Mark has been tuning for me up on Lake George (NY) since we moved here 5 years ago. I've been playing professionally for 40 years and have hired, sat next to, talked with, and come to understand the trade of so many professional tuners, but Mark is really the TOP OF THE GAME for me. Mark is a skilled, professional, and very helpful piano tuner/ technician. He was prompt for every scheduled tuning, explained what my piano needed (and why), and was open to discussing what fixes would most benefit my 140 year old piano. Mark really brought our little piano back to life! I used to bang on it in the early 70's when I was small and it was old then! Now my son is playing it and learning songs off Tik Tok. I could hear the off notes from rooms away lol. No more..it sounds amazing. It's so worth it! Thank you Mark!!
