton Park then stole it from me. I tried to file a police report for theft. It was an unauthorized taking of my car if I was lied to, and without proof, the police should have helped. Shady. Look quoted $243 paid $43 owed $200 Friday. Storage fees 2 days Saturday and Sunday $40. Quoted 280. Got a sale for 350. Offered to sell the car to the company for $100 profit Friday. Refused. The cost to get my car went up from $280 on Monday to almost $700 look at this garbage! When I asked, Where did I get $280 from ? They told me The driver said,.. you were never quoted a price and They dont know where I got my number from . Oh, I m an idiot and would let a towing company take and store my car without a price. I was born on a Tuesday but not last Tuesday. If that s not bad enough, they refused to give me back my house keys and garage door opener misplaced inside their junky tow cab! I took my keys out to give them the key to the vehicle. They lied claiming keys were inside my car and wouldn t return them unless I signed the title to the car them. Shady shady. The worst. Don t use this company for ANYTHING!!!!!

February 2022 Interstate Northeast answered my insurances and my roadside assistance call that my car was stuck in ice in street parking outside my apartment. The driver was young, probably in his 20s. He dinged my car (I paid for it to be fixed and a rental which cost $1100). I watched the driver hit my car as I stood and watched. I said, You hit me. He said, I thought you were spotting me. He immediately got out and took pictures of the damage and asked me if it was already there. Within days, I learned from my insurance company that the driver and Interstate Northeast were saying that the damage was preexisting. My insurance could not investigate because the damage cost was below my deductible. I have proof of when he arrived with the automatic text. The driver is saying the photo was taken before the work began. If one were to dissect the photo evidence, they would see the timestamp is 40 minutes after the time of arrival. Interstate Northeast does not care to help me.

The service I received using this company for a tow was exceptional. The driver (Shawn) was very courteous and efficient. He was very comfortable with his driving and did a excellent job keeping my mind off the tow...I have a little fear of trucks. His customer service skills are excellent. Horrible service. My family member s tire blew out with children in the car- and the two men from this company refused to wait 5 minutes for someone to pick them up and left her in the car with children on the side of the road.

Had a great experience. My car had an issue on the thruway. They came within 30 mins and helped me find an auto repair shop closer to my final destination. They towed me 90 miles (which was covered by AAA). Ryan (the driver) was very professional and nice.

My car broke down on the side of the Northway 30 minutes from my garage. Interstate Northeast arrived in less than an hour, and had my car on the bed in minutes. 30 minutes later my car was sitting in a parking space at my garage. The whole interaction was as pleasant as a broken down car on the highway could be, and made me feel much better by the end of it.

Worst company ever!! Waited almost 3 hours when wait time stated 1 hour and when I called for updates the woman was so rude. Stated that s how tow companies work. Told me 3 times they were around the corner or 15 min away and still waited over an hour. I will never ever use them again and I suggest nobody else does either.

I was driving on 88 and I got a flat tire. I pulled over on the side of the highway to check the damage, and for the first time ever by car door locked behind me. Of course, keys and phone inside. I was pretty panicked. Not more than 10 minutes later a road assistance vehicle pulled up behind me. I asked if the cops had called them, but no. They saw me stranded on the side of the road and turned around to come help me because they felt bad. Steve was able to unlock my car and help me change my spare. I would have been stranded if it wasnt for his help. I could not thank him enough!!

Our vehicle was disabled and had an engine fire on a busy interstate late in the evening and our towing company had a problem getting someone to help us immediately. A state trooper called Interstate Northeast and they came quickly. The driver stated he was sick and when asked if he had COVID he said he didnt know. We are high risk seniors so we asked him to wear a mask and he refused. He dropped us off in the garage parking lot and let us walk home, after he charged us $475!

These guys are lawful thieves. And they do it on the weekend so they change people ridiculous amount of money.

Unfortunately I cannot give a lower score. Towed through progressive, driver ended up damaging my vehicle and pompous boss refuses to cover the cost of the repairs that his worker did claiming he knows all and it mustve been busted before his driver touched it. If you have any choice of tow company do yourself a favor and go elsewhere because dealing with these people is not worth it.

I was parked in un unmarked fire lane with not a single sign or even markings on the ground while dropping off my kids, I was met with a rude large man hooking my car and DEMANDING I paid him $100 to let the car down. When I refused he said it would cost me more if he tows it. We got the car off the tow truck and he proceeded to block my wife and I in with his body so we could not drive away unless we paid him. That is the definition of extortion and seems like a company full of con artist. If you need a tow truck try H&K or the many other options.

Legal robbery, be EXTRA careful where you park. $700 to get my car out, Cash only. Misunderstood that Schenectady parking free on weekends, Came outside at 7pm car was reportedly towed at 6pm. I called immediately and was charged extra because their office was closed on the weekend. They kept my car hostage and I had to pay for it, be CAREFUL.

Nobody wants to have their car towed or break down, but if you do, these are the guys! They have attentive, friendly drivers and very fair prices. Recommend them 100%. I have been a customer of theirs for at least 8 years now.

The sign is small enough for no one to notice it, especially at night. We explained there was an emergency with a 8 month old baby, and were parked for 25 minutes. The car had less gas than before, definitely was scratched as i know it as well as the back of my hand. I have pictures. $425 CASH, not credit card, debit or check. Customer service was lackluster and stale. The disrespect on an obviously expensive car is not tolerable. Besides all of these, another improvement that can be made is replacing the sign to be bigger, and able to be seen.

ran out of fuel 20 feet away from the rest station. had to use them b/c it was a restricted area for my insurance company. 100% felt taken advantage of. was charged $158.00 for TWO gallons of gas, and was told you shooould have enough to make it to the rest stop...- that was RIGHT IN FRONT of us. had no choice to use them. in the future, will have a male figure on the phone during an encounter.

I was broken down by the side of a highway in an suv towing a light utility trailer. Northway AAA call Interstate for service. AAA covered the suv. Interstate charged me $457 for the trailer. For this exorbitant price they slipped a hitch into the truck carrying the suv and dropped the trailer at my house which was directly on the way to my mechanics shop. When you are 12 inches from Mack truck going 55 miles an hour these folks have you right where they want you. Beware!!!

Horrible and unprofessional do not use this service. This company will not take responsibility for mistakes of their employees and instead of trying to work with their customers they prefer to yell and accuse them theft and harassment without any research. No accountability, no respect, very hostile and unbecoming behavior. Stay far from this service.

At first I had a pleasant towing experience with this company: driver arrived quickly, he was friendly and the tow was very fast. But my car was expected at the dealership yesterday afternoon and when I called today to check on the status of my vehicle, they said it never arrived. After after searching the lot a second time, they found it somewhere away from the service center unlocked with the key still in it. The driver was supposed to bring the key to the service center upon checking in, and his failure to do so left my car vulnerable overnight and caused a few minutes of panic for me.

First time needing a tow. Stan was fantastic! Arrived earlier than expected, was knowledge about the situation, and extremely professional.

They are a little overpriced. But they show up on time and they get the job done and your car is protected the whole time not a worry

This company was dispatched to replace ny flat tire. Outside of being a half an hr late (which I can understand) the driver wanted nothing to do with changing out the flat. He asked me where the tools were and I didnt know. Now maybe some people know where this stuff is, but I dont, which is why I pay for roadside and why this company is in business. So I decided to have it towed to my garage. This guy said he couldnt tow it to my garage but he could to it to another are garage. The roadside package includes free towing within 15 likes so I can have it towed wherever I want. This guys couldnt wait to get out of there fast enough. He wanted to tow cars not change out a flat, ok fine. But now they only want to tow it to one place, which by the way was closed and wouldnt be able to fix the flat until the next day. I called the dispatch who regurgitated the same mumbo jumbo about some ridiculousness of covid times, blah blah blah Crooked, dishonest, unprofessional and unworthy of patronage.

I have used your company before and Ive always been very satisfied with the job and the drivers are always very friendly.... but unfortunately today when I broke down I was greeted by a very rude tow truck driver who drove way to fast I feel with my truck on it.to me he seemed very grumpy that he had to come out and get my truck.

Cars alternator went at a gas station very local in Rotterdam area around midnight. Was told by insurance company they ll be there by 3:32am. Called for two updates around 1:50am and 2:38am and was told they should be arriving shortly. @ 3:32am I get a phone call from tow asking to reschedule my tow for the morning. Honestly wish they asked this from the beginning so I wasn t standing and sleeping in my car at a gas station waiting for tow.

Unfortunately I had to have my car towed to the dealership. The tow service showed up at the time they estimated. When John showed up at my residence he was polite, answered every question I asked him and he was a pleasure to work with. This easily could have been a stressful situation but he made me feel at ease. He was very efficient in preparing my vehicle and was on his way in a short period of time. It was a great experience and I thank John for that.

Totally left me stranded in the middle of no where With a 36ft RV and between them and AAA I was left to pay thousands of dollars to get home. Towing company charges by the hour triple A pays for 200 miles. No on would help me. Ridiculous!!!

My company vehicle lost its back tire and I was stranded in Amsterdam. My company sent a driver to come and pick me up before the tow service arrived. The tow service needed me to sign a waiver clearing them of any damage that might occur because the tire was about to fall off and they needed to pull it up onto a flatbed. The driver James went out of his way to contact his superiors to get permission for me to just agree to the waiver by way of a text instead of having to come all the way back out to Amsterdam to sign paperwork! Great job on James part!! It was late at night and we did not have the means to get back out to Amsterdam to sign the waiver. THANk YOU JAMES AND Scott for making the extra effort!!!

Got a flat on the northway and exited in queensbury. After many attempts to get a tow company to get my car to a repair facility, I got ahold of northeast. They were professional on the phone and informative. The driver was professional and friendly. They made a bad situation not so bad.

How do you write a review for a tow? How much service do you expect when someone comes to take your vehicle away? Its not like a store or a restaurant, youre getting your vehicle towed! I guess it can be so much more. When I needed my Jeep Wrangler towed 22 miles away from my home, I called my insurance company, who called Interstate Northeast. My insurance company said theyd be there within 90 minutes, and Lawrence called within 30. He was courteous, listened to my instructions on how to find my home, and arrived within the next 30 minutes. He introduced himself, and asked about my situation. He was well prepared in dress, tools, and expertise. He went way beyond my expectations when he offered to secure the damaged part of my vehicle, so that it wouldnt get damaged further on the trip. We had a brief conversation, and he was on his way. When he dropped off my vehicle, he sent me a photo of it and a text saying that hed delivered it safely. It was a textbook customer service delivery, which is what compelled me to write a review about getting my car towed. I would definitely use their company again.

Had a great experience with getting my Class B RV towed. After popping a tire and a couple hours of waiting and roadside assistance coming with the wrong jack I decided to get a tow instead , this company was quick to the scene , nice and professional. After realizing the van needed a couple more boards to get up the ramp then initially thought, Ryan and Vinny ended up handling the tow situation, they were both prompt and very patient (I tend to get nervous about the van getting damaged). Overall , great experience with the company!

We called for lockout service, and because it was in the middle of a snow storm, we were told it could be upwards of a three hour wait.. just over an hour and a half later, the driver arrived, opened the lock and was gone again in less than ten minutes. Exceeded our expectations!

Called Interstate today for my parents who got a flat while driving through Corinth. The South Glens Falls location sent Bryant right out. He arrived within half an hour and changed their tire quickly. Very friendly and professional service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Pros at what they do

I needed to have my car towed to my mechanics. This company not only took an hour and a half to drive 3 miles to my car, but also dented the hood of my car and left scratch marks from the strap holding my car in place. When my insurance representative contacted them about it they denied everything. I emailed them asking for their insurance information and they never got back to me. Bad service and bad customer service, and a generally untrustworthy company.

A gentleman named Quincy fixed my flat in the middle of the night so I was able to get home.

The float on my gas gauge broke so without knowing why, my car died on 890, right behind another car that had called Interstate NE Inc. A very intimidating looking guy became my hero and gave me the last bit of gas he had in his gas can and it was enough to get me to a gas station ( luckily my best guess was right, shout out to Justin for teaching me how to read cars). Chris might be eight feet tall and speak with the deepest of voices but he is nothing short of a saint. At 38 weeks pregnant he got me to calm down and pump the gas pedal until my car started. I was only an hour late for work even!!!!! For a shift I normally dont even work! Turns out, he had picked up that shift as a favor and he wasnt supposed to be at work either!! I will always be grateful Chris!!!!!

Interstate Towing is the worst company I have ever come into contact with. I am a member of AAA Northeast, I reached out to them because my keys got locked in my car. (Yes, it was a honest mistake) It happened to be on my very rare 1990 Mazda Rx7 in mint condition. I tried for hours to safely get into the car without damage but was not successful. AAA said on the phone they have methods that can complete this task without damage. I figured I would give it a shot. They ended up sending Interstate towing who is one of their subcontractors. The guy showed up, had chewing tobacco in his mouth was spitting all over my driveway, looked like he has never conducted a lock out before. He gave it a look and said he wasnt sure how to go about it. I said well if you think theres the slightest chance you would damage my car then do not do it. He said okay i understand. I went around to the other side of the car to see if it would be easier and i look up and this professional had a mini crow bar out and wedged in between my car door and roof yanking on it. I yelled hey, dont do that he stopped and I ran over and he chipped paint on my roof and door and creased the top of my door. At this point I was livid but kept my composure. He looked at me and knew I was upset and asked what I wanted to do next, cause he knew he messed up and said should I call my boss. I said yeah this is not okay. He took pictures of his damage and sent them into Interstate Towing and called and told his boss. He gave me his card and said to call tomorrow and they would take care of it. I asked if i needed to call the cops, and he said no they have the pictures and he put in a claim. On his way out of my house he had an attitude and told me well this is what happens when you lock your keys in the car and told me to have a good day. I called Interstate Towing the next day, They brushed me off and said they would look into it. I then called 3 more days in a row and the same guy Scott brushed me off and kept giving me the run around. Finally 2 weeks later I talked to him and he told me yeah your on your own the owners arent gonna pay for it This whole thing was gone about horribly and Interstate is a big company and they dont care. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND INTERSTATE TOWING TO ANYBODY. Their management is just as bad as the drivers.

Our car was towed at 730 on Saturday 12/1/18 we called the company to get the car back and said we couldnt get the car until monday!! This company is a scam and they are thieves. STAY AWAY!!!

Thanks a ton to Dave, my tow driver. I was moving across country from Colorado to Boston. My car died on the side of highway 7 late Sunday afternoon and that was 200 mile away from my family. I contacted AAA and they sent Dave from Northeast Interstate over. Dave is very professional and also very considerate. I was worrying my car will need a major fix and Dave checked it up and said it should be just a fuel pump issue, which may just cost a few hundreds (he was totally right and it got fixed under $300). Dave also gave me a ride home on his truck. We arrived at my Boston new home by 10 pm and had fun talks to Dave on the road, which made me feel much better. BTW, also many thanks to the owner, since Dave told me there was some efforts to move me up on their list.

I had my car towed today by this company and I just wanted to share the great service I received. The wait time was exceptional today. And while they were coming to service me at a shopping area parking lot, there so happened to be a flat tire call right to the left of me. It was too funny. I thought someone was trying to take my tow away for themselves but he kindly explain he just had to fix their spare tire. I only had to wait minutes for him to do their service and to get mines. I enjoyed the drivers company and ride. I felt like we were old friends. It was great. I really appreciated their help and service. I would recommend to others. And one more thing, with everything there is a good and a bad day. And yes sometimes mistakes might happen but everyone experience is not the same depending on ones perception of life and how they process experiences. So please stay opened minded and dont just think it will be perfect for you. Ive noticed from writing many reviews, a place will start to get more customers and now the whole factors changes because more people to cater too. Just be mindful.

Called Ford Roadside Assurance and that part of the experience was great but unfortunately in the Schenectady Area they use Bobars for the towing. I was sent an email confirmation stating the truck would arrive around 1045am. I work withing 5 miles of where my truck was so I left work thinking it wouldnt take long. After 35 minutes of waiting I called the company to let them know I need to get back to work, the lady said truck should be there in ten minutes. 40 minutes after your eta is unacceptable

They totally hooked us up when our suv lost power on 890. They were responsive and friendly. Thanks guys

Needed to have my vehicle towed home thru AAA. They arranged my tow thru Bobars interstate towing. I found, although they were on time, the driver was very rude and nasty to me. When he found out that I would be riding with him he was not happy. He already had his girl friend in the truck causing me to sit in the back on a jump seat. He never even introduced himself, so I dont even have a name. After twice attempting to make small talk and was cut short with nasty answers I road the rest of the trip in complete silence. Once we arrived at my home he unhooked my car, never said ONE WORD to me, jumped in the truck and left. If I ever need to be towed again I will not allow AAA to arrange it with this company. Customer service gets and keeps customers. Remember the worst and best advertising for a business is word of mouth. This driver definitely needed an attitude adjustment. If the owner would like additional information I would be glad to provide it.

I wish I can give this place zero stars but It doesnt give me the option. They came and towed my car from on a cold rainy Saturday night from an apt complex that had no reserved parking signs or numbers in the parking spot which I chose. Then they tell me I cant get the car until Monday at 8am. I live and work in the city. What am I supposed to do? All my info is in my car. I just came to visit a friend for a couple of hours. This place is the worst. Theyre charging me 180$ to get it back.

Okay, seriously how pissed would you be? I go to leave my apartment and my car IS NOT WHERE I PARKED IT. Before I freaked, I walked around the lot of my apartment complex and found my car in a different spot, unlocked with a note on my windshield. The note said my car was towed because my registration was expired. First of all, who do you think you are, you are not the Police nor are you my mother. My car was registered, I havent gotten to changing the sticker yet. If it expired, it expired 11/30, what is that 2 days. And the new sticker was right in the car, when they jacked my car open, you should have seen it. For real. Im so SO, SO PISSED!!!!

My son had a car accident yesterday and this terrible money hungry company was called to come get his car. $400!!! For a tow and 1 night there!! Awful company Ill never use again! Unfortunately, every negative thing that is said about this company is true. I can understand why some may believe that their are cops in this company pockets or are in cahoots with this company. The owner of this company feels that he is above the law and can do whatever he wants. He definitely have some superiority complex issues going on. But then again, he probably does not understand what superiority complex is. Most of the tow truck drivers and the owner are nothing but thugs and bullies. I can go into details of my experience but it is no different from what others have experienced. Someone (the owner) that behaves so miserably has got to be one of the most unhappiest person there is.

I have used Interstate Towing aka Bobars Towing for years. Danny is nothing but professional and all of his drivers exude the same. Whether its 9am or 12am I have received the same quality service and professionalism. The drivers are respectful and knowledgeable and I have never had an issue. All my family and friends use this towing service. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my family or friends!

Today, a very large snowstorm came through the area (Travel Bans and even a state of emergency mentioned) Without anyone informing me my car had to be moved, it was towed. When I called this towing company to ask about how I was supposed to go pick up my car in this weather (and with no car) the guy who answers the phone laughed at me and very rudely and condescendly told me that if I couldnt pay or get there then the car doesnt leave...It is a shame that with the support of the police this company can get away with such terrible business when in reality not everyone who has their car towed is a criminal. So because a snow storm came that I have no control over i have to shell out 110 dollars and have to coerce a friend to take me to pick up my car, even in horrible weather, lest I am charged for extortion storage fees.

Horrible!!!!! Extorted me for a $65 gate fee for picking up car on a Saturday when they were supposedly closed but sitting around the office chatting and drinking coffee. Finally came to give me my key and take me to my car. As I was leaving the Rotterdam police were coming into the lot which was a backyard. The police pulled me over down the street saying the tow company called and said that the person driving my car had no license. These people are thieves and need to be put out of business.

They are down right rude & not friendly at all we asked to get my childs formula out of the veh would be paying to get veh the next day and they refused with out any concern. So we picked up our veh the next day they had dogs behind the counter which is unprofessional and they dont even say how can i help you or hi they just looked at me waiting for me to speak. Ok last thing so then I drove to where my veh was brought to maybe 10 mins away and my car had no gas in it at all as if they were driving it. The men that opened the gates looked like creeps. I personally had a bad experience with Bobars & hope I never need them ever again.

Unfortunately, Im stuck living on a quiet side street next to this establishment. Their drivers FLY down our street, even with little children riding their bikes and playing in their neighborhood park. I wouldnt trust a company that has SUCH disrespectful drivers.

The employes are incredibly rude you call I called on a Saturday and they cant even give the address to the location cause they are closed they took my vehicle and they cant even give you a simple information like address that why small business dont survive cause of rude employees and bad customer service
