I loved them. They were so so helpful with my car, called me regularly with updates and were so kind to me.I appreciate them so much! They also cleaned out my car for me after! Best its ever looked :) I go away for college and still opted to bring my car here because they are the only shop I trust.

We had an unexpected repair caused by a bear to our car window. The people at Cambridge Auto body were super friendly and kind. They went above and beyond in fixing the car. They cleaned it top to bottom, inside and out, and they made sure everything was just right. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs body work done to their vehicle!
As much as I appreciate the hard work that went into repair the vehicle I am deeply concerned about extra things that were done that were unnecessary in the completion of the task. In looking over the form as to what was done I think there was a great deal of work that was done that was completely unnecessary.
I have used them a couple times, and have always been pleased with their work. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Last time I took my wife's car in after our son hit a deer while driving it. My wife keeps her car like a teenager's bedroom...I was actually a bit embarrassed when I dropped it off, but I didn't have time to clean it out beforehand. But I digress... Not only did they fix it as good as new, but also they detailed it inside and out. It has not been that clean since the first week we got it. I have attached a pic. Look for the damage; you won't be able to find it. A week later she damaged the hood, its already going back. I'm not concerned; it will come back looking brand new. Trust me, you will like this place.
I love love love them! Customer service is wonderful.There was never I time where I was wondering what was going on with my car, they called with updates with everything!!!! My bumper and side thing needed to be replaced and they did it 4 days…. 4 DAYSSSSS!!! And it looks brand new and they washed it!!!!!
I had a alot of hail damage and since the beginning I had the most helpful and nice people helping me. Shayna called through the whole process with updates and April was so nice and persistent in making sure my insurance sent payment. Thanks to both you ladies. Also my car looks great

Needed half my car painted due to a keyed scratch down the drivers side. They finished ahead of schedule, the car looked immaculate when I picked it up and you can t tell the difference between old and new paint. Highly recommend.

The people here were sooooo helpful after I smashed the front end of my FAVORITE car hitting a deer. The gentleman in charge REALLY knows his business and made me feel at ease about getting it fixed like new. He explained everything to me. PROFESSIONAL!
These guys are great. Cambridge Auto Body handled all of the interactions with the nightmare insurance co and got everything taken care of quickly - they went above and beyond and did fantastic work. Would use again, if the need arises.

Customer service is very good, they are very polite and friendly. However, Id been calling for over a month trying to get a status on my cars repairs and all I get is a well give you a call later the system is not working. I will recomend that if you cant work with certain insurance, just let the customer know instead of saying that you will call later and never call back.
My vehicle was damaged by hail and needed extensive work and part replacement. Painting was required. The result was very good. It took 7 weeks due to many other vehicles needing the same. Glad to have the car back.
Poor customer service and poor quality work!
I got my car repaired 3 or so yrs ago. They didnt do it right. Kept going back telling them it rained in my car. Finally Greg saw it. Told me he was ordering the part. Its been over a year still giving me the run around about the piece to keep the rain from coming in my car. Now its messing up my seat cause everytime it rains it comes in my car. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!
They are a good repair shop I used them back in August of 2020 an unfortunately a deer has given me the pleasure to visit them this year in July i would recommend them to anyone
Had a great experience with Greg and the team here. Had a serious incident with our F150. When they were done with repairs it looks brand new. AND they were awesome getting insurance to cover the repairs to the max. Great job and great service. Highly recommended!
Great customer service. Greg was super helpful. The repair required a custom glass piece and I was under a tight timeline. Fantastic service and very happy with the work.
Cant speak for the quality of work, my vehicle was declared totaled, but the customer service rep was extremely helpful, polite & went out of his way to help & explain everything to us.

This is the best Auto Body shop I have ever worked with. They are so accommodating, friendly, and reliable. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Not many places work like this. I got into an accident and just a few short weeks later they had my car completely repaired and it looked brand new. Wendy is very personable and makes your experience as comfortable as possible. If you need work done to your car and want a Wonderful experience, I recommend this shop. I live almost 2 hours away and I will be going to Cambridge Auto Body for my servicing needs. They are the best!
They have done several jobs on my corvette thus far including painting, custom installation of aftermarket chrome parts (under hood/body), as well as custom instal on rear spoiler. They are fast, efficient, priced right, quality work, friendly accommodating people to deal with. I will be continuing to have this shop perform my work...car may be seen at mario riggio corvette on youtube.
