I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and they took my vehicle right in. Patrick Lynch from the service department who waited on me gave very good service. They even washed my vehicle before handing back off to me.

Went on for inspection only. Took more than an hour and 15 minutes.

Friendly and prompt service as well as a car wash!

All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and make me feel like a very important customer, even though I did not buy a Chevrolet from them. Customer service is the best.

I have not been happy with the service at Mohawk Chevy from the get go. The person that sold us the car was not very experienced-which is fine- but right after we purchased it, he left the company. We have had issues with the dolphin antenna coming off while going through the car wash( we had to pay out of pocket for a new one which isn t in the same color as the original. That would have been an additional $200). Then we noticed the rugs under the front mats were soaked! We brought it in and they couldn t find anything. It didn t stop leaking so we brought it in again. Turns out a hose was never connected at the factory. The girl we dealt with said she would call us by the end of the day and ended up taking a half day off and no one called until the next day-oh and we couldn t have a rental-so I was inconvenienced for 2 days without a car. I called three weeks ago to let them know the front carpets are still wet but this time I needed a rental. The same girl said she would call me in a few days. Well it s been 3 weeks and no call. I m hesitant to even deal with them again.

Mohawk Chevrolet continues to be the worst experience Ive ever had buying a vehicle and getting it serviced. My transmission is ready to blow out of my truck which they sold it to me that way. This vehicle was a certified pre-owned.I told them when I went in for an oil change they said it was fine the truck rattles so bad and vibrates my teeth only when I accelerate. My last oil change when I went for an oil change at 30% was short six quarts of oil out of 10 My oil light came on The last time I got an oil change I assume they didnt put enough oil in it. I dont recommend Mohawk Chevrolet.

Came in for a routine inspection on my 21 Silverado and brought my dog Dzus with me who me and my girlfriend have been trying to socialize more due to him having bad anxiety and being abused from his previous owners. I wanted to wait for the truck to be done and to take advantage of the walking path and the area around the dealership to walk him around. I came back and was greeted by employees who wanted to take a picture of my dog wearing a Chevrolet neck gator. Also, numerous employees stopped while working to see him as they walked by and offered treats and some love. Mohawk Chevrolet not only takes care of you but they are clearly a pet friendly environment and enjoy their customers and their four legged guests.

I don t typically write reviews but felt the need to get this out there. Had my 3500 Chevy worked on this last week. Brakes, rotors, oil change, taillight fixed, and torsion bar replaced. It cost $5400 dollars, $2700 of that was labor. I dropped the truck off on Monday, it got worked on Tuesday, and was completed around 3:30 per the phone call with the service rep. The labor on the invoice was for 14 hours. I called and spoke to the commercial rep and asked if this was accurate even though it was clear that did not happen and he claimed it was correct. He said there was nothing they could do. In the past, I ve had no problem taking it there. Their service team has always been super nice and accommodating, which is why this is unfortunate. What they charged is outrageous, even in todays age. Probably won t be coming back for any service.

Mohawk Chevrolet was great the 2nd time there and they fixed the problem with the brakes! The first time did not fix the problem and they were somewhat rude to my husband! So a week later I went over with him and they were very friendly and solved the problem with my husbands truck so I am very happy and will go back in the future if any more problems come up!!!

Able to quickly get a repair tech to look at my Bolt EUV for a Malfunction Indicator Light about the transmission unable to shift soon. They were able to diagnose and fix it quickly per GM advisory. Other dealers would not even look at it for several weeks.

The dealership is very clean and modern. But I was disappointed in the communication I received from the diagnostic. Although the car was dropped off the evening before. I had to call at 2pm to find out what the issue was. Only to learn that the diagnostic still had not been performed.

They did a wonderful job on my truck as I had many problems prior to bringing it in. Melissa St. Louis was my contact and was great. The only disappointment was the 3 weeks without my truck. It took too long for me and was very inconvenient.

Inspection

I took my 2017 Colorado in for a cooling system flush, and as always the service was great. The staff was friendly and professional, and I would recommend Mohawk Chevrolet to anyone as a great place to do business.

Waited 3.5 hours for an oil change after they told me it would take an hour. My service advisor was really nice though and didn t charge me. Next time I will just do it myself.

NYS Inspection / Tire rotation /Request info on recall of 2020 Bolt. No one knew the recall parts are available and how the fix it. Different dealer is getting parts and I have appointment for the repair.

Labor cost charged seemed very excessive. Communication between customer and service representative was quite lacking. I asked for pricing during 3 different calls and only got an answer the first time. Why would you call the customer about a service being performed/completed and not know the pricing ahead of time?

My new 22 Chevy has a major delay between 1st and 2 and then shifts. They say that s normal. The real reason is they don t want to tear the engine apart to fix it.

The folks at Mohawk Chevrolet made the process of buying my very first truck easy! I ordered it in June and it was delivered in October. Dax went out of his way to contact me on all updates!

Brought my vehicle in for NYS Inspection it took over 230 Was also told that my windshield wipers wouldnt pass inspection. Funny they worked fine in the downpour on the way to the dealership.

Was heading out on a long trip and had Mohawk oil change and rotate my tires as well as look over other things. VERY professional. Done on a timely manner. Mohawk is where I purchased this car and I plan on going to them again when i am ready for another one.

Be very aware. I ve had some issues with my truck that I bought there. They told me they ordered parts for it. Never heard anything for 2 weeks I had to call and check status and the advisor told me they were never actually ordered. They ve had to keep my truck over night which I understand happens, but they offer nothing for a vehicle. They have the you on your own mentality, I spent over 40k on a vehicle and they don t care if you have a ride home or not. This is the last time I will deal with this dealership that only wants your money

Called to have my blown brake lines replaced with ones I bought already. They are a direct oem fit. Get told they cant use mine at first. Than get told they can use them magically after I called back 30 mins later. Vehicle was suppose to be done monday than tuesday. Get called on tuesday saying they cant fully bleed my brakes cause rear bleeders are seized. They want to try to charge me more money to have them replaced. I tell them no I will take my vehicle home. They also tried to keep my brake lines from the kit I bought instead of giving them back till I asked about them. I drove 10 minutes to mavis and they had my brakes bleed perfectly fine within 15 mins. They are lying and just trying to take money that doesnt need to get spent. I will never recommend them for regular service work.
