I would give this place 15 stars! Or 50! I had an insurance issue and rather than leave me hanging, they helped resolve it. They know the insurance industry--I dont--and it showed. The work on my car was also 15-50 stars--It came back looking much better than it had when I bought it! Fixed the damage, of course, but somehow made it look brand new. Not exaggerating. Go here.

Amazing!! Highly recommend! I went their because i had a problem with my truck door. It was put on by the previous owners. The gentalmen that helped me was so nice! He kept my updated on everything he was doing and fixed it fast. I wasnt expecting it to be fixed that day. I only went in to get it looked at. I will definitely be back!!

I was involved in a hit and run rear ending and seacoast fixed my car right up. There were some mistakes made by the company who sublets the mechanical work and seacoast got my car right back in to make it right. I will definitely go there any time I need body work. Thank you.

My vehicle was repaired after a major accident by Seacoast Autobody. I have had ongoing problems with the truck since it was returned to me from Seacoast. Furthermore I brought my concerns about the repairs to Seacoast attention and the denied any of the problems are their fault. I would not bring another vehicle to this shop ever!!!

Definitely will not be going here again.

I brought in a repair of a shield that had fallen off of the underside of my car. They checked and found that it couldnt be reattached without replacing the bumper, and recommended that the shield wasnt needed. No charge! What a pleasant surprise.

our experience was not very pleasurable, my wife was not treated very nice and was spoken to very rudely. they didnt communicate with us very well. they didnt completely fix the issue that the car was taken in for. they claimed that our insurance didnt cover for a rental when they didnt know what our coverage was for. they kept pushing the finish date back from the original date, making us spend more money for the rental. left paint on the window making us having to make a return trip to get the paint over spray removed. over all i will not ever take my car back. i asked for an apology for the way my wife was spoken and treated and received nothing.

A friend currently has a vehicle there and they have constantly been pushing the date back after confirming a day for him to pick it up. It has been going on 2 months without a vehicle. I would not recommend this auto body to anyone.

Took my car in to fix a fender, my side mirror and my door after an animal collision. they told me it would be a week and it ended up as 3 weeks. And after all that time they didnt fix anything inside the car, just the body. After asking and trying to get it fixed for almost a year now I have simply given up after asking when I might be able to get it fixed they left me on read and havent responded since. and after almost a year I have just decided fixed my door myself. Would never recommend anyone to go here.

Went for an estimate for damage done to my 2007 Honda CRV. They were quick and ask if I wanted after market parts to help with the cost. In 15 minutes had an estimate and appointment to get it fix.

My sons car was vandalized by a person he knew and we brought his care to them for body work. The work was perfect and they took ownership for all details of the process. I walked away impressed with their service, definitely will recommend

I am so happy with how the repair was on my 2001 Chevy Blazer. The driver side door was very worn out after many years of use and now its as good as new! The quote was fair and the actual cost was well below the estimate. But my experience with Seacoast was priceless! Needed an estimate for ins and they only sent out a secretary to take pictures. No mechanics looked. The driveway was so crowded with cars that seemed like they were waiting to be worked on I couldnt even find a place to park and the driveway was very slick in spots.

Brought my truck by to get a estimate on some scratches from a sign I hit. A young lady took a look at the damage. She went inside got a buffer and some compound, and started buffing. To my amazment most of the scratches came out. Ill eventually get the repair done, and I will bring it back to seacoast auto body. I tried to pay her for her time and she refused. Amazing people.

This shop has the best tech in Maine, Melvin Brewer we took our 2018 vehicle in for a State Farm insurance repair it had heavy left side damage and he fixed our vehicle absolutely flawlessly I used to be a body man some years ago and I looked it over from top to bottom and you absolutely could not tell it had been repaired these guys are first rate so if you need your vehicle repaired and you want it done right make sure you ask them to put Melvin on your vehicle you will not be disappointed

My car went into the shop on June 13th. It is now July 17th and I have yet to see my vehicle. Every time I call they do not have any information for me and ask if they can call back with updates. I have not once received any calls from them. It has not been once, but twice that they have found that whomever estimated the car missed extensively damaged areas. This was my first time using them and it will be my last. I highly recommend Ferns in Lisbon!

One of their mechanics backed into our car as we were pulling out of their parking lot. At the time they were very apologetic and assured us they would fix the dent in our door. We returned later and they refused to fix the damage and rudely told us we were on their private property (minuets) after closing time when it happened. Just unfortunate we pulled into this shady businesses parking lot to fix our sons car seat.

If youre going to Seacoast purely because its local to your area; just drive the extra miles to Ferns in Lisbon Falls. Not only is it across from Frostys but youll actually get good quality work. And donuts.

Great service

Sloppy work, gave me my car back with a bent rim and bad wheel bearing after its accident. It was painfully obvious the car was not ready or safe to drive and the fact they missed it was pathetic. It took over a week to have a rim and wheel bearing fixed on my car, which a bolt on wheel bearing is not a hard job. Safe yourself the hassle and go to Ferns Auto Body in Lisbon Falls.

Friendly, professional, the cost was exactly as quoted and the work exceeded my expectations.

I had a problem that two dealerships had failed to fix. The second dealership sent me to Seacoast Auto Body. The folks at Seacoast fit me right in and took care of the problem in about 20 minutes! They explained what had happened and sent me on my way. They were so kind, knowledgeable and accommodating that I will certainly return if I ever have the need for their services.

I stopped at Sea Coast after backing into a tree and knocked apart back quarter panel, bumper and tail light. Being on vacation I did not have time for the new parts to come in but needed the car to be highway worthy. The young woman at the desk came out to see how she could help me. I was hoping she might call over a guy in overalls. I was astonished as she got down in clean clothes and popped the pieces into place with her pink fingernails and had me hold them while she taped everything securely. She asked for no payment and I shook her hand, wanting to give her a hug. I found our later from my Brunswick host that they had a great experience also with Sea Coast. I had stopped at Roland Auto first with my predicament and the man there said they could do nothing for me without parts.

worst auto body shop ever. poor quality work. inadequate repair. dishonest business. we will be happy to show anyone their high quality work. after several hours and the intervention of our insurance company, they said to swing by whenever it is convenient for you(us). sooo...well see. stay tuned for update. my husband did what they said: swing by whenever..., and was told he would need an appointment as the body mans wife was having a baby. an appointment was made, stay tuned for the rest of the story. got it fixed today. they replaced the bumper cover. looks real good. after all the stress--thank you, judi koenke

Seacoast Auto Body did a fantastic job on my car repair! They were easy to deal with- handled everything with our insurance company and the car rental! They completed the repairs in the time they said they would too! They cleaned the car- inside and out! I love them and would use them again!!

We stopped by for an estimate to repair our new (to us) vehicle that had been backed into. The woman out front came out for a moment, then wrote up an estimate quickly. Unfortunately, the estimate included only aftermarket parts, and our insurance told us that they would only cover oem, so my husband went back in to get an estimate with original parts. The chick insinuated that he was just after a check from the insurance (a check that will be written to the body shop that we choose, which wont be seacoast), then wrote up an estimate with reconditioned parts. Well done cheating yourselves out of business. The old management was great. Dont know who these clowns are, but they wont be getting much business by insulting potential customers.
