Absolutely everything about my experience with Capitaland Glass was outstanding. From the first phone call about scheduling the appointment to completion of the job, their staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I waited for my winshield to be replaced and due to the need for calibration and whatnot, the job would take two to three hours. The staff made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. While I hope I never need to replace another windshield, if I do, Capitaland Glass will be my first call. A+++++
I waited all day for Safelite and despite the many reminders they sent to remind "ME" to be available... despie the 10 am Text reminding "ME" that they were showing up at 12 noon... Despite Safelite reassuring me at 4:30Pm that a "Tech was on the way" .. Safelite called me at 5:30pm to cancel !!! Thank God Capitaland Glass restored my faith in humanity. SCREW SAFELITE!!!! Save yourself some aggrevation and call Capitaland Glass First!

If I could rate more than 5 stars i would. After being told by safelite my windshield crack from a highway rock was repairable and safelite canceling me once and no showing on me twice wasting 3 of my days waiting ..I got appt promptly at Capitalland glass. They advise replace and got new windshield and installed within 48 hours. They are awesome. Kept me aware of plan and progress the whole time. 200% the place to go for all things Windshield glass.
We experienced a strong micro blast in at work last week. Caused a tree branch to fall onto my rear window. Drive home 40 miles w/o window, called Capitaland glass. Rear windows unfortunately have to be ordered, meaning I would have no window. Rain was relentless for the next week. Capitaland was gracious enough to button up the window, which was a blessing and it was totally secure until I received my glass. No charge. Job is complete and I’m super satisfied. 2024 Review * Recently, I was worried that my seal around my windshield was missing/loose in places. I own an older car I do not drive often but decided to have it looked at anyways. Captialglass had excellent customer service and was extremely helpful with over the phone scheduling. The part I was missing around the windshield was just cosmetic and did not need to be replaced. Capitalglass did not charge me for their service even though they did a welfare check on the vehicle for me. I respect the honesty and will not forget it. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. It is nearly impossible to find an honest opinion and I appreciate theirs.
Had my front windshield replaced here today 12-7-2023. Scheduled me in super-fast, allowed me the use of their lobby to work while I waited. Brough my laptop, setup up shop and didn't miss a beat. They said it would be 3-5 hours and had me in and out in 2.5 hours. They also re-installed my front facing dash cam on the new glass as well as my car wash sticker. After everything was done I talked with the staff for a few minutes and they were professional, kind, courteous and just good people. A side note, while I waited there another customer showed up and asked a piece of trim be reinstalled that had fallen off from a window replacement done 2 years earlier. They not only got her done in 10 minutes but didn't charge her anything. Get your glass done there if you can. I have liberty Mutual Insurance and this Capitaland was an approved shop.
What an absolute mess this company is. What started out promising for an order in a pinch led to my Porsche being damaged and the company denying it then ghosting me. I requested footage of my vehicle entering and exiting as well as the footage during the removal and installation of a new windshield but was only given the exit footage, but it's clear that the chip is there. In a previous review this company was at fault for damaging another vehicle but that customer was taken care of, where I was not. Be warned, this company is not to be trusted and always take before and after pictures when entrusting "professionals" with your dreams.

100% professional care and integrity with my experience. I was very sad when a rock cracked the windshield of my new Cayenne S. I asked my dealer who they recommend and they said Capital. They took care of every aspect from dealing with the insurance to wiping down any mess from install. Unfortunately there was a defect in the glass (not their fault) and again they stepped up and delivered with the same professionalism as before. Cal and Matt were for sure the staff I would like to have at my company. Mind you I come from over an hour and a half away and in the future if I need glass for my Porsche or my Subaru I will make this trip to this Capitaland

Capitaland Glass just replaced the front windshield on my Honda and I could not be more impressed with this company. They called me early Monday morning to confirm the correct windshield and to answer all of my questions, dropped my car off the next day, and had my car back by noon with everything in place and dashboard cleaner than ever. Highly recommend Cpaitaland Glass.
Had a great experience getting front and rear windshield replaced on an Audi Q7. Ryan was extremely professional getting me all squared away on the phone.The whole team is friendly and is clearly very skilled and knowledgeable. Im only going here anytime I need glass replaced on any of my vehicles.

Very friendly, easy drop-off. Just didnt like how front window replaced was not centered. Passenger side is touching the body and the drivers side has a huge gap. And they didnt put my wiper arms back correctly. But its under warranty
Excellent customer service. I had an appointment for our Grand Wagoneer, the vehicle ended up being in service on the day of our appointment. When calling to reschedule, Capital land was more than willing to bring the glass to the dealership, perform the replacement and recalibration on site. Saved me a trip and time! Thank you!!
Great customer service and communication. The technician met me at the car dealership, as I requested glass from the manufacturer, and was polite, courteous, no visible mess left inside, and all window adhesive/additives were put back in their place (inspection, registration, EZ pass). Thank you
One should give credit when they experience stellar customer service and repair work that s the case with Capitaland Glass. My car has a particularly difficult windshield install and I ve had several places attempt to replace (and then correct the terrible replacement of another.) After the frustration (and leaks and squeaks) that came with two places repairs (including the dealership), I took to the internet in search of a highly reviewed glass shop. I found Capitaland Glass and they did a phenomenal job. As another mentioned in one of the customer reviews, they even put the reg/inspection stickers and EZ pass on neatly (I m OCD about this, too). I drove my car home with no squeaks and the windshield and molding in proper alignment. I highly recommend them! Thanks Capitaland!
I reached out to another local glass company who did not answer my call and Im so thankful they didnt answer! My 2nd call was to Capitaland Glass and I could not be more pleased with the experience! The whole staff is friendly and informative. They were able to acquire the replacement glass quickly and have it installed that same week, even performing the work on a Saturday so the vehicle was ready on Monday morning! Thank you all!

They were recommended to me by a local bodyshop to replace the windshield on my Chrysler 200 convertible. I called on a Friday morning and by Friday afternoon they not only had it ordered but they worked with my insurance company, I didnt have to do anything and the following Friday it was installed. I waited till we had a good rain to see the quality of the install, and not a leak to be seen!! Definitely will recommend them to others.
Cant say enough good/great things about my experience at Capitaland! Cal is extremely professional and really knows how to run a bussiness. I have a Land Rover so not easy to work with to start. They got the windshield quickly, did a perfect installation, and delivered on everything they promised. If all businesses operated like this one the world would be a far better place!! I was amazed that Capitaland Glass was able to replace my rear window in less than 24 hours! After waiting over a month for another company ( begins with S-A-F-E) to get my glass in, I called my dealership, Keeler Motor Car, and they said they always use Capitaland for glass replacement. I am so very pleased that I called. Cal was able to order the glass while we were on the phone. He was courteous and professional and was a pleasure to speak with. He called the next afternoon to tell me my car was ready. AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs glass replacement. Five star rating? No way! More like 100 stars!!
I could not be happier with the service I received from these folks, particularly Ryan, who handled my insurance claim and coordinated my appointment with my Subaru dealer to recalibrate my iSight, and provide a loaner while the work was being done. They were great to deal with, and did a top notch job with the replacement on my 7 month old Subaru.
Capitaland glass has worked on 2 of my vehicles, and have done a great job. And the work has been done in a good timely matter.

Needed rear window replaced on my ford escape. Capitaland did it in two days. Safelite couldnt help until March 11. Very pleased with Capitaland service.
Very prompt, friendly and last but not least professional service. From the first phone call to the time I drove out, there are no issues at all. They replaced my sunroof and it looks and fits like the original one did. I followed theyre recommendations and like I said, no issues.

With a sprinter tour van, it seems like the huge windshield is just too much of a temptation for pebbles. Capitaland has always helped us out during tight deadlines between touring, keeping costs down and conveniently doing the work at our dealer while it s already in for maintenance. Cal is also really nice to work with oh btw- we got some new ones this last run- talk to y all soon

All I can say is wow don t feel like that you have to have Safelite or any other company fix your window because they literally rob you Capitalland glass is a 100 percent fair and reasonable they are so fast they got a window in within two days at a reasonable price I highly recommend them!

Brought a vehicle which we just bought from my in-laws to have a windshield leak fixed. The in-laws car dealer tried 2 x but never fixed it! Capitaland was fantastic - easy to work with and very reasonable cost. Fixed the problem with no B.S. This is what customer service is supposed to be :)

These are the only guys to go with when it come to repairing and replacing glass. I wouldnt use anyone else. I had a bad experience with another company that managed to repeat the same mistakes 3 times. I was reluctant to give them a 4th chance. Capital Land Glass did it right the first time. Highly recommend. Make sure to ask for Real Original Manufactured parts (OEM). Great local business.
