NONI was a great driver! Got my car out of a tight space and delivered it to my shop with no issues. Thank you Empire State Towing !

Requested a tow at 7:45am on a Monday. After two delays and getting the runaround by the dispatcher it s 11am. I m finally only 1 hour away from the tow arriving. Needless to say I won t recommend this service.

These people stole my car and tried to fix it themselves after I gave them the address of my body shop.

Jerson gave me a tow from the Bronx to Hempstead Long Island. Great guy, let me wait in the truck while my wife picked me up. Highly recommend. Thank you Jerson

Completely Disappointed Avoid This Shop! I took my car to this mechanic with one issue, and after five months, I got it back with over 300 problems. I m absolutely shocked and frustrated. Not only was the job delayed for months, but they made things so much worse in the process. Now, I m scrambling to get it looked at by someone else. It s incredibly disappointing, and I feel like I ve been taken advantage of. Please, save yourself the trouble and don t make the same mistake I did. Avoid this shop at all costs!

If you wanna get Rob, this is the place to go. They cannot fix your car. They charge you for things they re not supposed to recharged for you. Go in for an oil Change You re gonna end up paying for a transmission

Horrible and inconsiderate from a lady named Kat. I had a blocked driveway issue and NYPD issued a ticket I reached Out to Empire State towing at 1:20 am. I was Told to call back after 5:00 am. So when I called back after 5:00 am I was Told it would be 2 hours before the truck gets there. At 7:20 am I get A text saying be there in 5 minutes. I immediately Go outside and wait 15 minutes in the cold and no one showed up. I call Back and they tell me the tow truck cancelled the pick up because they were not able to tow due to parked cars which was a lie! If they would have really showed up I was Able to move the parked cars because they were my parked cars. The lady Kat on the phone became very nasty and told me oh well you have to wait another 2 hours or call someone else. I told Her I will wait because I have to work and can t make any other calls. So after waiting 5 hours I call Back and was told my location wasn t even scheduled. When I asked For the supervisor I was transferred to the same nasty lady name Katt and she tells me the tow truck broke down AND got a flat so they couldn t come to me. So it was lie after lie. I told Her she could have just simply said we can t do the tow instead of being rude and inconsiderate with lies. She then says your right I shouldn t have done that I feel Bad. Like really????? Beware and don t trust them if you are having an emergency.

I leave a star not because they deserve it, good thieves, they towed my bus for no reason and they stole everything from me, they left me a shell.

Those in charge of stealing my two vehicles and they dismantled it and then took it to the police, these heartless people are in charge of towing cars in the Bronx and stealing everything, be very careful

After Waiting hours Crown Towing who never showed up, Geico responded to Empire who was supposed to come in 1hour 1/2 and within 45 min the driver, Austin arrived and he was so friendly and efficient. This place is the real mvp! My brothers car broke down in the Bronx and he had to leave his car behind to rush to work, as I rushed from Brooklyn to get to his car. I had called another towing company and waited 2 and a half hours for them to never show up! I then called Empire State towing, the girl that answered the phone was friendly, straight to the point and was Able to answer all of my questions, I received a text immediately after my call to let me know that they were working on my request, I received text updates throughout the process and an estimated time of arrival from their automated system. The tow truck driver arrived and was efficient, friendly and careful with towing my brothers car to a local shop. Honestly couldn t ask for better service! They deserve the 5 stars

I would give them negative stars if I could. Every time you call them they put you on hold for 5-10 min and they continue to lie about their eta. I have been waiting for 3 hours and no one has shown up yet. I will call BMW and BBB once I get out of this mess.

I unexpectedly had a flat tire while in Westchester NY and I reside in Bergen County NY. I contacted BMW Roadside Assistance and they arranged to have Empire Towing to assist me. I was extremely impressed and pleased with the service I received from their driver, Anthony who was the most kind, friendly and professional person. He went above and beyond to help me with my situation. Thank you Anthony for being a very helpful person and providing me with a sense of kindness and caring.

Please avoid this business. Called several times and said they will be here by 7am. Now they telling me wait til 9am. Unprofessional, been waiting here for them for 4 hrs. Avoid this place.

THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU out of your money if you don t leave your car there. DONT SING NO DIP FORM. My car was towed there by NPYD because it was not drivable after a car accident. This happens on the 24th of this month how I was charge 4 days of storage when today is the 26th. Also they made me sing the DIP form stating to me that only if I was going to fix my car there that will be active to use. That if I wanted to fix it else were I will only need to pay out the store fee. It came to be a lie and charge 1,300 SCAM !!!!!!!! The girl owner is not professional she has a very bad attitude and used bad words and said if you don t have the money to pay for it just say so when I tried to explain the issue of their SCAM.

The dispatcher was very polite and the driver was very nice and polite.

BMW contacted them to pick up my vehicle and they never showed up even after calling me and telling me they were on their way. The service request was placed at 4:26pm and I had to cancel at 10:22pm. Awful service.

This is the most unreliable towing service. They gave me an estimated time of 2 hours which I understood. However, 2 hours passed and I called them - they kept telling me driver will arrive in 15 minutes - however as I am writing this- its been 3 hours and 40 minuts ive been waiting. I do not recommend this company.

IF THIS PLACE GET ASSIGNED TO TOW YOUR CAR BY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE ASK FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!! Mercedes assigned this company to TOW my car on Monday night, it would not start. I told them it was parked between 2 cars and they said they would send the necessary equipment to tow. I confirmed with the towing company they had this in the notes. They did not show up Monday night and said they would show up Tuesday morning between 9-11AM. At 1 PM they showed up with the wrong equipment. For the entire day they kept stating the tow with correct equipment will be there within 30 minutes and updating me on the driver location eventhough he was going to another job. When they finally showed up at 430 PM they said the dealership doesnt accept cars after 430 and they would tow it to their secure lot and deliver it by 9AM the next morning. It is now 1030 and the car is still sitting on their lot with them assuring it will just be another 30 minutes before they deliver it.

Bad business practices. They will tell you a price, and after you cant back out, they will add all kind of fees. And after that, they will be late by two or three hours. Be careful with this company.

Terrible experience with this awful company. Was told a tow truck would arrive in 90 minutes. It s now been 3 and 1/2 hours and I m still waiting . No updates provided by the dispatcher unless I call and the updates they provide when I call are just bogus. Stay far far away from this awful company.

They are worst towing I have ever experienced. They told me 120 minutes. It was over 120 minutes and tells me its going to take another 45 minutes. Very irresponsible as they were picking up other trips on the way. Very poor service and I suggest nobody ever uses these money hungry people.

I called for towing, and they had no one. They didnt want to remove an illegal parked car in my driveway. Called other time with the same issue, and they didnt help me. Thanks for nothing.

Refused to hear me out when I was kindly asking about getting a vehicle towed. Ive been dragged around and the operator kept interupting me. NYPD told me that if the vehicle is in private driveway in the back of your home that it can be towed without a ticket. NYPD wont issue a ticket because its in private property. The lady over the phone refused to listen to me despite explaining that and hung up on me.

Mercedes contacted this company at 10:15a.m today. They contacted me and said they would be where I am stuck in 90 min. With in minutes they immediately pushed us back to 180 min. Then when they didnt show by 1:30 I get another text saying another 180 min. I called and they assured me that they would be there within an hour. The hour passed and I called again and I didnt get an explanation but they pushed the time out again. Mercedes cancelled the request and used someone else. My wife is now stuck out east and I wont have my car repaired today, all for a simple flat tire. Shame on this fly by night company and for Mercedes roadside for using them. Forced to give 1 star to get this post out. Obviously not worth an stars.

Im going to keep it real, I personally know the owner, one of the greatest people Ive ever met, I wont talk bad about this company, because his workers really put 100% into what they do,Ive been in the towing industry for close to 38 years, yes I do have lots of personal issues with the owner, but at the end of the day, Empire State towing is 100% one of the best towing companies in nyc

The wrong car keys were delivered with my vehicle to the dealership for repair on 9/25/22. I contacted the supervisor who was apologetic and recommended I send an email to the company. No one has contacted me. I want the keys replaced. Thank you 12/7/2022 Still no response from the Empire Tow truck company!

I wish I could give this place a million stars. I got stuck with a flat tire 10 pm on New Years eve in Manhattan while visiting with my wife who has cancer and 3 children in tow. So much had gone wrong. Low 40 degrees, raining while i tried to change a spare tire that didn t exist. Volvo was almost no help. But I ll tell you who came to the rescue These guys(Empire State Towing), where literally God sent. The driver J Cruz, was nothing short of amazing. From the moment he showed up, he could sense the level of stress we were in. They contacted every open tire repair place in the city (3 were open even though it was now an hour before New Year), and while unfortunate that none of the places had my rare tire size, it was the thought and his endless attempt that kept me sane. As a grown man, an hour away from our hotel room with a sick wife and kids in tow, I ve never felt so defeated and helpless in my life. Mr Cruz, didnt just do his job, he gave me much needed hope. To Mr Cruz and Empire State Towing, I owe you guys tremendously. If you guys are ever in Florida visiting, come find me in Sebring.

Absolutely terrible company. Mercedes-Benz contacted them and at 2:30 PM received a text message indicating they were on the way. 4:10 PM came and went and no tow truck. They kept pushing back the arrival time by 90 minutes. This happened 3x and tow truck never arrived. Unprofessional company. BEWARE!!!

Terrible company. Waited 2 hours to tow my car to a car shop after my brake fluid started leaking. Just before the allotted time, they cancelled - no reason. I called To inquire and got no help. They just directed me to call back my road assistance provider. 2 hours of waiting stranded. Leaving people in such a. Predicament is unacceptable. Book at your own risk.

Top notch service. Extremely professional and efficient especially considering was a non weekday towing -Sunday morning during nyc marathon. Kevin knows exactly how to deal with our luxury car. Front desk people were very nice and accommodate every request. They take care of our car overnight and dropped off safely at the dealership the very next early morning.

Took two hours

My car got hit while park and went to Empire for an estimate. The manager Jon and his team were so helpful and walked me through everything including arranging for a rental car that picked me right up. They keep me informed while dealing with my insurance. It was the best experience possible after seeing my 2019 Nissan Rogue smashed. Got my car back as promised and they even went above and beyond to have the entire car cleaned while they had it. I highly recommend them and will definitely be my go to shop in the future. Thank you

The experience at first was very disappointing because someone did not enter the job request into their system that my insurance company sent them. When I called to check if the tow truck will be on time I was told that they dont know about my case. I was told to contact my insurance company so that they would sent the job request again. After a while the insurance company contacted them and also my previous info was discovered on someones desk but not in the computer. Fortunately the lady at the costumer service despite having other customers was able to assist me and she got the tow truck to me with a slight delay of 1 hour. Its good that i called them an hour early to ask if the tow truck is coming as scheduled.

Been stranded before usually have to wait 3+ hour for a tow. Empire was pretty fast just over an hour.

Wish i could give a no star i just dont understand why people are so rude and there is nice courteous people out there needing a job. I called to locate my car and i was told the car was on a tow bed ready to be towed out in an hour. 4 hours later i called and they told me the car is estimated to be out in 2 more hours. I then spoke to the supervisor that was really rude, he told me the car was still in tow yard and could not give me a timeframe on when it will arrive to Audi service. Im reaching out to Audi roadside because this tow company will put a bad taste in your mouth about audi road side service.

Excellant Service. This company towed my mechanically disabled motorcycle to my home 30 miles away with my roadside assistance program. The wait was long but let s be reasonable folks, it s a tow truck not an airplane. This company had arrived at my drop location and I was AMAZED that the company had the Condor motorcycle wheeled transport system. SAFE & PROFESSIONAL from pick up to arrival. As I am leaving this detailed review because Quality is hard to come by with experience. This company has both. No one likes to wait or feel stranded with a vehicle. It can be a horrific experience in its own. I am sure glad it was all taken care of and I didn t have to wait on scene for it to be towed. Left my keys with the establishment that my motorcycle was disabled by, with a small note attached, gave a detailed description of the bike & location and that was that! I have nothing bad to say other than Thank You. I recieved a detailed invoice with photos of my vehicle when picked up. Hope to see them on the road while I m driving lol.

Excellent service! They treated my car like royalty and took their time to give it the care it needed and put it back together like new. Im happy with the whole process and although I didnt choose to impose, they offered to deliver my car where ever I would need it. Im certainly recommending them to anyone who needs a tow or to repair their car in the Bronx.

Great service. Had a gash on the sidewall of my run flat tire and needed my SUV towed to the dealership at 2 am. Empire towed it from Secaucus, NJ to Mt. Laurel. Driver was on time and courteous, even texted me once the vehicle was dropped off. Very pleased with the service I received.

The driver was professional and worked efficiently!

My battery died and I called for a tow. I was told they d arrive within 50 minutes. It took over 4 hours for their tow truck to arrive. I called the dispatcher several times and each time they cited traffic and claimed the guy was only 20 more minutes away . I ended up calling another tow service that actually showed up within 30 minutes like they promised, beating this service s truck. Horribly late, and consistently false information provided from the dispatcher about the time they d show up. Giving one extra star because while the dispatcher was unhelpful, at least the tow truck driver called me and was apologetic about his delays at the 4 hour mark.

After a nightmare of waiting for 3 different tow companies that failed to bring the correct equipment to tow my car I decided to give Empire State Towing a try. The driver Gabriel was God sent. The car was stuck in an underground garage with little clearance, Gabriel was able to skillfully maneuver through it. He was very pleasant and professional. I won t use any other services other than Empire Estate Towing. Great experience.

Used them a few times for my Porsche, but they are always late. I get running late a few minutes, but not two hours. There isnt that much traffic around 10AM which they always blame their lateness on.
