Initially they projected a date for repair noting that the supply chain for materials might cause a delay. They kept me informed via text of the regular progress of repair. My NEW vehicle (5 days old) was returned to me in new condition. They were very easy to work with.

Coles Collision in Ballston Spa is the best place for collision repair. My CRV was hit by a deer, a bus, and someone in a parking lot over the last few years and Coles has delivered excellent service every time - superior work, great communication, and friendly, helpful staff. A couple of months ago, my CRV was totaled while parked on the street. Then my replacement vehicle scraped against another car. Because its an older car, Randy suggested I not repair it. He told me he would polish it up and make it look good - free of charge! It looks fantastic! Randy and all the staff at Coles Collision in Ballston Spa are the best.

Had an outstanding experience at Cole Collision in Ballston Spa. After scratching up a side panel on my new GMC truck and making it worse trying to fix it myself, I called Cole on a recommendation from Mangino GMC. They were straightforward and got me in right away to take a look. Within 90 minutes, they had the truck looking perfect again and the cost was almost nothing compared to what I expected. Highly recommend Cole Collision; if I ever need body work again, they ll be my first call.

I cannot recommend Coles in Ballston Spa enough! I was in an accident that ultimately totalled my car. Randy gave me an honest estimate of what it would take to get fixed and was up front with me that the car wasnt worth fixing. My insurance didnt cover the accident, so the folks at Coles graciously allowed me to keep my car in their lot free of charge until I could get it towed, roughly a week later. They are all kind, courteous, honest, and treat their customers like fellow human beings!

If you need collision repair or hail damage repair on your vehicle or truck this is the repair shop you will want to take it to because they do exceptional work and their customer service is also extremely exceptional, for instance they will call you or text message you during the process of each step of work being done. My car was involved in a crash by a family member 4 hours away from my home. Makayla was instrumental in keeping me informed every step of the way until it was determined my car was totaled. I went to Coles because I notice on my sons car his front bumper did not look right. I Spoke with Randy. He took a look at the car and said These bumpers are plastic and meant to break away When you hit something. Leave it with me and I will look it it. So I did. Randy told me my son must have hit or run over a curb. He had broken bracket and possibly a cracked strut. I explained I just had the car at the shop for inspection, new breaks and tires , plus an alignment. I do not feel my sons car should not have passed inspection. Randy and his staff fixed my sons front bumper/car at NO Charge and recommended a reliable auto shop who he trusted with his own car repairs, that would not take advantage of me and would have a fair price. I took to who he recommended , and was very pleased with the honesty of the owner and the price and quality of service. Son I have peace knowing that, at the end of August when my son returns to college in New Hampshire that he will be driving a car that was repaired correctly & will arrive safely. Just picked up my Toyota Rav 4 from Coles. I was a self pay as picked up the car from an estate sale, so it had damage to drivers side front fender. Randy gave me a great estimate and the price at the time of pickup was the same. Totally up front and honest. This is probably the worst location of Cole s. They fixed a rear bumper for me. Said it was new. That was a lie it was used. Then after less than a year the pins inside came unattached. I brought it back to be fixed. They didn t fix it they added bondo to it. Beware. It s worth the drive to Clifton park Cole s. This one is not good. Beware of their service

Firstly, they were able to schedule me for a quote the day after I called, whereas other places wouldnt be able to see me for weeks. Coles Collision Center in Ballston Spa, NY restored the paint on my 2016 Ford F-150. Lew and I were enjoying an ice cream at the Humpty Dumpty and a poor guy just backed right into us. After Zacks magic, the Paint looked better than it did when we first purchased the pickup. I cannot begin to give as much praise as I would like for the Good job performed by Coles. Randy Randall, Manager, Julie and all the people in the office plus Zack, the wizard who brought our vehicle back to perfection did a wonderful job. Good timing of repair, no issues!!

I was involved in an accident that was the other drivers fault. They walked me through the process and kept me informed on the status of my car and if any delays occurred (one delay happened and I received a phone call with an explanation). I also received text alerts along the way. When I picked up my car, it was cleaned on the outside (it needed it anyway from the salt) but what blew me away was that they also cleaned the inside! Not only the dashboard but the entire car! I didn t notice until I went to get groceries and everything was nearly in the trunk. Not an easy feat since I have two young kids that sit in the back! I would totally recommend them to others!

My experience was top shelf. I was greeted when I walked in immediately after a fender bender. I was a bit shaken. Randy immediately came out and checked my car for safety. I was reassured that this was not huge and shouldn t ruin my day. I brought it in a couple of days later. They cleaned it up and put it together like new in a timely manner. I highly recommend Coles Collision Center of Ballston Spa. I have brought two vehicles to this location for an estimate. Both times I have been treated with respect and the representatives have taken time to look at the issues with no guarantee I would use them for the work. The first time they recommended I not address a cosmetic issue because of the cost of repair compared to the value of my vehicle. The second time they gave me an honest estimate with no obligation on my part. I tried to get Caliber Collision (located just up the road), to give me an estimate. They refused to even look at my car for at least 5-6 weeks unless I committed over the phone to getting the work done there and dropping the car off with no prior estimate. If I committed over the phone, they would have taken the car immediately. If you are considering choosing between Coles and Caliber, you should definitely choose Coles.

Hello - I m Sandy Meader and I brought my car into Coles Collision last week to ask if they would consider fixing my driver side car door. They told me to bring it in the following week, leave it for half a day and they would work it in because it was a small job and wouldn t take much time. I brought it in yesterday. They called me an hour after I dropped it off to say the work was done. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE !!!!! There is no trace of any previous damage to my car door. I also need to say how personable, accommodating, and helpful the Coles crew are. Never hesitate to give them a call if you need help.

Called for an estimate, was told to drop by in an hour. Randy was polite, professional, & emailed the estimate within a few hours. I haven t had any work done yet, when I do, I ll update this review.

Julie was so friendly and professional, keeping me informed every step of the way. She explained to me exactly what would happen with the rental I was getting. When the rental company tried to charge me over $300, instead of the $50 Julie had told me, I went right back into Coles and informed Julie. She was able to speak to the rental agent and pull up facts on her computer to prove that the actual fee should be $50. I was so relieved and felt like I was in such good hands there at Coles! To be rear ended is an unfortunate experience. But then to have been made to pay over $300 needlessly, would have really added to the negative experience! I am sticking with Coles from here on out! I highly recommend them.

I was rear ended in a parking lot. The back of my car was crushed. I didn t know where to go and was searching! Boy was i so glad that I brought my car to Cole s collision of Ballston Spa. This place is amazing when it comes to customer service. They are right on target when it comes to details and most of all their work. Unfortunately had to bring my vehicle in to Coles for another repair after I sustained a pretty substantial door dent thanks to a person slamming their door into mine in a parking lot. Coles Collision of Ballston Spa is excellent. I recently needed a repair and I was pleased to be able to stop by immediately and received by estimate within an hour or two. I appreciated advice about the necessity of the repair, information about insurance, a timeline for the repair and was kept updated on a weekly basis. I was assisted with acquiring a rental and felt all my questions were answered in a friendly and efficient manner. Randy and the entire staff are easy to work with and I give them my highest recommendations.

I was very pleased with the work and customer service at Coles. They were professional in every step of the process. I would highly recommend them.

went into this location for an estimate. The damage on my daughters car is on the door. I understand we have to get a completely new door. I had my daughter go in and get the estimate herself, you know having her adulting. The estimate came in over $7K+. I felt the estimate came in very high, I called Coles to ask Randy the manager why if he could take the time to explain the estimate and help me understand the cost. I spoke to the receptionist and she said he would call me back. After waiting for a few days to hear back, I tried reaching out to Josh Jewett the General Manager. Once again I had to leave a message and no one every followed up with me. I just needed to understand the cost. They are a preferred shop with my insurance State Farm and I was ready to trust them but I had this thing bugging me that it was just a little high. At this time I did an online estimate with competitor and quote came in $5K less. I know the online is not 100% accurate but wow that was very different. I started calling around and found a local shop with great reviews. I went, they were very professional. He explained all the costs, explained that cost was high for such minor damage due to having to replace the door. He went into full detail and it really helped me understand the cost. He also offered to explain everything to my husband he wanted to call in. Needless to say, I went ahead and booked the repair, the estimate came in at $3,300. Totally lost my trust in Coles Collision Center, they never took the time to explain why they were $4K more, makes me wonder what they are hiding. All I asked for was for a call back to explain the estimate. I understand labor costs, and material cost are expensive. If I had received a call back I would have been satisfied and made my decision to shop around or use them, once again I feel like they are hiding something and that is why they did not call me back. I guess I should say thank you for not calling back, you saved me $4K at the end of the day.

Had some major body repair completed by Marty and the team of experts at Coles after a deer jumped into the side of my daughters 2023 Honda Civic sport on Route 9. This is not the first vehicle I have had the them repair for me and this time, just like the last, it was top notch customer service, excellent communication and outstanding quality all the way. I had a great experience at the Ballston Spa location! My brand new vehicle went in for collision repair. Everything was up front and honest about the work to be done, the timeframe on the supply chain and how long everything may take. They also handled all aspects of the rental car. And my car was cleaned on return! Amazing! 10/10 recommend for anything!

When I was first looking for a collision shop to work on my 2014 Mazda 3 I was overwhelmed with the number of shops in the area. After having worked with Coles Collision I am glad I chose them. In addition to the repairs on my car turning out very well, everyone I interacted with at Coles Collision Center was very professional. Every step of the repair on my car was very clearly communicated to me so I always knew what was happening with my car.

From the minute you walk in the door until the time that you drive your car home repair and great shape it treats you like you were friends of the family its all due respect they help you out and all sorts of different ways as far as questions about the vehicle and what needs to be done so on and so forth I would recommend this place to anyone who needed to have a good repair job and its all said and done they wash the outside of your car and clean the inside as well and then theres no charge for those sort of service but surely those help as far as making new friends I would certainly want to be the one to tell you that thats the place to go

Great experience overall. The team got me in very quickly, was very educational on the process and steps for the car as well as insurance. They kept me constantly updated on where my car was with repairs as well and the work on my car was done very well. Would recommend them to anyone. Everyone I worked with at Coles during my recent auto body repair needs were amazing! The estimate was done on the spot and I was educated about what was needed, why and what to expect for a timeline. The customer service phone calls and email communication was first rate and friendly! The repair is perfect and was fixed quickly (which isn t an easy task when parts and delivery are hard to obtain these days) I would highly recommend all aspects of Coles and appreciate their work, friendliness and commitment!

Cole s in Ballston spa was wonderful. They got me in immediately for an estimate, then gave me an appointment for a few days later. The repair was very prompt, I was only without my vehicle for a week or so. They gave me a ride when I left my car and offered to pick me up when my repair was complete. The office staff kept me informed almost daily of my car s progress. I highly recommend the shop

Nice friendly place to do business. I recently had a small problem with my door (my own fault). I brought it in to their shop. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and courteous. Since I live only a short distance from the shop, they gave me a ride back to my house. It was repaired in a day. When their employee picked me up the next day, and there was still snow on the ground, he offered to drop the plow blade in my driveway. I thanked him, but since they went so much out of their way to help me, I politely refused. I would not hesitate to go back the next time i need their services. Thanks

I brought my 2017 truck into Coles on Tuesday 5/26/20 for front passenger side repairs. We have a rear side loaded 2 car garage that I have to turn left into. I caught the front right side of the truck on the garage door.The bumper and fender was dented. They replaced both and also repaired the section in between both. They did a fantastic job to say the least. The truck now looks brand new again. All of this was completed and picked up Thursday afternoon on 5/28/20. Three days! Awesome job! I would definitely recommend Coles should you ever need to.
