Mark is the best- always very helpful and friendly! Everyone else- well they need some work. They carry many Motorcraft and Acdelco products which are useful and of good quality.

Parts are reasonably priced, and usually have them in stock. The quality is usually better than advanced, along with price.

The man at the counter was very helpful

I called the only number I could find which was the central number. They were very polite and looked up a battery for my car. They wouldn't give me a price but said they would send the order to my local store. I went to the store and they had no record of the order. They looked up the battery and couldn't find one that fit my car. I called the main number from the store and they couldn't find the order. He tried to look up the battery and couldn't find one that fit. Bottom line is that everyone was friendly but they were no help. Went to Advance Auto Parts and got the battery I needed.
