Had a unit installed in a multi-dwelling building, and all my tenants are complaining there s no heat. It s freezing outside, and this issue is unexpected. I called Always On HVAC five times with no response. They sent a non-English-speaking tech who told my tenants to read the manual. They re quick to call when they want your business, but their service is unprofessional when you need help. I 100% regret using them and wouldn t recommend them to anyone.

A Cautionary Tale: Always Get Everything in Writing I recently hired Always On HVAC to install HVAC units at my property. The initial walkthrough gave me a clear idea of how the installation should be handled. The representative made recommendations, and we agreed on a plan. However, when the installers arrived, they deviated from what we had discussed, particularly in the most critical areas. Despite specifically stating that I could not have a unit in the bedroom directly over my head, they installed it that way. Additionally, I requested that the condensers be placed in specific locations, but they were placed where it was more convenient for the installers not as quoted. Before installation, I contacted my field rep (David) with concerns about the layout and airflow efficiency, suggesting an additional unit might be needed. He assured me that the existing plan would suffice and that if issues arose, they would return to make adjustments at no extra cost other than paying for the indoor unit. Unfortunately, the results didn t meet my expectations. In addition, the installers were sloppy with their cuts, causing some damage. While they promised to repair everything, the work was poorly done in some areas, and other damages were simply left untouched. To add to the frustration, communication with the onsite team was extremely difficult as they couldn t effectively communicate in English, which would typically not be a problem. However, in this case, I could not explain my concerns about the placement of the units and the needed repairs because everything was yeah, yeah, yeah As a business owner myself, it takes a lot for me to write a negative review, and I understand how much is at stake for any business. However, I feel it s important to share my experience as a lesson to others: no matter what they tell you, get everything in writing, and don t let anyone rush you into a job. This cautionary advice could save you from a similar experience. While the job is done and it s a lesson learned, I hope this helps others make more informed decisions when working with this company. Your experience is valuable, and sharing it can help others avoid similar situations.

Alex Bobinsky, was very courteous and professional. During the installation process, he was always very responsive and eager to address any questions I have. Bronco guys! Well done. This is the second time that I asked Alexander Bobinski to convert an apartment building from a gas-fired boiler heating system to the new mini-splits that provide both heat and cold air. Alex helped us! He was so patient and kind. He took his time and evaluated every detailed needed in order to make sure our units would be place in a perfect spot in our home. Salesperson Matthew was nice. The installers were nice but, they cannot speak any English. Difficult to understand and they did try their best to make accommodations but overall a very frustrating process. I am not sure how warranty service will go in the future.

I interviewed several companies before deciding to go with Always-on-HVAC the sales, pricing contracting and scheduling process was fair and smooth (so I thought). After waiting for 1 month for my appointment, two days before on April 20th they were supposed to install my AC system I received a call from the company saying I have to pay an extra 2,000. He proceeded to tell me they changed the rebate program yesterday from 10,000 to 8,000 I ask him why would he wait until 2 days before installation to tell me that and I had just confirmed my appt with Akeil, he never mention that to me, he said Akeil had a meeting to go to that is why he did not tell me . I found that strange and decided to call coned myself to ask them and they told me NO that the rebate is still 10,000 until the end of the month which was about 10 days away from then. I called back and spoke to the manager, told him what coned said to me, he was loss for words (guess he was just expecting me to take his word for it and give him another 2,000). I had to end up scrambling to find a new company to install my AC before the end of the month which was very stressful. This company is very dishonest, I do not recommend this company.

Our salesman Alex Bobinski spent several hours going into each room and a walk around the house to site the outdoor components. No pressure to sign a contract !! Explained every part of the job. After reviewing numerous HVAC contractors, Always On HVAC had one of the more reasonable quotes and was patient answering all of my questions around the different HVAC models and their features. When it came time to do the install, they showed up on time, kept me in the loop on the install process and helped advise on the best locations for the units. They also cleaned up after working in the different rooms. They did an awesome job with the install and they were quick!

We were referred to Always On by ConEd, which gave them the highest rating in service partners for heat pumps. We wanted to convert our electric central air and oil hot water heater to fully electric. James and Joe took great care of us. Within two weeks, our split unit heat pumps were installed and our rebate was processing. The workers who came were superb and highly skilled. Joe also sent a supervisor to come check on us a few wks later after our siding was installed to make sure heat pumps are still connected properly. 2 month later, we received email from ConEd that our rebate has been approved. We are happily using the unit everyday. It is quiet (most of time, we couldnt tell it is on), very comfortable (no temperature swing or hot/cold spots in a room) and super efficient with electricity. We couldnt be happier. Highly recommend it!

Worked with Always on HVAC for an oil to electric conversion for our house. They took care of the rebates with Con Ed and billed the balance to us. They were fast to respond and were able to schedule an install date within several days of the initial call. During the install the The crew listened to where we preferred our units to be and worked to accommodate our preferences as best as possible. The team took a full day for the install, and were able to complete the project. We had Replaced the oil/burner system we had with a Mitsubishi mini split system and are very happy with the decision.

They handled the current $10,000 rebate that conedison is offering from start to finish, making the savings seamless. They got our whole house done, 8 units total in one day. What I really like and appreciated was how neat and clean they were. They put tarp over all of our furniture to make sure nothing got dirty and even cleaned up after themselves, which tells you a lot about the company itself. Amazing experience, installation team installed 12 units in 2 days, worked quickly and were always quick to follow up. This is my first rental property I bought (3 units) and Im doing renovations. Many of the workers Ive hired have taken advantage as a new owner, and as a woman, doing this by herself but Thomas was very helpful when initially explaining the process to me and figuring out a budget (especially since all the other construction cost an arm and a leg and I already had almost maxed out). Kevin and Steven, the two reps who will answer when you call, are always in hand to guide you through the process or fix anything. Even after I already paid in full and had some issues, they were still quick to reach out to me to help me when I had issues with thesystem. David is the lead for the install team and he always has a smile on his face and is very quick to help. Overall, the entire team was the best part of my construction/renovation experience and I cant say enough good things about them for putting up with my frequency of calls especially haha Will use them again for my next property!

Called the company asked them if they worked on GREE units. The gentleman I spoke to said that they did. I told him I m looking to get it repaired. He said they did not do repairs, yet it is advertised that they do. When asked if he knew of any company s that did, he hung up on me. I was in shock. Do not recommend. Not friendly in the slightest.

Weve had other companies come and try to figure out the issue but left us with holes in the walls and no solutions. They replaced our HVAC mini split system and the condenser with a high end unit that provides both heat and AC. His team was quick, reliable and clean! They even patched all the holes they had made during the process.
