Absolutely awesome, hometown shop that cares about its customers!!!! A family owned business that loves what they do and appreciates the people they service!!! The staff is SO friendly and accommodating... If you need a good mechanic you can trust, definitely stop in to Rushinski's auto!!!

1st time in this business, needed an inspection. Father and son were very friendly and had me in and out within 20 minutes. Can’t express how great it is to have found this small family business! Caleb is always willing to go out of his way for his customers. You don’t see people who care so much about others or the work they do anymore! You can tell they treat their staff well also, not many places do! Bless you guys and will always honor of my way to bring you business! Thanks for making my day!

Failed my vehicles inspection when I simply asked them to look it over and tell me what it needed to pass. It clearly wasn’t ready for an official inspection. And they still charged me for both the look over and the failed inspection. Also charged $150 to replace a couple headlight bulbs - never asked them to do that nor did they check with me before doing that.

Got my inspection done here. They were efficient and kept me informed throughout the process. Luckily only needed some lightbulbs replaced and I was off to go. Friendly and professional. I'm glad to have a shop like this so close to me in town.

My VW's front brake pads and rotors were already on their way out when my husband and I drove to Cambridge for a weekend away, but they became totally unreliable (much faster than expected) after a few drives around town. Because it was Memorial Day, we totally panicked... no one was open, we were 4 hours from home, and I had to be back at work. We called everyone in the area the next morning, and Rushinski's was the only place that could squeeze us in. We lucked out, because we really could've ended up anywhere. This was the best experience I've ever had at a repair shop. Charlie and Julie were so kind and helpful. They calmly explained the necessary repairs and how they were sourcing parts, and they weren't even phased by our overly friendly dog. A few hours after dropping the car off, we were on our way out of town. And, for the first time ever, I was pleasantly surprised by the bill!

Called to see if they could get me in sometime later in the week for a minor repair. Charlie asked if I were close by, as he could squeeze me in now. Upon arriving he was able to repair my issue within minutes! So impressed by his flexibility and work. I may have a new mechanic!!

My family has been taking cars to the Rushinski's for over 30 years so I was excited to see them open a location on my way to work, but a little nervous about a new mechanic. After a few visits, I can say there is nothing to worry about. Charlie provides the exact same care and attention to our vehicles as I have become used to over the years at Rushinski North. Overall, you will not find a better place to have your vehicle serviced, north or south location.
