In my over 50 years of buying a new car every 2 to 4 years, this was by far my best experience! There was no price haggling, with the sales person going to the “back room” to get a better deal. A really nice dealership. Remember after you purchase that vehicle, you will have a long-standing relationship with the service department. So a dealership needs to have a good strong, knowledgeable service department. Although I did not purchase my car there, I was greeted and promptly taken care of, and never treated indifferently. Like most GM dealerships, you pull up to the big glass overhead door, toot your horn, then the door will open, and you pull in. No need to park the car, and walk (which is a great for seniors). There's a comfortable waiting area for those people who choose to wait while their car is being serviced, with complimentary bottled water and coffee. There's a gorgeous fireplace that wasn't on, but during the wintertime I bet it is. It was meticulously cleaned....and not a spec of dust anywhere. This is my third GM vehicle, and I keep coming back to GM...because they're built to last. I wouldn't own any other brand of car.
Installed trailer package kit from GMC accessories perfectly in a timely manner. Excellent customer service. Even provided shuttle to local planet fitness so I could kill time and work out while installation was going on to avoid sitting in waiting area.

Brought my car in for a oil/filter change and radiator flush. While the vehicle was in being serviced the tech noticed one of my rear springs was broken. I was made aware of this and was told that both rear springs should be replaced when one is, I had the work done at that point. Very pleased with Mangino Buick so far. May purchase my next vehicle there in the future. Everyone is very friendly.
Not at all good by any means. Was sold a vehicle 7 years ago and was NEVER informed that the vehicle was in an accident until I did the research. Went to go purchase another vehicle and had the employee set aside time to confirm all the details and the car was sold from underneath me with no warning what so ever. Tried to reach out to the employee and have gotten no answer back at all. I would not trust them. They told me I HAD to ask for a CarFax report, but it is LEGALLY their job to inform any buyer any details about the past of the car. They KNEW it was in an accident and the WHOLE passenger side was wiped out, but failed to inform me. The broke the law of the Consumer Protection Law . Which, as stated, the seller MUST inform the buyer of any past accidents or frame damage to the vehicle before finalization of sale. They claim they did the full scale inspection of the vehicle and did all background checks before closing the sale. On an added note, after 7 years of owning the vehicle, I found 2 shotgun shells under me seats. They do a horrible job and do not care what they sell to who. Received a response saying we will look into this and never heard a word back. It has been 2 months. Good job Mangino. Good job on pushing aside the issues and only gold lining the positive feedback
The service was done on schedule. It took about a half hour to do the service, oil change and tire rotation. The waiting area is nice with several tables away from the seating are to do work. Service was performed as expected.

Service by Mangino Buick/GMC was excellent. However the lug nut design the swelled the chrome plated lug nut caps so they cannot be removed without causing damage that will prevent reuse is a significant inconvenience and needless maintenance and repair expense.

Oil change was fine, but tire rotation didnt happen because of two things. First, apparently no lugnut key came with the truck, not your fault but that brings up the other problem. The service department doent have the universal kit with all the different keys for just this problem, nor was there any offer to order the missing key.

They were so patient and nice about the situation and agreed to hold the vehicle for me until my new title came in which took 3 weeks. They could of easily sold this vehicle to someone else but they didn t and for that I will be a lifetime customer! Excited to visit Mangino because they had a 2024 Buick Encore GX for sale. Sticker price $32k. Refused my employee discount. Then tried telling me the lease price would be $688. Marking this vehicle up over $10k and tried blaming the finance company charging 6% interest now on leases SHADY dealership! just come out and say your mark-up is $10k plus instead of thinking your prospects are stupid. Went to another GM dealership. Got a 2024 vehicle that was $32k as well AND allowed my employee discount, lease payment was $448!!

Follow up: I was contacted by the service manager, an appointment was promptly made with Tyler and the rear struts were changed, my older SUV rides like it is a few years younger, very happy with the resolution and everyone involved. Original review (3 stars) Brought the car in for changing the brakes and told them the struts might need changing as well because the ride is really bouncy especially at the back. At pick up they said the struts were still fine. This is a 2015 yukon with factory struts, I m guessing nobody looked at them or tested the car because it s obvious they need changing. When driving away, The ride was still bouncy where I felt like a bobble head. Scheduled an appointment to get the struts changed and told them why it needed it Left the car there overnight and I am told on pickup that nothing was done because the specific struts were not in stock. So I wasted gas and my time, packed all the kids in the car while my wife was driving her car so we could drop it off after hours, then noting was done when I specifically told them I wanted the struts changed. It is infuriating that the struts were not ordered when the appointment was booked, I basically gave you license to charge me money and you doubled down not doing the proper service when I asked for it. We are going to have to replace this truck in a few years, you should step up your service game if you want to keep clients. To add insult to injury there is a black plastic panel next to the driver side window that rattles at highway speeds. The one on the opposite side was replaced for the same reason years ago. I was told at pickup that the techs found a seat belt extender in the door that was causing the noise. Really?

My first experience to your dealership was not a pleasant one a few years ago trying to buy a vehicle.This time I was told to go here through my local automotive shop. Tyler and Joe in the service area were great to work with. They updated me on everything that was going on and worked with me. Was a great experience. I would recommend them.
Made an appointment online, misread the date and ended up dropping off a week early, I didnt need my truck so I let the advisor know that I wasnt in a rush, and to just take a look at it when possible. I was told it would by about 4 days before they could get to it. Relieved a phone call about 4 hours later that it was diagnosed and parts ordered. I was happy that the service department was able to squeeze me in despite my mistake of dropping off early.

Was contacted by Mangino to set appointment for car inspection. Asked me if I was going to drop off or wait. Said I would drop off. No specific time was scheduled for appointment, just said to drop off in the morning. So at 8:40 I dropped it off. (Now keep in mind my vehicle was just there a few weeks prior for one of your required inspections). All I needed this time was a NYS Inspection. Called around noon and spoke with service department, said car wasnt done and they would call. Finally around 4:40 I received a call that it was finished. Live across the street, so walked over. If I waited it would have been a ridiculous long time for this inspection. Thank heavens I didnt wait. Next time, I will get a specific appointment and hopefully this doesnt happen again.

Service customers beware. They do not put OEM parts on your vehicle. I took my 1 year old, $70k truck in to replace warped rear rotors, asked them for even an even better (AC DELCO Silver) than what came on the truck, and they put uncoated rotors on that have rusted after 2 months and look terrible. Coated rotors come on the vehicle from the factory and I cant believe they dont use those as replacements.
Was looking to purchase a truck. Called spoke w a salesman named Mark, he was nice enough to call me back and give me some lease payments. I called him 2 additional times to ask questions and see about program updates. No return call from him- so we went somewhere else.

Treated me greatly. Now keep in mind I drive a buick so they have all the info and whatever else for my vehicle mostly on hand. And have probably been mostly trained on buick and other gm brands like gmc. But Ive seen plenty of other brands being worked on here. My car needed about 4 grand worth of work done to it. They did a great job it runs and drives way better. Every problem and concern I came in with has been resolved and then some. And considering all the work that had to be done, I got it back in a timely manner. About week in total. That includes dropping it off the day before, it getting an inspection of the problems, etc. They told me Wednesday and I got it back Thursday. For me personally Im ok with that. Ive had cars go the other dealers for even less work. And take much longer than a week. Definitely a place that cares about your car and time. And most importantly didnt charge me for anything that didnt actually have to be done. I say that because Ive heard of other dealers and small shops uncharging for work that doesnt need to be done.
Acquiring the vehicle I wanted to purchase via dealer trade was a smooth process and very quick in its execution. My dealership owner and the sales staff were extremely accomodating to make the process of buying a new vehicle an enjoyable experience. Everything about this dealership in the way they conduct business demonstrates that this is a family owned and operated business model.

I called for service after AAA said I needed a new battery. Hope got me in within 30 minutes. They tested the battery and said I didnt need one - it was just a matter of being frigid cold and not starting the car for a few days. I did get an oil change though and was out of the building in less than 45 minutes. While waiting...I noticed several members of the Mangino family hard at work and very friendly. Why would I go anywhere else?
Excellent staff. Ive been going for to them years, actually bought all my new cars there. This Terrain was purchased in January of 2023. Enjoyed it emmensly. Colored METALLIC BLUE was the selling point, JUST LOVE THAT COLOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did not have an appointment and had a problem with the battery in my GMC and went to Manginos and talked to Tyler. He took the vehicle right in and resolved the problem and also did the lube & oil change. The vehicle was ready for pickup around noon. Another great job done by Tyler and Mangino!!!

Not the best experience. I was having some problems with my 2 year old truck. Admittedly, they were electrical problems, which are notoriously difficult to diagnose. Prior to bringing the truck in I did a ton of research on the possible problem and explained it to the service rep when I left the truck. I understand most people do not know what they are talking about when it comes to vehicles, but I am a hobby mechanic (restored several German cars) and I explained that. Instead of listening to me and my research, they determined my battery was bad and replaced it under warranty. When I objected they said that was all they could do. So I left and sure enough that did not correct the problem. I brought the truck back, again offering the research I had done on what was causing the problem (which again was rejected). This time they kept my truck for almost three weeks - during which time I only received one call about the status (after I had called and emailed asking for an update). Finally they decided to do what I had told them to do in the beginning and amazingly the problem is fixed! Then they send me an email to complete a survey and say if I cant give them a good review please let them know. So I respond by saying I cant give them a good review and if they would like more information to please contact me - no one does. Im not inclined to leave bad reviews - but definitely not happy with this dealership.
First of all I want to say that I came to get my 4 new tires put on that were sitting right in the back seat of my car that I purchased from tire rack to have you install mount and balance & have an alignment done along with my oil change and state inspection. There is no way that could of gone unnoticed from seeing them sitting there in the back or smelling the fresh rubber in the car. I got the inspection video and the mechanic was checking the tread on the 4 tires I already had on the car as he apparently did not know he was installing new tires that were sitting right in the car. I texted the service rep about this and they text me back that the mechanic didnt look at the second page of the work order that they were installing my new tires and thought it was funny he didnt look at the whole work order and what was to be done. It shouldnt take me pointing out to them what was being done to the car and if I hadnt pointed it out I probably would of came to pick up my car that afternoon with the same 4 tires that were already on it I would of found nothing funny about that . Also I provided a tire sensor for them to fix as they said while the tire was off they would replace my right rear tire sensor for me. In the end they werent able to program it with their tire tool as it was an aftermarket part when they put it on so they proceeded to take it off and return that part to me so I could go about returning it to the parts store. They failed to tell me that well removing the never used tire sensor I had just purchased two days prior that they had damaged it so upon returning it to the parts store I was told they couldnt take it back because it was damaged by the mechanic in the removal process. In the end your service manager is going to reimburse for the cost of the part which I appreciate but I dont appreciate buying a brand new part for someone to just damage and then not being able to return it to the parts store and now it is just a brand new sensor that is a piece of trash that will not be used on any ones vehicle. If I ever come back for more service to be done here I request that mechanic yesterday be not allowed to work on or be near my vehicle at all. I expect they at least know the job they are doing from the moment they pull it in and also the inspection video you guys provide me was done so quickly with no care to show me every thing going on with my vehicle it was only 30 seconds long. Last mechanic who sent me one when I had the car serviced back in September 2023 took 3 full mins of video to show me my shocks, brake & fuel lines , struts, brakes the whole undercarriage of the car was in great shape and everything that was going on with it. I find those inspection videos very helpful and insightful as I am not a professional mechanic and I dont know everything that may or may not be going on and it is nice to know that someone cares to show me what is happening with my vehicle when they are working on it. I just feel that there was not as much care and attention put into it this time around compared to previous experiences. In the end the job got done but just made me feel not as important of a customer this time around with this service appointment.

I am 60 years old and my wife is in her early 50s, between the two us we have bought a lot of cars in the 25 years we have been married. This was the single best car buying experience we have ever had. Staff and salesman were sincere, helpful, professional and courteous. We knew what we wanted and how we were going to pay for it. There was no pressure to buy anything we didnt want or change how we financed the new car. Their was one negative, and this had nothing to do with the dealership or staff. We spent the majority of our time at pick-up trying to download the mybuick/onstar app. Instead of learning about all the cool features on my wifes brand new Envista we were stuck on the phone for 45 minutes with a onstar rep only to not get a resolution until the following day. For any future new car needs and service we will definitely be returning to Manginos Buick/GMC.

He was very patient in teaching me all the inside electronic offerings that Buick has ! Today I called the dealership to schedule a service. After returning home from vacation I realized my car inspection had passed. When I called the Service Department, Kristin S went above and beyond to fit me in. My appointment was for 4:00 and I was in and out within 45 minutes. I will definitely be doing service there again. I just have to add that Kristin was very helpful as I had a few very detailed questions about my car. She took down my info, talked to me and made me feel at ease bringing my car in for the first time. I look forward to returning to Mangino GMC in Ballston Spa! A+ service to Kristin!
