Called on a Thursday, Paul was out the next day to diagnose the problem. I received an estimate the next business day. I had several questions, which Paul answered. He was back the next Friday fixing the issue. Paul was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Pam on the phone was quick to respond and very helpful. Great service.

They responded fast to my inquiry. Our tech Paul was WONDERFUL! He helped explain things and problem solved to get our unit to charge again. The office called and coordinated things. They made is simple and easy. Also if the company sees this make sure you get a surplus of ginger & lemon juice. But the good lemon juice in the glass containers.

We used Mr. Electric today for the first time and we were very pleased with their work and professionalism. Paul and Sam, our technicians, were very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing and resolving our electrical issue and it wasn’t an easy fix but they got it done at a very reasonable price! All I can say is WOW!. These people are the BEST. Had an issue with my power and had been running off a generator for 2 days. Called them and they came right out and got my power up and running in NO time. Fast, professional, Caring. If you need any work done for your electrical this is the right company. Nick was terrific. He was respectful, focused, and yet had a great sense of humor. He and Anthony were at our house all day, never complained (and it was hot) and stayed until the job was absolutely right. Highly recommend.

My Generac generator needed an annual check up. Brian and Sam were wonderful. Not only did they perform the home safety check up, assessment and cleaning, they explained the new battery and oil heating upgrade components they recommended for my generator. They even took and shared several beautiful photos of the work done and the newly installed parts! Wonderful techs! Wonderful business! They are now my go-to-guys for any electrical work my home requires!
