Great towing service, on time, professional and friendly! Towed our truck from Long Island City to Brooklyn
Great service. Brian took my call at 6:30 am and my car was hooked up by 7:05 am. He even helped with solving my issue which helped me get back on the road even faster. Best towing decision I could have made.
Brian was so helpful, friendly, and fast. Went beyond just towing, he also helped with an electrical issue on the truck. Got us out of a jam that we will forever be grateful for. Highly recommend.
Brian may not be very creative when it comes to naming his own company but I have to tell you: the man is honest! It truly is amazing! Lol He was super responsive in a late weeknight, fast to arrive, great to communicate with throughout the whole time. He's great: knowledgeable, fun, polite, detail-oriented, you name it. And his estimate was very reasonable and competitive. I hope we won't need his service anymore but I wouldn't think twice to give him a call again if need be.
The name is absolutely right on - Amazing Towing was such a pleasure to deal with, incredibly professional, polite, helpful, punctual, flexible --- everything you don't even realize you want from a towing company... until you need one. Brian takes pride in his work and cares about doing a job well. I would trust him every single time. And while I hope not to need another tow anytime soon, Brian is now saved in my phone, just in case.
Hello, my name is Ryan and I had an AMAZING experience with amazing towing. In the past I had used AAA but due to new circumstances, I no longer have coverage for free towing. I had broken down on Bushwick Ave one night around 3am and I tried three different companies who denied me before I got to this one. He came fast and had great pricing. Truly, a life saver in the situation!

Called Brian at 12:50, he told me he would b a hr. At 1:53 he was there . Used other tows before had me waiting hrs . This guy is the best and very careful with my car. Calling him in case I need a tow again.

Amazing towing was very reliable. A flat bed truck arrived in a reasonable amount of time to pick up my Lincoln Navigator which couldn t be towed by a regular towtruck. Considering this occurred overnight I would recommend Amazing towing for any 24 hour towing needs.

Its definitely tough to find a reliable towing company in New York. I have a lot of roadside needs in the company I work for but Amazing Towing is usually always a preferred choice by me for their reasonable prices and prompt and FRIENDLY service, all hours of the day. Amzing towing is the best name for this company, theyre amazing indeed. Got a flat tire at the Holland tunnel, ended up in NJ and need a tow to Brooklyn, called as many towing companys as possible, no one was willing to do it, the few that did asked ridiculous prices as it was almost midnight. Not only did Bryan accept the job but also came in with the most reasonable price not expensive at all as it was 2 am showed up exactly on the ETA was very nice and professional the whole time, definitely recommend, in other words amazon towing.
