When I need tow service in the future I will only request them garage 835 and will also request Jose. 2/11/25, I requested LAKEVILLE again telling AAA to cancel another service. One of our work trucks broke down, and this shop was the only towing service available in the area. They towed our vehicle for $1,326.99, offered to either inspect it or transport it to our regular mechanic and we had no issues with that part of the service we received. As a construction business operating a fleet of 10 trucks with a dedicated mechanic in Hartford, we intended to follow up before authorizing any repairs. However, despite multiple attempts to contact the shop Tuesday through Friday to inquire about the diagnostic and tow fee, we received no response. Frustrated by the lack of communication, we visited the shop in person on Friday (Jan 31st) and were informed that they had replaced the fuel filter, flushed the lines, and refilled the tank for an additional $1,010.47. We paid the bill and drove the vehicle to our mechanic. Upon returning the truck to our mechanic, we immediately discovered a brand-new, unopened fuel filter box left on the cab seat. Upon further inspection, it was evident that the original filter was still installed. After draining the fuel, our mechanic confirmed that no service had been performed. We have photographic evidence of the unchanged filter, and the debris removed after a proper service. When I contacted the shop via email to address the issue, I received only a generic response from Steven Coppolino, which failed to acknowledge or resolve our concerns. After continued follow-ups, the shop claimed that we had rushed the mechanic, despite the truck being in their possession from Monday through Friday. Additionally, their facility has only two small bays, neither of which can accommodate our truck, further raising concerns about whether any work was actually performed. Following multiple discussions, the shop eventually agreed to refund $400. However, more than eight days have passed, and the refund has not been processed. They are now ignoring all emails and phone calls. This lack of integrity and transparency reflects poorly on the industry and damages the reputation of legitimate repair shops. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Stellanis dispatched Lakeville to pick up my Gladiator and they did not arrive for over 4 hours from making the call. I sat in sub zero weather for hours waiting with no update and could not wait any longer. I came back a 8 hours later and still not towed. Survey came up for service completed and job not done.

During the extremely cold temperatures Elbin came out and assisted in a timely manner make sure Suburban was OK speedy and good service

Originally, purchased a tow & it became a true nightmare. The owner of the shop & manager both told me they could diagnose my car which I had thought was true looking at there reviews, but they completely had the diagnoses wrong. They claimed I had no power & or a short within my wires. I took my vehicle to a local shop & they found the issue the same day, which was an alternator. On top of this the day of the tow to diagnose the car, I had left $120-$150 in the console, this also ended up missing. I spent $900 nearly with these people & I feel scammed. this isn t any hate towards lakeville towing, I just wouldn t recommend to fix your cars with them.

Lakeville Towing provides awful service with rude, unprofessional staff who clearly don t care about their customers. They re unreliable, overpriced, and incredibly disrespectful. Waiting times are ridiculous, and they act like they re doing you a favor. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Absolutely not recommended at all I almost had to call the police about on them.

My car died and I needed a jump or tow. My roadside assistance coverage contacted Lakeview Towing. It was late and roads were busy so they were busy also but when Jose showed, he was friendly, confident and prepared. He tried to jump car at my request and it started right away. He gave me suggestions and made sure car was drivable. I couldnt have asked for more. Highly recommend.

The lack of professionalism and communication is astronomical. A week after they towed my vehicle I called multiple times asking for a status. Not only did I get a different person on the phone, every time I called I got a Let me get you an answer and call you back. I never received a call back. I had to drive there and be in person to pay my bill and finally get an answer. On top of that, when I showed up, the owner was in the office making a fool of himself throwing his hands in the air and yelling at the office staff. There s a time and place for that, and that s definitely not in front of customers.

Towing part was excellent !!!, BUT they screwed up my valve cover gasket, who uses silicone caulk to seal up a valve cover gasket and the amount that was used , and on top of that wasnt sealed correctly and leak oil all over my engine. Who knows if it was the right gasket to begin with and if the mechanic even knew what they were doing... Just an FYI...

Your tow truck driver is so arrogant! In that he didn t even know how to assemble the tools to get the spare tire off and after I assembled it for him he said, I got this go wait in the car . I did what he asked but after that it took him a good 30/40 minutes to lower the spare. Ok now to get the flat off . He started to loosen the nut without jacking up the car but soon came to realize he couldn t. He finally jacked it up and got the nuts loosened enough to remove them. After 2 hours plus , this man got so angry that he couldn t remove the type and next thing I see he s on his phone and said I have to call my roadside assistance again. So here I am stuck with the type on the ground and I was told I have to wait another 90-120 minutes. So there it is MY EXPERIENCE with you guys.

While I was on the side of the road, they called me and were more concerned about selling me their auto body services rather than assisting me with my tow. After about 5 minutes of me telling them I had already had a bodyshop to tow my vehicle to, they seemed very put out, ended our phone call quickly and finished with please leave us a review - so here is your review.

I had a terrible experience with Lakeville Towing. I called them for assistance, and not only did they fail to tow my car, but they also gave me a hard time throughout the entire process. The staff was unhelpful, unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service. Very disappointing! Very bad service company.
