Our 26' transport vehicle broke down today on the highway in the middle of our busiest season. The tow response time was very quick. Our tech today was Matt. Matt's very knowledgeable and proficient at his job. He worked quickly and efficiently. He had our driver back to HQ before 10am. Thanks to Matt, we're able to keep our commitments to our customers for today's deliveries. Today is another reason why we have used Lisi's in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I cant remember his name but he was tall and blonde and it started with a G i believe. But he was awesome! Came faster than i was told he would be there. Diagnosed the issue quick gave me a solution got too it and was able to ensure i got back on the road safely. Im sorry i forgot yournname brother but i hope they put the pieces together

Absolutely outstanding service. As the owner of a small Trucking Company getting back on the road is vital to Our Success. We had a wheel seal fail and no one could get us in for at least a week. One call to Lisa's and we were able to bring the truck in immediately and they got right to work. Anthony Junior was amazing to work with and goddess in and out in 3 hours. As with a lot of repairs usually one thing turns into many and that was the case what Anthony had Solutions as soon as we found out more parts that were needed. Semi broke down due to a cooling issue. Matt and Tony came to the rescue. They were extremely professional. The got my tractor and trailer out of harms way quickly and to a shop in a safe and timely manner. AWESOME job guys

Got stuck in the snow with an 18 wheeler in NY. Even with chains, I couldn't get out. Almost lost the cargo, as it was tilting. I called them and they were on site within 45 min. Brett winched me out within 30 minutes. Really professional and friendly. No wasted energy. Price was fair. Paperwork process was easy. All electronic. Got the bill by email. Love it!
