Parker Truck Repair & Towing in Ballston Spa

An elderly lady got her car stuck on a snow bank so I called Parker Truck Repair and Towing to help her get unstuck. Josh got there very quickly and was able to get her car situated in no time. I was going to cover the cost for the lady but when Josh found out I was a Marine Corps Vet he told me to worry about it. It was an incredibly nice thing to do and it was very much appreciated. Outstanding service and outstanding employees!

The company owner David and his employees and their families went above and beyond for my family! I have been wanting to make this sincere review for a month now (after an incident falling into a sinkhole by Niagra Falls while on vacation and needing stiches. I lost my phone due to water damages and just was able to log into my Google account 10 seconds ago) After the horrible incident by Niagara Falls we than ran into my utility trailer axle bending. David saw our family in trouble and immediately helped us by towing us to his yard and then allowing his employee Josh to tow us to his home. There we were greeted by his awesome wife, children, pets and even father who took their personal time to let us shower, eat and hang out. His wife helped us find a near by campground to set up while her husband Josh fixed my axle on his day off of work! He towed the trailer back to the shop. When I picked the trailer up the children and I were thirsty, the staff gave us bottled water before sending us on our way. These wonderful people really helped our family in a time of need and touched our hearts on what was a horrible experience in NY! If it wasn't for them we really would not have had any good memories. To all the employees of Parker Truck Repair and Towing. A couple of weeks ago I had a tire blowout on the Northway leaving me stranded on my way to training. I called around every repair shop on a Saturday morning that was open because it was an emergency, only to be turned down because they don't have a heavy enough lift or I needed to make an appointment. I gave Parker Truck Repair and Towing a call and the owner not only said he'd help me, but that he had an employee at the shop waiting for me to arrive. I was able to limp my F350 crew cab long bed dually to the shop. To the employee who I didn't catch his name, I would like to sincerely thank you for all you do and your assistance. They took my truck ,an old K100, in for repair and they have been fantastic to me as i had heart issues during the time theyve had it!

Called Joshua early Saturday morning to tow my car to a tire shop. He arrived early and was already loading my car when I arrived. Dropped my car at the tire shop without issue and left the key at the shop. Joshua was very pleasant and the price was fair. I definitely will call Parker again. Highly recommended.

Caution. Caution. Caution. Be aware. I strongly urge anyone who is considering using their service not to make more problems for ur self. 6 weeks ago they were called to look at my lull on construction site. They came down 17 miles away from their garage to look at it. Decided it needed to go to their garage. Picked it up brought it to their garage. That was $500. I waited a couple days then called Dave for a up date.Dave never returned any of my 4 calls. So I show up at their shop. There’s Dave. So I asked kindly. The status of my lull. His respond. Ya. We really don’t work on lulls .Well Dave. Why would u remove from the job and bring it back to ur shop then tell me this So already losing 5 days on my repair. He said I have someone who can look at it in 2 days. Well 2 days turned into 1and a half weeks. The gentleman that did repair my lull did an excellent job. (Jack). Over all took 6 weeks.losing that time from continuing on with my job where I need a machine. Finally when finished I contacted Dave to square up with him. Myself. Being in a bind to get my lull back. Dave offered to deliver it back to my job at 8 am the next day. Never the less Showing up 2 hours late and request another $500. Total $1000 for total of 34 miles. When my lull is regularly moved. The cost is $350 one way. Dave is nothing short of a being a scumbage and considers him self more important than everyone else. Not only will this post be on his web site review but will be plastered all over Facebook and else where.

Total scum! I pull a 53 ft dry van I brought it in they plugged the tire it took them less than a half hour they charged me $214 dollars yes two hundred fourteen! I called around the other shops after these people ripped me off and I could have got it done in one shop for $42 and the other shop for $33.50 you better have a pocket full of money if you deal with these Jokers
