This is the third car repair by Joe and Ray. Two were from deer damage and one to a 7 day old brand new car where a taxi failed to stop at a stop sign and did major rear end damage. Every time the team excels in their communication, quality of repair and their commitment to providing high quality service. Amanda is super efficient as the office manager. They are straightforward in explaining the repairs and provide follow up calls during the repair to let you know that they got the necessary part. In two of the repairs over the past 5 years they even took and got the car inspected prior to returning it to us. My husband’s Volvo XC-60 came back better than it was prior to the deer accident. The brand new car came back looking better than the day he bought because the car was completely detailed. Over a decade ago, we had used a Riverhead auto repair shop which will remain nameless. Every time you were at the mercy of the owner and his disposition on the day. It was like he was doing you a favor and one time he complained about his pain so that I wanted to walk out despite my husband having arranged for me to go there. This shop has people who are always welcoming, caring and with people skills that excel. We will continue to recommend and use this auto body shop every time we (unfortunately) may need to. These people are honest and hard working who aim to make your car perfect. Thank you for never disappointing us!!!! With today’s economy and people’s frustrations with life, it is refreshing to have a high quality service business that makes you feel good when you leave your car in their hands and make you feel appreciated as their customer. I cannot say enough great things about North Fork Auto Body. Joe and his team give the ultimate level of customer service and take the stress out of what can be an incredibly stressful situation. Amanda and Joe handled all communication with insurance company and the car rental. The car was returned looking better than the day we purchased it.
After sustaining some damage on our front end, we took our GMC Terrain to North Fork Auto Body. Everyone was so helpful and after the expert repairs were completed we couldn't be more pleased!! Our car was delivered in immaculate condition and we would highly recommend North Fork Auto Body!!

Amanda and Ray, were great from the start! I went to a previous place prior to them and they were so rude and couldnt get me in in a timely fashion. My car was leaking on the inside and my ceiling was getting really eet and started to get a smell Ray made sure to seal my antenna so that no more water will get inside my car until they could me in. Amanda went above and beyond and called state farm for me to make sure everything was taken care of!!!! They made me feel that they really cared about me and my car.!!! I will always recommend them from now on!!! Thank you Ray and Amanda!!!!
The team at North Fork auto body are truly the best of the best. I brought my m4 to them after a stressful hit and run incident and Amanda immediately alleviate all of my stress, took charge of the process and made it so seamless and effortless for me. My car looks brand new again like it just drove off the show room! My insurance company suggested this company because they had very satisfactory previous business with them. I had a damaged rear bumper that needed replacement. They were efficient and kept me up to date regarding the repair progress. The repair was well done in a timely fashion and detailed when I picked it up. This is the best, most professional auto body shop you could ever take your car to. Joey, the owner is INCREDIBLY helpful and easy to work with! He clarifies everything that he s going to do-repairs etc on your car. Everyone there that works at NF autobody is super friendly, very fast AND honest. The whole crew makes you feel at ease, and that your car will be taken care of, no problem! I would never take my car anywhere else, it is absolutely the best autobody shop around!!!!! This is the second time I have used north fork auto. Both times I have been extremely happy with my repairs. They pay attention to detail and make sure that your car is perfect before it leaves the shop. I love that they detail your car for you so when you pick up your car it feels like you re driving a new car off the lot! I have and will continue to recommend north fork auto!

Joe, Chris, Ray and Nancy were all fantastic to work with. They were attentive, great communicators and went above & beyond fixing and detailing our SUV. It looked gorgeous. They provided a full list and explanation of the work done and looked out for us as we dealt with the insurance company.
I cannot say enough positive things about this shop. Fast, thorough and COMPETENT. I had a small accident that damaged the bed of my full sized pick up. Very efficient and organized. From the time I pulled in for an estimate, until I had a printed copy in my hand was about 14 minutes. The new shop is clean as is the entire property. I am looking forward to having them work on my vehicle.

I left my car in the parking garage at school and came back to find slime on my car. I stupidly tried getting it off with a sponge and ended up scratching my car. I thought my car was ruined but Ray and his guys fixed it good as new (and in only 10 mins!!)They are great and I highly recommend

First and foremost I want to thank all the staff. Everyone was so easy to work with and professional. Each time I had my vehicles repaired (Mercedes AMG and Mercedes GL 450) they came back looking better then they were when I purchased them. The expertise level and attention to detail was so perfect theres nothing I can say bad about this establishment. I live over an hour away and when I need any body work on my vehicles, I have my cars sent there. I dont care what insurance says (they ask me to use a closer body shop). These guys ROCK. I referred people to these guys as well and they too are amazed how perfect they are. Seriously, stop google searching and use these folks. You just found yourself the best body shop ever.

I can not say enought about these guys. I left my car at long term parking at LGA and it was trashed. Ray and Joe, assured me that my car would be returned like new, I did not think it possible but it actually looks better than the day I picked it up at BMW in southampton. They are the best. I was referred to them by a friend and would not EVER use anyone else for body work again. Trustworthy, reliable, easy to work with and I am thrilled that I found them. Drove my car home feeling like a million bucks, thanks guys!

Called them when my battery drained while on my lunch break listening to my radio for a jump. The very nice guy came to me, jumped my car and didnt even charge me anything. Just said that if I ever needed anything to give them a call. I thought that was very nice and that means a lot to me. Helping someone out just to help someone out.
These guys are simply awesome. Restored my car to showroom condition after it was heavily scratched and dinged in a wind storm. They truly went the extra mile to ensure the car was perfect. They have an open door policy which allowed me to check on the car midway through the process. Would recommend them without hesitation.
