I set up an appointment. Lost a days pay. No call no show. When I asked what happened they claimed they called. (Lie) they said they texted(lie again) this is in opinion a terrible company and you would be better off going somewhere else. Terrible customer service and when it would appear that they care by telling you to call a number to talk to someone... the phone number DOESN'T WORK! So again TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!
Professional and easy to work with. They were able to quickly get my windshield replaced. Much more professional than the company my insurance company wanted me to work with.
No issue, took a little back and forth and you will likely speak to their corporate office which was a little weird (meaning don't think they really have a central office here in Albany) to get a final estimate. Only gripe was the final estimate was a bit more then what was stated online but I realize this was just an estimate. As far as the day of repair, the autoglass tech called nice and early and made it a point to get out before possible rain so I wouldn't have to be stuck through several days of rain. He was polite and professional. While they (the people on the phone) advised me over and over and re-calibration of my lane departure system would likely be needed it worked just fine, thus saving me money from going to the dealer, your mileage will vary on that though. So the the tech clearly did a good job in keeping the system intact. I think I definitely saved money over going to safelite.
I was very impressed with the service and price. Bill was very professional, thorough and timely. I’ve used other auto glass service companies many times, but will make Arrow my go to company from now on. I highly recommended them!!

Called and had scheduled windshield repair for Monday. They said they tried to call but voicemail was full which it wasnt. Then took their quote and doubled it but since I cant pay that Im out another week without a car due to the windshield .Horrible customer service and second rude person I have dealt with on the phone.
