I highly recommend King Transmission! They are very honest and they do the job right! I won’t go anywhere else.
I called Sylvio to look at my vehicle. I advised him of the issue at hand. We all have been told that even though you think you know what it is we still have to inspect it. Well he did not ask me to take the vehicle in to validate the issue instead he made judgements and sputed out overestimated costs to repair that were far fetched and not possible in the worst case scenario. He also told me he had to help a Customer and told me he would call me back. And never called back. Unprofessional, uncaring, not trustworthy. And I would not bring any of my vehicles to his shop in Carmel to get fixed I would rather go to an honest shop with kind individuals that have concern and not emblems of dollar signs in their retinas. PS: In response to your reply. What you are trying to attempt is to fool the Public with your non-truthful words and tactics you have learned from what I believe a corrupt Attorney and also You did not even pull codes on my vehicle. Nor did you ask to see it. You made a judgment and it was wrong. As a matter of fact you just violated a Law and I will be contacting you about that one. Also Public just so you are aware I brought my Vehicle to another shop and they assisted me and also got no codes at all pertaining to your guestimate and the Car is actually fine in its state now. As you will see!. You are just another desperate for the dollar business that will take a person's money if they are willing to give it to you. You are telling lies which will catch up to you when the time comes by way of Karma.
I was very impressed with Silvios knowledge of every aspect of my transmission issues. I've never been to this place before. I'm a blue collar dude and I could tell right away this guy was a professional. He got me right in and did a computer check. He then told me what the problem was and gave me an estimate. I'm making another appointment. Highly recommend
Silvio did a fantastic job on my 2013 Escalade, I have delayed writing a review to make sure the job was done correctly, I am happy to say it was. I have put almost 10,000 miles on the transmission and towed an 7,500Lb boat with no issues. He’s my transmission guy from now on. It’s hard to find a good mechanic let alone a good transmission guy and I appreciate someone who knows what they’re doing. He kept me informed throughout the whole process with pictures and phone calls.
Brought my car in because it was making a rattling sound. They diagnosed and fixed the same day, great service! My husband also had his truck transmission done here a couple years ago, 2 years on and it’s still running great! They also charged 25% less than the first mechanic he brought it to. Would definitely recommend for general repairs and transmission service.
I have dealt with Silvio for many years on many types of auto repairs. He has always done an excellent job promptly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. Several years ago, he rebuilt the transmission on my car. He completed the job quickly and at a reasonable price. The transmission was still working perfectly a few years later when I sold the car. I had a similar experience when he rebuilt my wife's transmission which also lasted for several years until she sold the car.
My 2005 c230 compressor sport transmission went bad and Silvio and his team fixed it in no time and also worked with me like NO OTHER mechanic shop ever did.... He is my mechanic for life and I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS TEAM TO ANYONE... WHETHER FRIEND OR FOE. . HE WILL BE DOING ALL MY MECHANICAL WORK FROM NOW ON ..... THE MOST HIGH IS GREAT
These guys are the best. It's not just about what you do but how you do- in all, integrity is everything. I had a problem with my Toyota camry; it lurched forward between the first and second gear and I took it to a Toyota dealership at Danbury and I was told I need a new transmission, can you imagine! After about a week, a friend of mine told me about Kings Transmission, when I took the car to them, they did some test on my transmission and told me my transmission is in perfect condition and all they had to do was reset the TCM: Transmission Control Module, free of charge and that was it. My car runs great; like new again. So, I'll recommend these guys to my friends any time. And if you have any transmission issue, just go there

I blew the transmission on my 2017 Pro Master work van on Monday morning 10:00am. I called Silvio at King Transmission. He said to bring it right over.I was able to make it there. He had my transmission in stock. I picked it up the following day at 3 PM. Only lost one day of work. I highly recommend them.

I just wanted to send this quick thanks to Silvio and the staff at King Transmission in Carmel, NY. I stopped by King Transmission and described my problem. My 2012 Honda Civic was vibrating as it shifted from 20 to 30 mpg. Silvio hooked the car up to diagnostic equipment and was able to find a fault. He reset the system and the vehicle has been running flawlessly ever since. I asked Silvio how much for the service and he declined the charge. Thanks for the great service and your kindness, Silvio.
Great, honest shop. Been going here for 5 years and they always get the job done, at an honest price. They also give you OPTIONS, as opposed to just telling you what to do. Had an issue with a starter and they stood behind the 1 year warranty, no questions asked. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

My check engine light came on and visiting 4 other shops and being to told come back another time. I decided to stop in at King Transmission. After waiting about 5 minutes, they plugged my car into a diagnostic tool which reviled that the reason for the light was simply because i fueled my car with the engine on. One place i visited earlier that day was going to charge me $150 for that diagnostic, they didnt charge me a dime. Despite insisting to pay something, they wouldnt have it. What a refreshing experience, they now have customer for life.
Glad I ended up at King Transmission! Took my car to a mechanic before-hand for brake work and they said that my transmission was leaking. They had recommended another shop, but a good friend recommended King. I brought it in and Silvio got right to work and figured out the real issue- axle grease. Speaks volumes to his character and professionalism, he walked me through it throughly and was happy to answer any questions. Instead of worrying about how he could make a buck, he put me first. Will recommend him to anyone needing mechanical work!

Silvio is an absolute crook! Those other reviews have to be fake! He screwed me over on a transmission warranty for a Silverado he fixed and it lasted 3 months, it caused my family a lot of stress. He kept lying about the diagnosis and blamed the computer and instrument cluster as the problem yet both the chevy dealer and another private shop confirmed he was full of it. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT USE HIS COMPANY!
This garage is run by unresponsive and childish individuals. Dont let let them waste your time. Go elsewhere.

Have brought my car in several times for general repairs, front end, troubleshooting etc. Have found Silvio to be honest and upfront about all my repairs. After dealing with several other local shops and finding them to be less than honest ( being kind) I always go here and recommend others to him as well. There have been occasions when hes backed up a little but he has been more than accommodating in regards to that.
Worst company ever to do business with, they were supposed to rebuild the transmission in my rv, they charged 3500.00 for the work, it didnt last 500 miles before it broke down..called for a response was told the company is no longer in business..will be filing a lawsuit.. .STAY AWAY ,DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
