As a long time customer of Lisis Auto Body, I cant say enough about how great it is to deal with a business that you respect, respects you and always does a first class job. I am truly amazed at the latest repairs that they did on my damaged 2015 Lincoln (front end), it looks like it came out of the factory, repaired expertly and cleaned like new. Didnt go to the actual autobody shop but the person I spoke to about replacing my windshield after it got hit by a pebble was absolutely wonderful. Sometimes calling autobody shops can be slightly daunting, not in this case. The person I spoke to made sure I was able to get in touch with the glass guy they work with on a holiday weekend (!) And when I followed up the Monday after he was just as friendly and helpful. If I ever need work done on the actual car I will stop here first just by the impression the person on the phone made on me.

We needed a bumper replaced after a mishap. Mike and his team gave a through analysis of the work that needed to be done and went over it with us in great detail. Fair pricing and no surprises. They even finished a day ahead of time, which was great since this is our only vehicle. They even gave the exterior and interior a good cleaning. To top it off, Mike is a really nice guy. This will be our go to body shop from now on! Highly recommended!

I needed a new windshield a few years back and another auto body installed it doing a horrible job! Every time it rained, snowed or I went thru a car wash, water came in thru the sides of the front windshield. I was referred here, fixed my windshield CORRECTLY!!!..after all the rain and carwashes, my car is good! No leaks!!! Very professional, trust worthy and great price. You won t regret work here!

I highly recommend this auto body shop. Mike (I believe his name was) kept me informed more than I thought and I not once had to wonder when my car would be done. They picked up my truck and took great care of it. The job was done perfectly and it looked brand new. They even cleaned it up nicely. I hope I dont have to get into another accident, but if I do or someone I know does, I would recommed this shop over any other.

This body shop is the best of the best I don t care where you live how far you have to travel it is worth it I live about an hour away from the shop my car had to be towed to lisi s Auto body and Bill came to pick it up he was very nice and took really good care of my car traveling it back to the body shop like it was his own car and even called me that night after he returned to the shop to tell me that everything was ok with my car getting there and to not worry now Buster who is in the shop does dynamite work I could not believe when I picked up my car it looked like brand new Buster is amazing absolutely amazing and very nice everybody in that shop is so nice you don t have to worry about people stealing anything in your car all my belongings were still there the best body shop ever very trustworthy

While its unfortunate we ended up meeting these guys they really did an exceptional job repairing a door ding that happened at the dealership. Then 2 weeks later even more unfortunately we had to deal with them again. While they didnt make the repairs since the car was totaled they were very helpful with getting everything done with the insurance company and werent looking to make a quick buck off of us. If you need work done on a subaru definitely give them the chance.

After having suffered significant (collision) damage to my Subaru I needed to find a reliable place nearby. Was so happy to have gone to Lisis- which is certified for Subaru work. Michael Lisi was great to work with and once I did the initial paperwork with the insurance company, he took care of the rest. The timeframe he gave for the repairwork was spot on and my car looks great. I have a classic BMW that needs to work as well and I will confidently take it to Lisis as well. Highly recommend.

Lisi s did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing my car after a deer and I had an...incident. They worked with my schedule and took my car in pretty much immediately. Michael and his team are extremely communicative, repaired every last bit of damage on my car, were extremely fast and got done sooner than expected and gave some fantastic advice. Highly recommend! I was so impressed with Lisis Auto Body. I took my damaged Crosstrek there, because my trusted Subaru dealer insisted it was the best place to go and also who they use. My car looks like new and the work was done sooner than I expected. Thats great, but what really impressed me was the quality of service I received. As busy as they are, my calls were always answered immediately or returned within minutes, by the owner himself. I got an estimate quickly and the actual bill was LOWER. They even made arrangements for my rental car to be brought to their shop at the time I was dropping off my car! Last, but not least, when the work was done and I went to pick up my car, it was sparkling clean, they had it washed! This business has been here for ages and now I know why.

Lisi Auto Body is a rare find. Indeed, Michael and Buster are humble, honest and forthright. This has been THE BEST customer service experience Ive ever had. Not only great customer service but superior work! I cant explain how grateful I am for having found Lisis! My 2 children, mother in law and I got rear ended in a 3 car accident on the Beacon bridge the night before we brought the car in. The entire rear of my car was severely damaged as well as the exhaust system and several other issues that were found once opened up. I called that morning and Mike told me to come right in. The entire experience from the first phone call (which I dreaded) to leaving with our fixed car. When I called I was totally prepared and expecting to hear an irritated mechanic on the phone that acted as if I was annoying him by talking to him as Ive come to experience in other shops before. Lisis is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE! Id recommend everyone to Lisis. He even drove with us to Enterprise to pick up our rental and take our car back to the shop. I work in the customer service industry myself and this isnt just basic customer service this is ABOVE AND BEYOND. Upon picking up our car (that I missed so much) it looked brand new! Not only that, but heres the kicker... They polished and covered up some pre-existing scratches I had on my door that were a complete eye sore. The scratches are gone! I NEVER expected this. This was as pleasant of an experience as possible, considering the circumstances. I called Lisis and explained I had been in an accident,but thought my car was still driveable. He arranged to meet me at the shop and from then on, Michael took care of everything. I called my insurance company from his shop and he even got on the phone with them explaining that my car was unsafe to drive. He called up enterprise to arrange my rental and when the nearby office had none available, he drove me to office 20 minutes away. He made sure I was all set before he left. Michael kept me in the loop on my cars progress through texting, sending pictures each step of the way. My car was fixed 4 days before I was expecting it, looking and driving perfectly! Michael also knew my inspection was due and drove it after he fixed it,to insure I had put enough mileage on it so he could inspect it! I would say he went above and beyond! It s always quite meaningful when the service you receive goes above and beyond your expectations. This is exactly what happened to me when I had work done on my Subaru outback at Lisi s auto body in December 2019. When I arrived to pick up my car, Michael had it started up and running for me as it was a cold and her dreary day. Then, when I went to transfer my belongings from the rental I was using to my car, I found my car to be completely detailed and cleaned on the inside. The work that was done on my car was exterior bumper work and yet they took the time to actually clean my car too! Michael and his staff went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations in the repair work done, the communication throughout the repair process, the handling of the rental and insurance company details AND how they returned my car to me. I had a fair quote on the same day they looked at the car, they were flexible and easy to schedule the work with, they had it done on time and the price was the same as the estimate. Outstanding service! Got rear ended and brought my car there for repair. Michael was great and professional. He and his team took care everything and kept me in the loop. He help me deal with the insurance company whos responsible for the damages. Trust me, it was NOT easy dealing with third party insurance! When I got my car back, it felt like I was picking up my car for the very first time. New and shiny, they did amazing job! I highly highly recommend Lisis auto body inc. I was in an accident on 84, about three hours away from my home. My car was towed to Lisis Autobody. Although I was initially hesitant to have my car repaired out of state, my experience proved to be exceptional! Lisis is the ONLY place you should take your vehicle for auto body work. Mike and his staff are professional and walk you through every step of the repairs, including pictures of your car during the restoration. Their equipment is state of the art; my car looks like it just came out of the showroom. I could not be happier with the quality of their work.

I only take my cars to Mike Lisi for repairs. My daughter was rear ended recently and the insurance company was very difficult to deal with. Mike did everything for me. Just picked up my BMW X5 which had extensive damage from hitting a deer on 84. From the start they were nothing but helpful and friendly. Buster walked me through the damage, insurance etc. he worked with the adjuster to get the manufactures parts not generic. He sent us pictures of the car throughout the whole process. About a month ago a woman lost control of her car and drove up on top of my car in the parking lot of my school. It was a 4 car accident and a mess. I was certain I was in for a long line of insurance and car problems- the entire front of my perfect, little Jeep was destroyed. I stood there not knowing what to do. I was totally unprepared. Lisis Auto Body in Brewster NY came and towed my car. Not only did Michael Lisi deal with the claims handler for me, I felt like he worked on my car as if it was his own. He repaired my car with all new parts, kept me photo updated on the progress, addressed every single small detail, painted it beautifully, spotlessly cleaned the inside, answered all my questions, replaced my unrelated broken tail light (on him!) and guaranteed all his work. It runs like it is brand new and looks brand new too. Trust me- if you ever find yourself standing on the side of the road needing to make a quick decision about your car- this is the guy. Just for replacing a tire(with a spare tire provided by us) at their location, (didnt call the road service), we were charged $121.00, when usually this costs around $35 at all other Tire services. These People take advantage of the Situation the trucker is and is ripping them off!!!!
