Had my car repossessed because I m a struggling student and when I went to go pick my car up, all of my belongings were in black plastic garbage bags. Liquids, garbage and personal belongings thrown into three trash bags. Unfortunately, some of my things have water damage. I ALSO had cash in my car that is missing. Aside from the garbage, my driver side door is now BENT. It s not sitting flush with the car so I can hear everything like my window is partially open. You can see where they shoved the device to unlock my car because the rubber is ripped and my paint on the inside of the door is scratched. No integrity, no apologies, when I called the main hub to let them know about my door I was simply told to file a claim via email. My only advice is, if you re going to take a few days or so to get everything settled with your bank, go get your personal belongings. SMH.. I was not given the chance to hand my keys over even though I was home all day. They just decided to bend my door, take my money and throw my belongings together with trash and liquids. I feel violated.

Company towed my vehicle and caused damage to my driveway & car. It was done over 2 months ago. I contacted them immediately & opened up a claim. Just THIS week they finally reached out and one of the operations managers said that he had just gotten my claim sent over to him the week prior. They re refusing to repair damages to car. They re offering practically PENNIES for a patch job on the driveway. They re refusing to take any accountability for their negligence. Do nottttttt make any business with this company if you care for your belongings.

So getting your truck repossessed in not fun and a frustrating experience to say the least. The Staff at Legacy was understanding, polite, and most of all informative. I had to work this out with the bank which I did and was able to recover my Truck. Amanda (at ext. 1029) is very rude and unprofessional. The way she talks on the phone with customers is unacceptable. She should not be their administrative assistant if she cannot handle phone calls with poise, grace and simple plain courtesy.

Having a vehicle repossessed is Never ideal & tends to be a pretty Stressful time in one s life Both Joe & Brittany went over and beyond and were undeniably kind & pleasant!

Small bumps in the road, ended up with a rather fantastic experience with this company even though our creditors were not what they were raved about.. From the start of the experience until the time the vehicle was released I have nothing but great things to say about these kind folks. Its not often that a recovery agent and your brother chat while loading a car.. Again Ill say it, fantastic crew!

Place only uses western union, so no options for cash or card. The branch I had to go to is only open 9am-1pm with appointment only. Was charged an extra day for storage because of this. Business should be updated and give more options for pick up, payments and realize that just like they have to operate other people have to make time to go out and do the running around that they make so difficult. 0/5 wouldn t recommend.

The driver was beyond polite and allowed me time to go inside and make some payments to get caught up and then I called and spoke with Tom and explained what had happened and made 3 payments to the bank while I was on the phone with Tom. In an extremely difficult task, they were extremely compassionate and im very thankful.

Got behind in bills and had my car repossessed. Got it reinstated through my lender, and while having a mini panic attack about getting it back, I talked with Tom and he made it as painless as possible. He even ran outside to save my plates from being returned to the DMV. Was very helpful, and friendly and helped calm my nerves. Saved me from an already stressful situation.

My car was repossessed a week ago. The gentleman who came to pick it up was very polite. He gave me time to clean out my car and advised me what I had to do. I called and spoke with Tom who so very polite. He was very kind and reassuring. He gave me step by step instructions on how to make my payment to them. He told me if he could, he wouldnt charge anything for the storage fees. He was great. I hope to never have to talk to him again, but happy he is there to help people who are in my situation.

I wish there were more people like him in this type of business out there . He was so helpful and made this awful and sad situation way better for me . Working with Tom at Legacy recovery has been with such ease. He was Understanding as well as excepting of my requests His customer service skills are top-notch, and I am immensely grateful for his efforts.

My husband needed to retrieve some personal items from my car and because I was all the way in PA I had to get a letter authorizing him to do so. Everything was done and sent to them by 330 and he went in and was kicked out because they were closed as it was 4pm , which in fact it was not. I had to call and ask them why my husband was kicked off the property when they had the letter (after lying that they did not) and had no right stopping him from gathering stuff from the car. She told me it was already 4, it was only 353. The lady on the phone had already hung up on my husband, kicked him off the property and was unprofessional with him in the first place. Not to mention the tow truck driver told the mechanic not to tell us the car was towed. Luckily I must have pushed some of that ladies buttons as I told my husband call the cops and go up there and thats when he was allowed to get the items out of the car so no cops had to get involved. Must not have been the first time. Life happens but you dont have to be rude, unprofessional and lazy!!! Very sketchy business and absolutely disrespectful!!!! Side note: Notice all of their good reviews come only after someone post a negative review and all come in at same time. Must be due to their attitude problem.

Tom and Sean were great very helpful. When we went to go pick up our truck it was damaged. Steering is completely off, bumper was damaged, have multiple warnings coming up on the dash. Had vehicle inspection a couple of days before they took it and everything was fine. When mentioned something to them they said just go online and fill out form.

They were pretty chill. Had my vehicle registered for repossession by Ally Auto. FYI: Stay away from Ally Auto, theyre scam artists thatll charge you WAY higher interest than what the vehicle will EVER be worth. They charged me an interest rate of 25%. I shouldve looked at the fine print. Needless to say, it eventually became impossible to keep up the payments on my car. So when it was finally registered for repossession, I was able to reach out to Ally to get the number of these fine folks. They were chill and it was a quick, chill, and painless process. I spoke with Tom, he was awesome. Enjoyed speaking with him on the phone very thoroughly, and he got ahold of Pat, who was the driver that was going to take hold of my vehicle. Worked it out with Pat to pick up the vehicle today as I wanted, though I couldve scheduled another day with him if I so desired. And we worked out a time that worked for the both of us and he was prompt. Arrived right on the mark, had a great attitude, and made the process as painless as possible. In five minutes or less the car was loaded up and gone. I hope I NEVER EVER have to go through a repossession again. But If I EVER do, I hope these guys are the ones I get to work with again! Keep up the great work, team! You guys did great! Loved the positivity, energy, atmosphere, and overall Customer Service! I appreciate you guys making this process as easy as possible! I really truly do! Take care of yourselves!
