It was approaching the time for our current lease to be up on our 2020 Edge. We received a phone call from our salesman and made an appointment to speak with him with the idea to just find out what would be available when we were ready. That was at 11:00 in the morning. By 3:30 that afternoon we were driving home our new 2024 Edge. We have since then added a 2024 Ford Explorer to our inventory as well as the Edge. Morris is the only dealership that I would consider especially after all the years of great service that I have received!

5 months and 5 visits and they still cannot clear the check engine light code on a 1.5 year vehicle with 20k miles on it. One service advisor is nice, the other is rude. Finally spoke to the general manager so hopefully that is of some help.

I recently purchased a Mustang out of state and had to get a state inspection and have a couple things repaired. I was very satisfied with Morris Ford. I ordered some accessories the day I visited the service center to make an appointment . Ward was very helpful, and even went out of his way to answer questions pertaining to my warranty. Service Center was also great. Dan took care of me and was friendly and even came out to the car to see what I needed. When it came time for the actual service I used the key drop off. They were able to fix the few items. I was alittle surprised at the cost of one part, but what can you do. My accessories came in as well and they installed them at no charge. Overall, my dealings with Morris Ford have been great. I would highly recommend.

Sales agent was very helpful in selecting the option list, not just pushing for a sale. Purchasing a commercial van and planning a conversion into a class B camper is a bit out of the normal but they worked with us to get answers on our questions.

i bought my 2020 ford escape from shane in december, and appreciated the patience/help from him as i was sorting out my totaled car. i needed to get body shop work done on my tailgate, and brought it back to morris. kevin in the body shop was amazing, helpful, and informative about the repairs. he had my estimate and repair done in a week, and was communicative/transparent about everything. i really appreciate them, and couldn t recommend morris ford more!!

Repair work unsatisfactory with no resolution from dealership. Three separate time the general manager said he would get answers for me and has never called back. Service department just passes the buck instead of fixing the issue.

Morris Ford is the worst dealership I ve ever come across. Where do I start. First time I brought it there for my transmission issue, they told me it needed parts and they will be ordered. A week goes by and never heard from them. So I call and they tell me the parts will be in very soon and should be done in a week. Another week goes by they tell me the same thing again. By the way they told me there were no rental cars available at the dealership. Another week goes by and I stop in there and ask what s going on. They said the parts just got in and will be worked on soon. Week 4 comes and I go in again and they say the parts aren t there yet. I needed to take my truck at this point because I needed to use it. Throughout this whole time, not one person called to inform me about anything. So i call week 5 and they say the parts are in and I scheduled a new appointment for a couple weeks later(Apparently I wasn t priority to them after all this in the beginning). Bring the truck in for scheduled appointment and they did the same thing all over again for 2 weeks again. ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION. I picked my truck up and that s it( had to Uber because I didn t have a ride at the time). I encourage anybody reading this NOT to go to this dealership. They were playing games and wasted a lot of my time.

They had my vehicle for a week and never called or emailed the status or when I should expect it to be done or anything.

Just had my truck at Morris Ford for yearly inspection and some problem to do with the 12V battery. They fixed that problem and inspected the truck. Again no problems with service.

Took 1hr 45 min for an oil change and that was with a 8:00 am apt made 10days prior. Two similar previous visits went essentially the same. Had enough!

Awesome sales service and collision

Very dissatisfied. I took my truck in and it took three days to get my truck back. I was told that it wasnt even looked at during the first two days. I screamed and asked that the most basic issue be taken care of.The other two items I wanted done were not done. I needed my truck returned in the third day. This place used to be so good. They respected you time and would get your vehicle back to you. I will likely be er use Morris again!

Morris Ford is a criminal enterprise. They lied to me and said they patched one of my tires and rotated them and it is clear that these services were not performed as the same tire is leaking air, although I was charged hundreds of dollars. Additionally, they claimed to have changed my air filter and charged me for a replacement and when I had my oil changed two days ago at a reputable business I was informed there was no way my air filter was changed recently. Therefore this business defrauded me and committed theft.

This parts department has a few of the kindest and most patient gentlemen Ive met at this business .... That sales floor could learn something from them in public relations... and to the ladies in the office you all are very sweet thank you for all of your help. 5 stars for parts and office personnel... 1 star for the gentleman that couldnt be bothered to hear anything from a working class man! People like me help build this country... you just like to feel better about yourself by looking down at us little people

They tried to take me for a ride couldn t even do a simple alinement. I was charged $340 for 2 hours they had my car for 2 days, 10$ for some bolts they told me they couldn t get the bolts to move on the control arms and that they needed to replace the control arms(600), then after another day they changed there mind and stated I needed a whole new back end($2600). I took my car to a recommended garage and they did it in the same day and laughed at the prices I was told by ford. After learning what there team tried to pull and having paper work to prove that they ripped me off, I told rob there service manager I want a refund they didn t care about my service or my refund. They stated they have a 30 year experienced tech that some how failed to services My vehicle with a simple alinement and still desired to charge me for 2 hours of labor and work that I didn t need for it to be safe or need! They only response I was given after I expressed I want a refund was they want to check my guys work to see if he actually did the job right! Not that there policies are when it comes to refunds or services not being held to standard. Don t take your vehicle here.

Morris Ford, was hands down the best dealership Ive ever dealt with. I watched the live stream unveiling of the Ford Bronco in 2020, and I couldnt wait to place my order. Prior to dealing with Morris Ford, I was very unhappy with the sales reps at multiple Capital District Ford dealerships. They were rude, pushy, and had bad vibes overall. I knew right away when Mike Richau picked up the phone that he was going to be the one! Mike is a kind and helpful guy. He went out of his way to explain the ordering process and was also flexible and accommodating of my complicated schedule. He made the buying process super smooth by having all the paperwork ready to go after my long day at work. Mike also had great follow up after my purchase and helped sort out a few things I didnt understand. My only regret is not heading to Morris Ford sooner. Recall visit. Service agent was courteous and efficient checking my vehicle in. He estimated the repair time to be 2-3 hours. Car was finished and ready to go in a little over an hour.

Took an hour and a half for the works service. After getting the paperwork and my keys I left the dealership to discover a uncontrollable shake of the steering wheel once I was able to stop and get out I noticed they didn t tighten down any of the lug nuts on the driver side rear tire. Once I tighten them down myself on the side of the road I turned around to head back to the dealership and when I told them all they said was oh that sucks we re sorry that doesn t usually happen

We purchased a Explorer used and was told take out ins policy silver. Power transfer part went out soon after should have been visible when oil was changed before sale. Ins refused to pay the cost to replace part being part of the Transmission and Suspension. We paid 4,000 to much for veh that needed fixing.

Brought my gray 2020 ford raptor in for service last Saturday and the guys in the shop were amazing, fast, and had great customer service.

I took my truck in when it began making an odd sound when the engine was cold, thinking it may be the turbo going bad. The techs at Morris Ford quickly identified it as coming from the drive train between the engine and transmission. They did thorough research on potential known issues of the type, dealing directly with Ford and found the problem and solution. It took a while to get all of the parts, through no fault of their own, so they had the truck for a while but had it all taken care of quickly once the parts arrived. Throughout, the service department kept me up to date with pleasant and positive phone calls. The repairs were under warranty so it cost me nothing, other than the cost of a transmission filter that I had them replace while they had everything apart. Very positive experience.

I can t recommended purchasing from them enough had a very easy experience order my new bronco sport however my service experience was less then desirable and I don t think I ll be going back. I was told it would be a 3 day repair and ended up waiting for 2 weeks to finally get the repair done. I had to call 2x and it seemed like it had been forgotten about. When I went in to finally pick up the car I was told I could not use my FordPass reward points I had from purchasing two brand new cars from Ford after hours and I would have to comeback during business hours. So after 2 weeks and 8 trips back and forth to the dealer I will finally get my car back.

Rob, Tammy, and Donald have particularly made an impression on me, though everyone has been great. They work really well together to get the job done. Even when calling to make an appointment, whoever answers the phone goes over everything that needs addressing without rushing. I brought my Ford Escape in last week for maintenance, an inspection, a recall, and an issue with the CarPlay feature. Donald explained what they were going to do and answered all of my questions in a friendly, professional manner. When my car was ready, he went over everything with me and asked if I wanted to redeem my FordPass Rewards. I had no idea of the value as I hadn t looked into it. But he showed me that I had more than enough points to pay for my entire service appointment. I also have a nice balance to use for a future visit. That was a really nice surprise! I feel confident in trusting Morris Ford with all aspects of service for my current and future vehicles.

Morris Ford sales department has been great , however the service department has disappointed me each time I bring my 21 F350 in for service. Each time something is repaired I have to return for the same issues. Some times I dont even get out of the parking lot. The service manager has been very helpful with most situations, however it would be nice if the manager did not need to get involved every time I come in for service. Quality of the repairs and quality of the repairs performed needs to be improved.
