This place is awesome! They had the part I needed at 50% less than the spot near me. The only problem was I had to drive an hour into Long Island. (terrifying) However, I called ahead, and the part was waiting for me when I arrived. The part was in decent shape and reasonably priced. The transaction was smooth and easy. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Being able to get in and out of Long Island unscathed was a real blessing. Make sure to bring cash since there’s definitely a fee for using cards. But seriously, who shows up at a junkyard without cash? Your parents raised you wrong :) Thankfully, there's a Chase Bank one block away for you heathens. Other than that, dope spot. Blessings.
Terrible service, they lie to you about the dates to deliver the pieces that you already paid for in advance, when you go to get them, they always have an excuse and tell you to go the next day after that when you are tired of going so they can tell you that it hasn't arrived. They don't want to give you a refund DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE unless you want them to play with your time
They are selling not working parts. I bought alternator guy show me alternator turn one side mechanic told me belt turning side already stuck not turning. They are telling 30 days warranty. If you don’t wanna spend extra mechanic money go somewhere else. They already know parts not working they gave wrong information and sell parts
Sold me a "guaranteed" transmission that was physically damaged on the outside. I brought it back for a refund, Kevin talked me into going to "their shop" down the street and they would fix the broken connector and seals and install it. Transmission turned out to be blown. They expect me to pay another $1000 to have it removed and returned to them for a refund. He shouts over me on the phone and wont let me speak. Now I'm filing a lawsuit against them.
Called these guys yesterday about a fuel tank for an 02 Tundra - they were fantastic. Organized, efficient, knowledgeable. They sent pics so I could see the tank before making the 3.5-hour trek to get it. It was in the best shape by far of any I've seen. Ultimately, the ridiculous price of gas right now made it impractical to get the part from them. But I was so impressed with their customer service, I thought they should be commended for it.
- stars if I could. Owner is a POS. Hit and damaged my fender on brand new trailer while trying to unloading the car. when I told him to stop he continued. Thinks a sorry is going to get it fixed.

Bought a part that ended up being bad was told I had 30 day w warranty when I went back and returned the part I was told icould only get store credit he was nasty and rude and refused to give me cash back how do you give store credit to a junkyard its not like you go shopping there everyday..

Not the best scrap yard to go to. Guy was very rude and nasty. it was my first time selling scrap metal and he made me feel very uncomfortable. I would definitely be selling my scrap else where when I come across it.

if you looking at this business reviews stop here and read, i am a business owner i order part from this company they said it has low mileage the part was painted silver to look new paid cash , but it wasnt good took me 3 weeks to get my refund back and on top of that i paid the mechanic to do the job twice please make sure what you buying is good before you pay for it and when you pay pay with credit card at least you can cancel it very bad to do business with sorry i am not a review person but they put me in a bad situation with my mechanic who charged me twice .
AWARE CUSTOMERS On the Internet(CO-Part) And on the phone they give you a different low price. Once you get there that part was sold and they have a different price!!!!

Theyre stealing your money. They sell you car parts that are ruined and when you return to complain, your warranty doesnt respond so they steal your money They are thieves, they sell you damaged car parts and when you return to claim your warranty they dont respond and they steal your money.
Everyone that works here are so friendly and makes me feel welcome. Not like other places who are so serious. This place eve rry one is nice and are honest. 5 stars all the day. Definitely coming back if i need anything else.
If you have any scrap metal around I suggest you bring it to this place they pay the best price and much fear

Needed a Transmission for my 96 Explorer quickly. The Man helped me over the phone, and had it ready for me to pick up when I got there. I had some post install questions and he offered me to take it to there transmission guy for help. I ended up working it out myself (just a loose connector), but I felt that they stood behind the part 100%. Thanks!

I started taking my scrap metal to Bi-County recently and was impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff there. Their prices are pretty good (comparable to their big name competitors like Gershow and Arrow) and their yard, though it may look small from the outside, is actually quite large. I highly recommend them if you deal in the salvage business in any way, whether as a homeowner, contractor, or professional scrapper.
I called them to see whether they have my car in the stock. They didnt even check the computer. The guys just said no and hung up. Stay away.
