WOW! FIVE STARS!!! I've was in the auto repair marketing business for twenty years and have met hundreds of shop owners and mechanics, and Chuck impressed me immensely. UNBELIEVABLE! MY STORY I had been told elsewhere that my caliper was bad so I spent $400 on brake parts and brought my car to Chuck. He called me a while later and said, "I'd love to take your money, but the brakes are fine."! Then he stayed open late, on a Saturday no less, to help diagnose the real problem... THEN he even called the dealer who sold me the car to let him know he has to make good on the warranty! THIS KIND OF GREAT SERVICE AND HONESTY JUST DOES NOT EXIST IN TODAY'S WORLD...so I thought!
Was a very good experience, the guys did a very difficult running board installation on my 06 Tacoma, replaced (welded in) section of rotted inner rocker panel, this truck is a very important part of the family so he suggested that they cleaned up the undercarriage and completely undercoated in the body cavities, floor and frame . Not only looks fantastic but protected .. Timely and reasonable prices Thanks Charles and crew !!!
Chuck is the man. Always goes above and beyond. Is very considerate to my schedule and his honesty and work ethic is beyond reproach. I first met him with a tire repair that he squeezed me in between his busy schedule. He has since worked on all my families cars for various issues-- over five cars in total!! Totally recommend him- but only if you want an honest car repair place that will go above and beyond for you always.
These pictures are how professional this guy is!!To start off with, I came in to get my exhaust routed and welded on, the exhaust was cut at the headers which was what i brought in, we came up with a plan to route the exhaust right out the the back as a straight pipe with true duals back, that didn’t happen, I was waiting for my vehicle to be done for about 2 months, we discussed price before all this and the quote was 400 dollars, which we both had agreed on. After 2 months of sitting my truck wouldn’t start so I had to go and jump it for them and come to find out my ground strap and positive wire where broken off my starter? Mind you I have drove the truck around before I brought it here and let it sit for 2 months, they asked if I wanted them to fix it which I replied NO due to suspicion, and 3 of my spark plug wire where off? I had fixed the issue myself but it was very weird that all that happend from just sitting? They finished my exhaust after 2 months and I come in and the exhaust is uneven and not routed where we said we would route it at ALL it was dumped right before the bed causing a very loud exhaust right Benieth the cab, looked very bad from the 90 degree they had to custom make and wasn’t what we agreed on at all, I asked them to change all my 02 sensors as well due to my CEL was on, they didn’t change all of them and my CEL was still on, they broke one of my manifold flanges and then put a new one on but it is the wrong one and I have a exhaust leak on my passenger side manifold so now I have to fix that after paying them 900 dollars more then double what I was quoted, I will NEVER be back here or tell anyone I know to go here very poor quality!!! Scratched my rims and parked my trucks in the bushes! What kind of “good quality business” does that?
Chuck is hands down the only mechanic I would go to if I wasn’t comfortable or able to do something on my own. The only set of hands I’d be willing to trust on any of my vehicles! Work and ethics that reflect integrity and honesty, you wouldn’t be able to find a better shop around. The most reliable vehicle I have owned was purchased through R&S as well at an amazing price, not to mention the process was a breeze with Chuck helping me the entire way.

R&S took care of my truck and then some! I went to them with a rotted rear crossmember and also asked about undercoating underneath as well! These guys took it in on a weekend and had it all done in a day and a half! I literally could not be more satisfied thank you men!!!
Called over the phone to ask about undercoat pricing and they didn t give me prices and hung up on me.

Your full of it ! All you did was give me the run around....I dont recommend you to anyone !!! I have all emails and text messages to show you lie ! But good try tho Transmission didnt go.... You didnt try to help you gave me the run around.....Didnt get my registration till the last day cause you drag your feet a quote someone close to you said you do.... You blew me off and wouldnt respond so talking to you would have helped hmmm ... Also a lie You also NEVER offered another mechanic which is why I did everything thru text and email...I could fully blast you on here with it all ?! And also I didnt put a reason that shows you need to talk to make yourself look and feel good ...

Chuck had my truck in for some frame repair, and I gotta say I wasent expecting perfection due to how rusty the frame was, but wow chuck knocked it out of the park! Frame looks brand new! Very fair and honest business something that s rare to find these days! Thanks guys!

Had my mustang stored for winter, took her out and brought her to young chuck . He made her run like a champ.
Purchased a car from there for my wife. He did a couple things i asked before purchasing which he did. Had a problem with the check engine light that was a chore to find the problem. Chuck did take care of it which he promised he would. I would have him work on my vehicles if they needed work and would buy another vehicle from him again. Nice to deal with an honest person.
Great experience buying my first truck! Chuck and the staff were very accommodating right from our first test drive. He offered to put the truck up on the lift so we could inspect the under carriage, flexible to meet after hours and Saturdays and had the interior detailed prior to us picking it up. Chuck even noticed the air conditioning wasn t working correctly after the sale, let us know and replaced the part without charge. Chuck was honest and helpful in making the sale. True to his word. We ll continue to use his shop for future repair needs.

No one else would help us, but R&S not only fixed the frame on our farm truck, but explained why Fords old channel frames rotted out so quickly. Very happy with their work.

These guys are terrible they cost thousands in extra repairs by stripping a bolt and causing heat damage.
Dude gave me a worse experience then I could of imagined. He messed up my radiator hose and wasnt even working on my radiator so I ended up with a leak that he didnt tell me about and caused my computer to fry

Owner Chuck is a great mechanic and has great staff including his pops..it s great to see a family owned and operated business in this giant corporate world. I have had many things with my vehicles fixed and maintained by this shop and would recommend them to anyone.
Disgusting amount of unprofessionalism. Caused major damage. Heres a picture of where my engine cover melted from bad routine maintenance of a new catalytic converter being put on loose and pissing out hot exhaust. Which melted valve cover at the connection point of manifold. Fried the new manifold .Also melted an electrical plug that runs above the connection point. Thousands of dollars fixing Chuck roses incompetentence
The team here has a service minded approach. They helped us out in a pinch (tight timing) and were quick to point out what was needed vs. misinformation from another repair facility. They moved things around to squeeze us in due to our timing situation. Really cant recommend them highly enough. Super friendly and responsive. Thank you R&S

Chuck is about as stand up as they come. I m a military vet that recently ran into some unfortunate series of events, found myself struggling badly and a veteran agency offered to pay for repairs needed to make my vehicle roadworthy. Chuck gave me nor the agency no problems, did the absolute most he could for the amount they would cover and he wasted no time doing it. He and his crew are great at what they do and you re foolish if you don t look this man up. Thank you sir!
I brought my truck to Chuck with a list of items that I wanted to have looked at. He diagnosed my whole list and only did the work that was necessary. Throughout the time my truck was there, he was constantly in contact with pictures and information to show me what was needed and what wasnt. He tackled a difficult job which took a bit longer, but he had notified me of this right away. I highly recommend R&S Auto and Chuck.

Chuck did a great job on a multiple service visit today!!! Full under carriage @Wool Wax application looks like new he even put it back up on the lift to show me up close the incredible job!! Oil change, tire rotation, exhaust repair, and inspection! GREAT SERVICE, Speed of repair, great pricing, and incredible customer service. Also called a couple times during the day to keep Me abreast of progress!! This was a very Positive experience. I would recommend to anyone for their automotive needs!!!!
The guys at the shop, Chuck and Tyler were really helpful today with fixing my brake pads and rotors, and very prompt in their responses. I highly recommend going to their shop for your auto repairs, and their rates are great as well.

Probably the best experience I have ever had with a garage. Professional polite and not looking to rip you off. These guys are really just beyond deserving of everyones business due to their kindness and skill. I know I am referring anyone who needs a garage to them.
Chuck has saved me in a couple situations but this last time really topped it. I was sitting in a parking lot while on my lunch break when my car just stopped. I called Chuck and he answered right away. I was in tears and he didn t miss a beat, I ll be there as soon as I can, don t worry about it, are you ok? Luckily my job was right around the corner so I walked back and didn t have to worry about anything else! He had it done the next day and it now drives better than before!!!!

STEER CLEAR pun intended. They don t deserve any stars. BAIT AND SWITCH artists. Charles III gave me a quote for a 2 hour job, tech did it in LESS THAN ONE HOUR and they took TWO HUNDRED PERCENT markup. He said that s the way we do it, if it had taken 3 hours I would only charge for the estimated time, as I watched his nose grow. Yeah SURE YOU WOULD. NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
