Brought my tire in after a blowout. Was told there were three ahead of me and they proceeded to take more people before fixing my tire. Bad customer service. Waited over 2 hours for my tire

Took care of my tractor tire quickly and inexpensively. Open on a Saturday was a huge plus.

SOOO i called this Am, was told $55 per tire OUT THE DOOR?? I was also told we ALWAYS put the best tires on the front i pick up my car and bill is $144... i was charged to rotate my tires, a $5 fee per tire (my understanding from walmart is that fee is for NEW TIRES, and the state fee is $2.50 PER TIRE not $5, this is twice they have done this to me. i will be calling the state. I could have gone to walmart bought 2 NEW tires with a 50K mile warranty OUT THE DOOR for $146.56, $2.56 more than more for BRAND NEW TIRES! on a different truck they charged me $25 PER TIRE additional labor, because the tires were a little harder to get off, once again out the door for $240, became $350! I personally will NEVER go here again... i own 3 cars BTW and people say buy local F that!

We ve purchased multiple loads of tire sidewalls and paid Hoosick Tire to removed waste tires from our business over the past year and always had good experience until recent. I m not sure what has changed within their company but now I have nothing good to say about them and how they ve mislead us. They are losing a paying customer today.

No complaints here, the prices are fair (and consistent), the used tires are in good condition, the staff is friendly and informative, they do a good job and theyre quick, plus you dont even need an appointment. Dont go anywhere else

I cant say enough about My Great experience with Hoosick Tire! I was looking for tires for my Honda pilot. I had asked the gentlemen on the phone I was looking for something more aggressive than what had came with it. He said I have theses tires that will be sure to fit your needs . I have a great tire made by Falcon its looks like a truck tire in a SUV size. They are called Falcon AT trail. He confirmed the size 245-60-18. He rattled the size off like a true professional. I said sure order them up. They were in a day or so. On the day of service I just gave him my last name and keys they had me in and out in no time at all.The pilot looks alot more rugged and drives great. Thank You Hoosick Tire!!

This is a great shop. They aim to please with good customer service, a nice waiting area with some good books and some interesting native American artifacts. They even go the extra mile by rechecking the lug nut torque again after you ve driven a few miles on your new tires. Will definitely use these guys again for both our cars. However they may get more business if they remove the political posters from their Stick with the tire service. Had some trouble with their exhaust pipe work

Exceptional service and staff. Competitive pricing for the area. I enjoyed the waiting area having comfy couches and chairs with a TV, not to mention interesting books, magazines, and even Native American artifacts....plus some very friendly German Shepards.

I wont go anywhere else for tires. Great for new tires and they carry quality used tires. Every time Ive been here its been great. Forgot to mention the shop cat is awesome as well.

My husband and I try to take our cars here for servicing before we go to the dealership because 1) Id rather deal with a local company and 2) I dont like being railroaded by the dealerships and 3) I prefer a straightforward attitude and approach. Service is quick and friendly and they always try to get me in and out with no fuss. Weve been coming here did almost ten years now and will continue to do so.

This place was the worst customer service Ive ever seen in my life , for one they lost parts to my car then tried to say they were never there and two they put two new back tires on my car and now my car is making and awful loud terrible noise because they messed something up. I wouldnt ever go there again its not worth the cheap price u end up paying more in the damages they cause!!

Absolutely horrible. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here. We purchased new tires, had them mounted and balanced, and subsequently had a shake while driving. We took our truck to the mechanic and he told us the tires were not balanced properely. We returned to hoosick tire and they rebalanced them for free. The shaking was still present so we returned to our mechanic. Our mechanic then balanced our tires and told us it looked like a five year old had done the work. Its unfathomable to be that the one job these people have they cannot do properly.

When your bay doors are wide open its hard not to notice the signs and confederate flag. Just wondering if you have taken them down since becoming aware of them

Hoosick Tire was very easy to work with. I purchased my new snow tires several weeks in advance, as the adjacent state I live in does not allow studded snow tires to be installed or used until late. The tires were set aside for me, and they were able to install them first thing in the morning in the middle of the week, when I had called in advance to schedule. Hoosick Tires prices on a new set of snow tires at $120/ea were more than reasonable. If you are on a budget, and cant afford new tires, their selection of used tires are at $55/ea, and some of their used tire offerings look practically brand new, so Im not sure you can really go wrong there either. Hoosick Tire also took in trade some used tires I had from another vehicle, that were only used for one season, and gave me a credit for those as well. I definitely will be back here again for my future tire needs. The only reasonably priced local tire shop to me in MA closed its doors over a year ago. And the service and pricing from the resulting new business that took it over is certainly not the same! Thanks again.

I was staying in Cambridge and needed new tires. The morning I was supposed to leave to drive to Long Island I called Hoosick Tire and was told they could take me right away. I went and they did and the young man (Dillon?) was very polite knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend highly and with no reservation.

My experience with RTE 22 Hoosick Tire was not pleasant. When I first arrived to purchase a new set of tires I specifically asked if the could align my vehicle. The technician said he could. First thing that went wrong, they didnt have the right size tools. I had to go home to get the tools. Came back they aligned the vehicle. when it was parked out in the yard i could see the alignment was all screwed up. Brought out the manager, had her look at it. She agreed but unfortunately they didnt have time to fix it that day. I told her it was going to ruin the tires. Had an appointment a week later to fix the alignment. Yup it ruined the tires, technician couldnt figure out how to do the alignment so I helped him out . Again had to use my tools. alignment fixed now i have bad tires in the front. they told me they would have to send them out for manufacturer defect warranty. There was not a defect, improper alignment on their part. I dont have the old tire so I asked them if the were going to give me a set to use for the time it was going to take to get the warranty done. They told me I could purchase a used set. I had to argue with them to let me borrow 2 tires till the others came back. The rebate came back, however being the purchase the cheapest tires on the market they no longer had the style I wanted so I had to argue with them again about taking my rear tires back so I could have a matching set. They try to tell me that it didnt matter if they matched. Well im telling you it does. you dont see to many people walking around with a sneaker on 1 foot and a boot on the other. So everything was fixed. They said come on back for free rotation only cost $10.00/tire for balancing. No thank you Walmart will do that for life of the tires. so that is where I had my tires rotated and balanced. The tires road well and no road noise. 1200 miles they wore evenly right to nothing, they were 40,000 mile tread life. Everything they sell is has a 30 day warranty. They Hoosick Tire will NOT stand behind their products. I will never go back.

I had spent over $400 on new tires and came to hoosic tire for a wheel allignment. The sign says $60.00 for all four tires to be alligned, but they charged me $93.50 fir my acura integra to get alligned and said its because of the type of car. Once the allignment was done the guy craig told me he couldnt fix some negative camber in the front and some toe in the back, he promised my tires would still wear evenly, here it is two months later and my front tires are bald on the inside and 95% tread on the outside. Ruined a set of perfrctly good tires.

They where great. I called to verify availability of my tire size, and unlike some others they where honest and did have them when i showed up. The tires where quality two of them still have the new tire prickly things on the tread itself. They where all great people with great service. I would recommend to anyone that wants quality used tires at half the cost of new

I see others liked their service, but in my case they messed up my car and had to take them to civil court and was granted only have of what I was asking because of the age of the car. The judge gave them 30 days to pay and they never did. Now its 2 weeks over the 30 days and I had to contact the judge and going tomorrow to file at the clerks office and file more paperwork with the judge to answer a summons on why they didnt pay or do what the judge ordered. The owner was very rude in court as well. I would never recommend them to anyone.

They tried to take advantage of me because Im a girl. They told me one price and then another price, like they couldnt make up their mind of how much they wanted to charge me. They where vary rude to me as well, but the hoosick tire in hoosick was great to me

I have had them swap over many sets of tires and have never had any problems, great people to do business with.
