I am always working to keep a 1977 Chevy G10 (big hippy-hauling van) on the road and kicking. Juniors is a huge part of that. I have mechanics in the family back in FL - and this is the kind of place they recommend. The team here is fantastic. Junior and one other gentleman are usually the only guys who answer the phone - always excellent customer service and courteous even when busy. They have always been there for me when I call with a quick question and theyve been there for bigger projects as needed. I usually call and check when theyve got time to take Clementine in - but they have always been accommodating in a pinch. Work with them and theyll work with you. This is the kind of business where a bit of mutual respect will take you a long way. Would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone - from safety inspections to major engine work - these are the go-to dudes!

Like many people, I often dread going to the mechanic because of long wait times, a lack of transparency, and them always trying to upsell you. However, the folks at Juniors are kind, honest, and speedy. I had to get a tire changed out, and it was such a friendly experience. They got back to me when they said they would, presented me with all the options, and got the job done expediently. Will definitely be going back!

I don t typically review anything, but I think this place is more than worthy of a 5 star review. Sean communicated the issue with my Lexus rx350 very clearly, explaining the costs associated with it as well, to where a person like me that doesn t know too much about the workings of a vehicle could understand. This man was extremely respectful and honest about everything, and treated me like I was family. Gave me honest advice and even took time out of his busy day to answer all the questions I had about my current situation. I can t speak highly enough about Sean and about Juniors Auto Repair. The 1 hour drive to get there was 100% worth it. I found my go to place for any and all car related inquiries.

In an unusual set of circumstances, my older Honda Civic had its catalytic converter sawed off with additional damage to the electrical system (specifically, the computer). Junior s had done some work on the car in the past for my son, who lives in Brooklyn, and drives it. I still own the car and live in Cincinnati. As a result, handling insurance claims, communication about repairs, everything had to be done over the phone since I was the official owner of the car. Sean facilitated the process and made the whole deal proceed flawlessly. This vehicle is hardly pristine. One might have to stretch the term to say it s in fair condition but it runs well. Sean treated me like we d dropped off a 7 Series BMW he couldn t have been more professional. Next time I m in Brooklyn visiting my son, I m going to try and drop in at his shop and introduce myself. 5 stars from me!

I was happy and pleased with services recently completed for my 2008 Honda Pilot. Sean, explained everything to me that my vehicle needed to run properly again and extensive work was needed, (transmission, radiator, water pump, timing belt, etc ). I purchased a used car and was told Junior should evaluate the vehicle. Brought the car in and Junior named the issues with the car in under 4 hours. He said if the items listed aren t repaired by the dealership return the vehicle because it will cause issues. He was spot on. In less than 30 days my Land Rover LR4 had a check engine light and the suspension light. If I didn t listen to him I would be stuck with a lemon. He s truly a engine doctor.

Had an amazing experience here. The boys were so welcoming, flexible with their time, knowledgeable, thorough in their diagnosis and repair, and reasonably priced. Would recommend!

Called the shop to get my car electrical checked. The person who answered the phone told me they will check it and if they feel to fix it they would. What kind of business ethic is that. Then they want you to support black owned business. They have changed. Found a better place.

As a women you cant just go anywhere to get your car fixed. Juniors auto repair is the best. They do such a great job fixing my car They also guarantee their work. Went in to get my state inspection and was in and out in no time.

Sean took care of my leased vehicle that was damaged. He promised to take care of my baby and make it brand new. Not only was he finished fixing it earlier than he promised but it was good as new. I didnt want to even give him back to Nissan. Their work is quality . They give you a break down of what needs to be fixed . Professional and confident. Sean is courteous and not to bad on the eyes . Ill be referring my friends.

I went there because another mechanic from another shop told me to get front end work done and when I came to Juniors shop he said my front end feels amazing and only charged me for minimal work. He could of cheated me but he was very honest. I just went back for a Freon added to my Air Conditioner.

I took my car over there first thing he asked was how many people touched my car,it s a 2015 car five years old,that was the dumbest question to asked,,his job was to check my car with the bmw computer which he didn t..I guess he was being a hater cause I drive the same car he drive as a shop owner,so unprofessional, worst place to go

Trust you most likely will get ripped off to do something on your car that requires you to shell out some money. They quoted me something on my car that I changed 1 month before going to them. Go somewhere else.

Ive had an excellent experience with Juniors all around. I needed a whole new wiper system on my Pontiac Montana, and when the first replacement part I tried turned out to be problematic, they installed the higher-grade replacement I should have gone with in the first place and didnt charge for labor. Straight-up, down to earth, and good vibes. Would recommend.

Lazy mechanics epic waste of time will not return i will go to one of the other many auto shops on the same street...He told me there was nothing wrong with my car but i broke down TWICE less than three miles from their shop when i got my car back the same day i picked it up. Unbelievable. I desperately ended up driving the car to my hometown in nj on a wing and a prayer to my familys longtime mechanic and he fixed my car in one day for $35 and no breakdowns since.

They try to rob you over there....I went there to check if my monitor readiness was ready for inspection but they wanted to charge me $ 30 just to check.....all he needed to do was plug the obdII scanning device into the car...some auto repair shops do it for free but I didnt mind paying upto $10....but this greedy man wanted $30.....so I just walked out and bought an obdII scanner online for less than $30....and it did the job for me and never again will i have to walk into garages to check monitor readiness and face such greedy people who try to rob you for even the simplest fixes which take less than a minute.

I was referred to Juniors after months of being fleeced by my neighborhood Meineke, which misdiagnosed the problems with my Honda Civic. Their referral was the best thing they couldve ever done because when I ended up stranded on the side of the road with an overheated car, I called Juniors and was towed in. It took a while to repair what was wrong but I didnt mind because I felt they knew what they were doing and Sean communicated with me during the process. I appreciate their honesty. When that same car started giving problems again a few months later, Junior ran a diagnostic and told me straight up: I could sink more money into that lemon or put it towards a new vehicle. He didnt pressure me to make unnecessary repairs and after dealing with a few crooked repair shops, that was a welcome change. So me and my new car will continue to go to Juniors because they do good work, dont give you the runaround and are straightforward. They also do a Womans Car Clinic which I thought was a nice touch.

I was sent to this shop one day back in 1991to repair a problem that another mechanic could not figure out for 2months I only explained the problem to Junior ,half hour later my problem was solved at no charge .That was the beginning of a relationship with Junior up to this present day 2011
