I both contract for household propane delivery and purchase welding gases rod and supplies here. I have been a propane service client since 2016. The owner (John) and all staff are very personable, both at the counter (Andy) in the retail location and all the delivery drivers, and Id received deliveries, that were a last minute emergency, that were my fault, in an extremely timely manner. Very helpful with a problem I was having with my plasma machine

I accidentally ran out of propane this morning and called Jand R propane at 5 am and they were at my home at 7am filling me up , I realized after they left my pilot went out and my husband was working a double and would not be home til late at night , so I called J and R back and they sent somebody right over to light it for me ! Exceptional customer service !

We had amerigas because the tanks were already on the property. Mistake #1 on my part. We then ordered propane through amerigas at a much higher rate then j & r at the beginning of January for them to say it would be the 25th before it was delivered. Mistake #2. We called 13 times over the course of 3 weeks to tell them that date wasn t going to work and we ran out of propane, we never got ahold of anyone always on hold. We finally got through to somebody on the 22nd with no heat and they promised someone would be there, we believed them as we had no heat at this point. Mistake #3. As you can guess they never showed up nor cared anyone was here. J & R got contacted in the early afternoon on Monday, Tuesday by noon I had tanks setup and heat in my house. I was told in the next day or 2 they would fill the tank, it s 8pm and I have a tank being filled. When someone says they will do something it goes along way with me when they execute it. I can t thank J&r enough for fast and easy service. Thank you

It is hard these days to find a company that not only provides excellent service, but also has that OLD SCHOOL flavor of being eager to please their customers. I woke up at 4:30 in the morning to find I was out of propane. I called the office at that time and left a message asking them to please set up a time to make a delivery as I was out of fuel and at 7:30 AM (3 hours later) they were pulling in to my driveway. They strive for excellence in all that they do and as an older woman who lives alone, I am grateful to have them as my fuel company.

These guys are simply awesome. Always friendly, great prices and knowledgeable. Best welding supplies shop in the area.

New client.. great customer service! But I still want to move South. Too darn cold here in upstate

Called over the weekend to pay my bill and wait a day of no heat till the coming monday. Sounds reasonable right? Well called monday morning as told @7am to get it filled for the morning , had them saying they were coming. Figured that would be awesome while me and spouse were working and having my child in school that everything would be fine when i came home. HA NOPE. Still was not filled and if I had not called and wondered where they were i probably wouldnt have had propane for a whole nother night. Now its 6pm and i still have to wait. nice service. very displeased and bummed out would love to shower and make dinner for my family but guess ill have to wait as a early paying customer and having always been pleasant to them.

placed an order yesterday was told i was on todays list. tanks almost empty its cold and almost closing hours now and no delivery im a 5 min drive up the road too.

These guys saved the day when my old company let my propane tank run to empty. I couldnt get them to commit to delivering that same day and temps were sub zero. I called J&R and they promised they would deliver the same day - and they did! Friendly and responsive and they gained a new customer that day!

They have consistently delivered quickly and their staff was friendly. Spoke with John the owner and very pleased with his enthusiasm and professionalism.

They were super helpful helping me pick the right torch, I came in not really knowing exactly what I needed and they were extremely informative. They ordered it for me and it came quickly. They have been very helpful ever since if I have questions or need new supplies.
