The Shop Collision & Mechanical in Camden

Having traveled over an hour today to Westdale for a work appointment my car became stuck in the snow, in the driveway of a client’s home. I called The Shop on the advice of the home’s owner. The gentleman who answered was very nice & although his tow truck drivers were busy & have been working nonstop during the past week’s winter storm he sent a truck to help me. They arrived within 25 mins and were able to assist. I am so appreciative of their help & assistance.

I found myself in quite a situation with my truck and trailer while visiting Camden to ride snowmobile. Bryan was at the right place at the right time and I couldn't be more grateful. He got me out of the situation and back on with my day. A true professional and real gentleman. Thank you very much.

While visiting my parents who live in Camden, I was having issues with my A/C. My stepfather suggested The Shop, having been a customer there for a while now. Brian and Shane were super helpful. Got me right in and out quickly and my A/C is colder than ever!! Highly recommend.

Had a issue while riding on the trail and these guys happened to pass us stranded with their work trucks they could have just kept going but stopped and gave us a hand being they had a service body truck and tools which we were limited too at the time. Really can’t emphasize how much this saved us as it was late and we would have had a three hour delay if not for the tools supplied. It’s this kind of people we need in this crazy world where no one seems to care for others anymore. Keep up the good work guys really can’t say thanks enough. Their wife’s even supplied us with some beverages while we waited! Stand up job, highly recommend this business.

Brought in vehicle for some repair work and to have inspected (overdue). Bryan and Shane are professional, personal and respectful. Bryan explained he needed to make phone call for parts and pricing but would get back to me later that afternoon. True to his word, he phoned me that afternoon, said the part would be there the next day and he would get to repairs and inspection the following day. Dropped it off one day and picked it up two days later. Timing was EXCEPTIONAL! Pricing was more than fair. Dropped my car off on a Thursday to be diagnosed before the posted hours of operation. Zach briefly took my information and let me fly out of there as I was on my way to work. I was concerned I may not get my car that quickly as the lot was pretty full, I knew this was a busy time of year for repairs. Brian followed up with me the next day after the diagnostic was completed ordered parts and completed all the work in a reasonable amount of time and allowed me to pick my car up at my leisure. Great crew to deal with, I’d highly recommend this shop.

We moved to Camden over a year ago - finding a trustworthy mechanic is more difficult than finding a good doctor. When talking to neighbors - they recommend the shop. Have used them for everything from oil changes to wheel bearings to tires. Their prices are comparable to the large chains. Today, I took my vehicle in for an oil change. Nice to be able to drop off a vehicle and walk home and not have to wait in a “customer lounge” ... Then have someone who knows less about cars than me come out and tell me that my break fluid is rusty and needs changing, or that my 3 month old battery is 3 years past due. Would rather support a local business. The owner is also the chief of the volunteer fire department - gives back to the community and then some.
