Wow I cant recommend Ossies enough!! My transmission went and I didnt know whether to fix it or give up. Ossie was understanding and let me take my time and think it through. I have been a customer of Ossies for several years now and can attest that they service your vehicle with honesty, skill and at reasonable prices. Recently, one of my vehicles went in for basic servicing and I had also asked them to check the speedometer which was malfunctioning. The cost to repair was estimated to be over $1800 due to part and dealer programming costs. However, during the process, it was determined that the full repair was not required, dropping the cost to $900. I am very grateful to Ossie and his staff for their honest work that comes with high craftsmanship.

I have had the opportunity to use Ossies on several occasions with both of my cars. Ossie and his staff are professional and courteous. More importantly they give an honest assessment of your car and will not offer a service if they do not feel it is necessary. The work that they do perform is done correctly the first time. There have been no instances of a time when the costs rose astronomically as an add on. Their assessments have been accurate and they stand by their work. My son s car would not start due to a wiring issue with an older, poorly installed remote start. After calling Ossie s, we had the car towed to them, and they had everything resolved within a day! Ossies has resurrected my 2005 Chevy Malibu with subtle electrical repairs, to major engine gasket repairs. They repaired subtle electrical oxygen sensor wires, A/C knob wires, and several shorted wires that are very tough to diagnose. They repaired the door locks with key-bobs, the rear window wiper. They repaired the A/C thermal unit. They flushed the radiator, transmission fluids, brake fluids, and provided great oil changes. They repaired and replaced both the starter and water pump. They repaired the worn tire rod fittings, and aligned the tires. They repaired and replaced the engine gasket. They replaced the rusted transmission cables and wires. They found electrical shorts near the A/C and heating unit, and repaired these, along with the A/C control knobs. They are to repair the shocks and struts next. They have superior experience, and scientific, technical methods, and are very accurate and precise. They are very very honest and patient with customers. I would majorly recommend them to everyone. Mis diagnosed my car. Went in to get alternator checked and a sound coming from engine.. got a call back saying everything I asked was good but I should get tie rods fix .. me being dumb paid for the repair knowing I didn t need it, then 2 days later after I got my car back my ac compressor broke, come to find out the noise from my engine was from the ac compressor which they said everything was good though. I wish I could get my money back from the service because I lost out on $300+tip and lost out on my car.

Ossies Auto Repair is very friendly on the outside and extremely untrustworthy on the inside. Ossie saw my older car with Pennsylvania Plates and thought - money, money, money. I was on Long Island when my front axil cracked. About 45 days after the repair, I took my car for an annual PA Inspection. Ossies axil repair FAILED PA inspection miserably. Not only did they put the axil in incorrectly, they broke the ball joints. See photos for visual evidence. The car is now off the road. To properly fix Ossies repair, the ball joints and the axil (via the dealer), exceeds the value of the car. Ossies Auto Repair fulfills the stereotype of an untrusted buyer-beware garage shop.
