Guys are quick to help you out.
I went to FW Webb in ballston spa, and I had trouble looking for an item, so i asked the front desk, and it showed 1. Cody went to look and not there. As I was leaving Cody said he saw that the FW Webb in Albany showed 23. That was the best counter sales experience I have had maybe ever.. Cody I Appreciate your exceptional customer service and this is an example of why I choose Webb.
The service was excellent! Chad from the office came out and helped me find exactly the part I needed. Don't bother to go anywhere else, FW Webb has everything.
Been dealing with fwwebb for close to ten years. They usually have what is needed and if not can usually get it or point you in the right direction. You do not need an account to buy from them either.
Excellent Service and sales Department They guys helped me with My material list and Pricing So I could give accurate Estimates,I Do alot of work these guys are Busy as Heck and still Sat down with me to Help me out The guys at the counter always Right there and helpful! Tom,Ed front, and Chad, you guys are Rught on thanks for all the Help I will definitely Be back soon !
Shipped wrong tub thus causing delay with install, creating need to stay home and lose days from work. Called and was told “not our fault, manufactures”. Companies are responsible for what they sell and back up any issues including customer needs, this is key to successful business. If anything knock off something from bill for goodwill gesture.
The prices aren’t marked so I didn’t know how high they were until checkout. I found the prices much higher, even double or nearly triple what I pay elsewhere!! Below is a sample of my experience: They charged me over $12 for a Propress copper tee, I normally pay $5. $57 for a 10’ stick of 1” type L copper I can buy elsewhere for $45. They charged me $33 for a 1” sweat ball valve, I can purchase for $12.... $20 full price at Home Depot!! I bought $200 worth of misc. copper fittings and found the same pricing discrepancy across the board. Not to mention it’s a huge aggravation to have to write down the part numbers while shopping. I will say they had everything and the store is nice and clean but I can’t afford the mark-up so I won’t go back.
Good selection to choose from
