I was referred to Curtis at Superior Glass by my son, who is in the car business, after I found a crack in my windshield. I also checked for reviews online. Although he is located farther from me than the other company, I wanted to go someplace I could trust. Curtis did an amazing job and the car was ready when he said it would be. Absolutely fantastic! Superior glass is the ONLY company within an hour of my home willing to put in a used piece of panel glass(big side glass that doesn t roll down). The insurance company wanted to TOTAL my car (perfect working order) because a new glass couldn t be found (of course not offering enough pay out to even repurchase the same vehicle) . After 2 months of struggles we found the glass and he came right out to install it. It looks perfect! You would never know it wasn t the original window or that it s salvage from a scrap yard. Well let me start off with how great superior glass is. When i needed my window fixed it was 8pm and he answered his phone and told me hed order the window right away. From the start Curtis the owner was great with communicating all the steps. When the window came in he drove to my house and did the job fast and efficiently. I would recommend him over the big chain companies. Go give him a try you wont regret it.

Ice from the top of another vehicle hit our windshield shattering about 3/4 of it while on a 13.5 hour drive back to SC through NY. Although they did not have the windshield of our make/model in stock and could not have it arrive soon due to a holiday weekend, they stayed with us on the phone and had us text pictures of the windshield to let us know if it was safe to continue traveling. My insureance company sent me this company to get my window fix. I set an online rsvp to get my windows fix on monday 10/11/21. I Called the company to confirm they got my confirmation. The guy who answer was so rude. No customer service, didnt want to give me a time line or expection of service. instead he said window will be here in a few days. As i have an extensive work schedule I Wanted to know the process and his reply was Im busy I told a few days. The worst service and Im happy I will not be giving this company my money.

Curtis was super efficient and thorough. I paid cash and got a fair price. I m happy I was able to give Curtis my business and will call him again. Edit* I followed instructions and didnt take my car into the car wash for about a week. When I did I saw that my windshield was leaking. I called Curtis and he met me to correct the mistake. What I ended up with is a very noticeable wad of goop where the leak was supposed to be sealed, and a new leak coming from the windshield. I would like to mention that my car is only a year old and there are no other malfunctions. Anyway, last week or so I texted to let Curtis know that I wasnt looking for a fix but wanted him know I still had a leak. I didnt even get an apology and actually did not get a response at all. Take your $500.00 bucks to Safelite and get your windshield fixed properly.

I called this company because it was the nearest glass company to my house. I was delighted to find out that the quote was reasonable, because I always try to support local business owners, being one myself. Being well into November, I offered to go to him if it would make things easier, and inquired if I could have a discount if we brought the car and left it for a day. This was a possibility he said, but instead, another day a few days off was preferred due to a favorable weather forecast, and he would come here on that day. After several calls were made back and forth, he comes and looks at the car and leaves. He calls me and says Its too cold out to do this job, maybe you should bring it to me for a day.
