I absolutely love this dealership! Our family has done business with Morris ford for years. It's a small family business and they treat you like family. Ask for Mike, he is an amazing salesman.

Giving my review an edit since I’ve had some issues with the service department. About 1-2 months ago, they found a large oil leak. When they first injected the dye to find the leak, I was told to just come back in and made no mention of needing an appt to check where the leak was as I thought that was all that was happening. When I returned, the guy working the service desk on Saturdays was extremely rude and essentially told me I should just go to another dealership since they couldn’t fit me in any time soon. They finally found an appt for me and I returned with my car. Due to more communication errors, they had to keep my car a second day. I wasn’t keen on that but it is what it is. But what really annoys me is I have spent thousands at this point at the service department, and they couldn’t have the common sense to clean the oil that leaked off my engine so when I brought it in to Midas in Clifton Park, they thought I had another oil leak. Luckily Midas was kind enough to not only wipe my engine down, but also has me coming back to make sure the job done by Terry Morris was actually completed properly. Very disappointed with the service here.

Very professional and friendly

Told us over the phone our bill would be $1,100. We got there and they wouldn't give us the car unless we paid $2,300 and we had to get help from a relative to pay the bill. No one would explain or help and they were all very rude.

I was in an accident that I caused between the shop and my insurance I was back on the road within 2 weeks!! They were absolutely amazing! My car looks just as good as it did before the accident! I highly recommend them! :)
