Hear For You in Ballston Spa

One of my hearing aids was inoperable. Dana was able to repair it easily. I was given a hearing test. And both hearing aids were cleaned.

Got me in early and out early, excellent service all around.very happy.

I had an appointment with Hear For You at their Ballston Spa location. Dana is very knowledgeable and thorough! She greeted me timely and had all the necessary paperwork prepared for me to read and sign.

Clean and bright office area and exam rooms. And the two women working there are very informative, friendly and caring for my needs. They were prompt and efficient. Over all I am very satisfied by their professionalism. And I would refer others to them.

The facility was easy to find and welcoming. I met with a lovely young lady, Dana, who was extremely nice, professional, and courteous. She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable before, during, and after the testing. It was definitely a positive experience for me in terms of having my hearing tested.

One of my hearing aids was running out of power after less than twelve hours of use. I visited Hear for You and in that visit they agreed to replace the battery and have the hearing aid ready for me in a week or two. They also provided a temporary replacement for me. I could not ask for anything more. Thank you Hear for You. I couldn t expect anything more.

Hear For You did a simple repair to my hearing aid for me, even though I have never been a customer before. I was treated courteously and kindly with no waiting. Repair was done to a hearing aid that is no longer manufactured and I walked out with my device working again, and no charge. I would recommend them for all you were hearing needs.

She makes me feel so welcome when I go to the office. She handles my needs with such finesse. Andrew and Barbara run the Ballston Spa office like a well-oiled machine. I live in Florida and was in Saratoga for the summer. While I was visiting in Armonk (4 hours away), I left my charger. I contacted Hoglund in Florida and they recommended Hear for You as part of their community They treated me like I was their best and favorite client. If I lived in the area they would definitely be my audiologist. Cant say enough good things about these people.

I wish I could give this place more stars, but my experience there was not optimal. Hear for You is basically a hearing aid dispenser store. While I was assured that my hearing exam would be complete and thorough, it was not. It was more of an abbreviated exam. As a Speech pathologist, Ive administered complete audiological exams - this exam was not complete. Im not sure if they dispense any brand other than Starkey hearing aids (a so-so brand), but thats the brand that was recommended for me. I was shown a pricing/monthly payment chart and I picked the plan I wanted. However, when it came time to sign all the paperwork, I was quoted an entirely different price/plan! When I mentioned this to the person I was dealing with, that person swore up & down that this was the plan I chose! The person even showed me the price chart; I told the person that the chart I was shown last time looked totally different and this person stated that it was the only chart they had. I am not crazy & I know what Im talking about! For the price I paid for these hearing aids, I feel that I could have gotten much better ones from a licensed audiologist. Bait & switch? Maybe...maybe not. I will not be returning to Hear for You.

I have been a customer for many years. I recently purchased the upgraded Starkey hearing aids. I am very pleased with this product in the way they provide quality hearing capacity. I also really appreciate the recharge system which eliminates the need for batteries. Andrew Roth and all the staff are always extremely helpful every time I visit. A five star rating.

When my wife and I first purchased our hearing aids, we also purchased the Life Time Batteries, now 12 years later, we were told that it is for only 5 years. Whose Life Time is 5 years? Very Un-happy.

Typical for an Italian chain restaurant. Nice atmosphere. The food is a little pricey for what you get.

Andrew Roth is a superb Hearing Technician. He tests, listens & analyzes your needs, He then gives you a choice of several possibilities. After the order Andrew follows up and updates your aids He is the first Hearing technician that I have found after many years of searching who actually seems to care. I heartily recommend Andrew.

I called and was advised that they would run my mothers insurance to see if she has coverage. When she arrived they informed her that her Humana would not cover her hearing aides. They then had her pay over 3,000 for the hearing aides. Humana called us today and said she has $700 per ear for a co-pay for hearing aides. The rest would have been covered, But this place is out of Network. Highly recommend that you call your own insurance to discuss coverage. Update: Andrew called me to explain the differences between True Hearing and my mothers current plan. We were given the option to return the hearing aides. I will be following up with Andrew once my mother and I review both plans. I do appreciate the follow up to this matter.

Dana is fantastic. She will take her time and make sure there are no issues with your hearing aids. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. The office personnel are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this service to my family and friends. Thank you Dana.

Hearing aids are more than adequate, however, dispenser is extremely rude. He did not even acknowledge my presence at last visit. Cleaned wax out of left aid and gave it to his secretary to forward to me, who was sitting within feet of him.

When I needed help when my hearingaid came apart in my ear they were no help at all !
