Johnson Towing & Auto Repair in Carthage

I called this company for assistance a young lady answered the phone and hung up on me in the middle of talking. I thought this was a mistake and the called dropped or something so I called back. The first and second time I called back the call was rejected and the last time they just did not answer. There are people that are in actual emergencies and need assistance and this behavior is completely rude and uncalled for

Tried calling to speak to someone about some allegations regarding the owner of this business and unfortunately was met with quite a disgusting response. The gentleman I spoke to seemed incredibly inebriated on an early Tuesday morning. I don’t want to assume this gentleman was under the influence but I wouldn’t even be on here writing a review about this. Please do not let this man around anything you have if you value it, it’s extremely unfortunate that so far the allegations seem undeniably true. If you are reading this and are still uncertain, the gentleman has reviewed his own company extremely unprofessional along with overly disgruntled comments and actions. He provides the proof in the reviews.

Incorrect equipment put 8nto vehicle way too overcharged and did not even get know how on problems he caused thank you Gary for nothing I fixed it myself😡it only took me $25 instead of the $1,400.00 bill I received did not offer to replace his messup

Great communication. They came out to my camp in the middle of nowhere to get my truck out of a small spring that had developed on the property. Great service and very personable.

Kinda pricey but, to be fair, we were in the middle of nowhere and these folks actually answered their phones. It was nice not being stranded on the side of the road longer than necessary and the driver was a super nice guy.

My 18-year-old son had an accident yesterday morning trying to take my daughter to school this man was called out to tow my truck up over a bank and to take my truck to my driveway 4 miles away.I was charged $594 without my consent!!!!they are Crooks and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General and I will also Be suing them.We as citizens cannot allow people like this to get away with over charging!!!!

Worst company ever towed my car into a no parking lane sueing this company don’t go here there crooks they will take your money charged $500 for a single tow!!! And parked it in a fire lane no parking zone
