Todd and his entire crew are the best I have ever used. They come the same day, they are dedicated and highly knowledgeable. I use them for a 25 year old central air and a 60 year old furnace. I can recommend them highly!

We stumbled on tsk when we purchased our current house over 15 years ago. They did right by us then and have every time since. We could not be happier with the professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and honestywe have received. I have recommended them to numerous people and none have ever been disappointed.

I cannot fully capture how wonderful Todd and his team are. They were referred to us by a subcontractor our contractor was working with on another job. Todd was responsive and thorough in quoting out the job for moving our A/C compressor and the accompanying line set easily beating some of the larger, more corporate names in the area. TSK isnt just a low price - their professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. They moved our A/C in March and returned in May when it was time to turn our system on to run a full check. In June we ran into an issue with the electrical box that the A/C was hooked up to. On a Friday at 2:30 Todd came to our house, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the problem. He didnt miss a beat in offering to come out and was happy to help. My wife and I know that, in the next 5 years, well need to replace our entire system as its close to 30 years old. TSK will be the only call I make for that job and anything else that should come up in between.

AC unit was not working, called Todd at Tsk he quickly responded telling me he would be out that afternoon. Then called to fit me in right away because it was suppose to be 90 that day. The tech was knowledgeable and quick. Explained everything and took care of my unit to get my house cool. Highly recommend

Todd was able to get to our home the same day to repair our AC. He even showed up an hour earlier than we were told. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend and would use again.

Doug was excellent! I called him at 11 am, he was there that afternoon (right when he said he would be), and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a half an hour. His price was honest and reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend TSK.

I recently had my furnace, AC, and water heater all replaced by TSK. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently the got the job done considering all the work that was done. Everything runs great and electric bill has already gone down. I recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC/plumbing.

Coldest night this season(yesterday, a Saturday night), our no heat call went out just after 6pm, spoke to TSK and not an answering service, gentleman asked brief questions about furnace and said someone be would be out in about an hour. About 730 Doug showed up, did some trouble shooting and found an unusual problem and had our heat up and running. Doug was very professional, neat and pleasant. The service we received was great and will use TSK again

Todd at TSK fielded a call for me due to my furnace and water heater not firing after I ran out of fuel during 30 degree weather and he got right on it & sent Doug out the same day ! TSK did their utmost to fit us into their busy schedule on the same day I called. Doug was the repairman who came to our house. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

We have been working with TSK for about 4 years now. They came recommended to us when we discovered that we urgently needed a new furnace upon the closing of our new home. They are reasonable but competitively priced. From routine service cleanings to minor issues they have been great to work with from start to finish. Specifically, Doug has been a pillar of knowledge in helping us navigate the ins and outs of our heating and cooling systems and providing tips to ensure efficiency.

We wanted to replace an 11 yr old working water heater with a powered vent unit so that we can eliminate the chimney in our house. We called several places, but getting a call returned is a problem. TSK Plumbing and Heating is a local place(Ballston Spa, NY), they returned our call, and had time to create a quote. They were able to schedule the install within our home time schedule. The guys arrived on time, made code compliant connections, which included hard piping the water inlet & outlet, as well as hard pipe the gas line(previous flex pipes) which makes me feel more safe. The crew was fast efficient and clean. And for every call, someone answered the phone. It is a job well done and it looks good too.

TSK replaced my hot water heater and the two technicians were good at their work and answered all of my questions. Will definitely use them again.

What a great find! Todd and his crew were referred to me by a friend. Its not very often you come across a crew that just love what they do. I have had them work on several down air conditioners , replace an air conditioner, repair heaters, and now are installing new heating units. TSK has also installed several nest thermostats for me. Called Todd for service on my gas furnace and received a return call to set up an appointment. He offered an appointment time and followed up with an update. Doug and Mike came and both were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They repaired the heating system and installed my nest thermostat. I would highly recommend them and TSK anytime.

We have used TSK heating and cooling for several repairs on our hot water tank and furnace, and eventually a hot water tank replacement. Todd always offers a quick response and prompt arrival, usually within a 2 hour time frame. Todd, Mike and Doug are all professional, efficient and clean up after the job is complete. Pricing is competitive as well. Highly recommend!

Lowest cost for a simple Lennox multi-head, ductless heatpump system for 3 head, 3ton, unit for 2000sqft house, but still way too expensive to achieve reasonable payback time when replacing electric baseboard heating.

TSK is a fantastic company to work with. They are responsive and deliver high quality work. They did an inspection of our full hvac system shortly after a home purchase, moved some ducts and vents, and helped with an urgent winter furnace issue on 30 year old unit. I highly recommend TSK.

TSK did the original install on all the original appliances in our house. Got 26 years out of the water heater, when it went they replaced it with the newer model it was $200 cheaper than competitor quoted. Have never had to wait for anything, they re cost effective, fast and knowledgeable. No other way to go in BSpa

Our hot water heater failed us, and TSK was out immediately to see the issue and replace our tank. We had multiple quotes, and their rate was the best. As a new home owner, I appreciate how they went into detail of what they were replacing, and how the hot water heater worked. They then took the time to look at my furnace and educate me on how that worked. They went above and beyond, cleaned up after themselves (even plugged in my fridge in the basement!), and was very professional.

My Boiler wouldnt work after an electrical fire. National Grid wouldnt turn the gas back on until the boiler was fixed. My wife explained this over the phone and and they sent a tech out. Tech arrived quickly and was polite but said he couldnt diagnose anything without gas. I suggested that he could check the control module but he didnt seem to be able to do this. He then charged me $99+ tax and left. I think they could train their techs on electrical diagnosis and leniency on when not to charge someone. Edit: Todd the owner called and apologized for the way this was handled. He talked to the tech about how better to work on these types of issues in the future. He also offered a full refund.

We are always very impressed with how quickly TSK responds to a call, usually arriving at our house within an hour or two. We have used them for furnace, AC, and water heater repairs. They are very professional, quick, friendly, and fair, and weve been very happy with their service. Highly recommend.

Called for air conditioning service at 4pm and he had our wiring issue fixed before 7pm, on a Friday no less! We were thrilled to have our air working so quickly on a hot night. Will definitely recommend to others looking for air conditioning service.

Extremely overpriced and unorganized. He is all about selling a new unit instead of properly fixing the existing one. He does have a couple of good guys working for him but its all about gouging the customer. Update: his best two people quit and started their own HVAC company (Field Industries).

Dave an Matt did an exemplary job on cleaning my furnace. They showed up exactly on time and got right to work. They started cleaning my furnace and brought to my attention to multiple issues that my previous company neglected. They fixed the issues no problem and took the time to explain and show everything in detail. They priced out a new furnace and a/c unit and gave me a few different options i could pick from. Definitely would recommend TSK!

I just called to get an estimate on a central air unit for my home. I told the representative that I live in Galway, NY and what type of unit I was interested in. I also told him I was getting estimates from some local companies. He stated that he had no interest in driving to my house to give me the estimate since I had already quotes from other companies and thats not really how I run my business. He then gave me a price tag of $8,500.00 dollars on his unit. I was blown away at how unprofessional he was and how high the quote was since is $1,000.00 over the others I have received. Maybe he is so busy he doesnt need smaller jobs like mine or maybe hes just a bad businessman. Either way, I would never hire him for a job. Be careful using this company...

TSK opened his shop just to help me out on a Saturday. He walked me through what I needed to do for my new motor. Excellent customer service.
