Great company that will go to extreme lengths to accommodate cleaning for people with the health issues and sensitivities. Especially if you have issues with mold, this is about as close as you can come to working with a really good remediatior without having to contract one, as they have taken their time to learn from a very respected expert on the subject and understand how to deal with getting rid of mold safely and effectively in a way most other HVAC companies do not. Marion is the point of contact and she is a kind, wonder person who will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using Viking/we clean heat pumps for some time now to clean our cocktail and beer draft lines for Ollie’s Pizza. They are always prompt, courteous, and have helped me out in some emergency gas leak situations very expeditiously. Great company!

Edwin arrived a bit late, but had the wrong address. Although the unit is within 14 ft of the ground, it is above some rafters so it took some ingenuity on both our parts to make the cleaning possible - and a substantial folding ladder that I had, fortunately - Edwin came with cleaning equipment in his own car - but no ladders! Despite this limitations he did a great job and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I will use your company again and again based on this experience.
