Frank and the folks at the Chappaqua Auto Center blew me away with their professional and extremely helpful work ethic. I came in with no warning and totally warn down rotors - metal on metal. They took me in right away and were so friendly ! They made me feel like they were my own personal auto shop - and had been for years ! I cant possibly recommend them more highly ! They were a godsend and I can tell that theyre like this with and and everyone !

Discovered Auto Center when we moved the area last year. Friendly staff with experienced and honest technicians. There may be cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for. Will continue to bring all current and any future vehicles to them for our service needs.

Ive always had a positive experience at Autocenter. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They ve helped me to figure out some potential issues even when I wasn t exactly sure what the problem was but knew there was an issue. Plus, they consistently impress me with their efficiency. They get my car back to me quickly, which is a huge timesaver.

As usual, Frank and John were there for me. I hit a pothole and popped a tire. The car was towed to The Auto Center on Sunday and was expertly repaired by noon on Monday. Outstanding service from 2 genuinely nice guys. Highly recommend The Auto Center.

Great shop! They were able to do my inspection very fast!

I was fortunate enough to get a flat right before their exit off the sawmill parkway. Frank took care of me right away. Gave me a cup of coffee, some crumb cake and sent me on my way. Clearly a great establishment!

The literal only place I take my vehicles. I have had three different cars over the years (about 15+) that have gone to them. I can say they are the absolute best, and trustworthy folks to deal with. I have to drive for hours (anywhere from 1.5 to 12 hour drives on a regular basis) so the team I go to can t just make it work for basic daily drives. This crew is experienced and understands the needs of someone who demands from their vehicle. Go to them and you will not be disappointed.

I am new to the area and Auto Center. What a great experience getting my car serviced. The staff was very friendly, informative and had my car ready when they said it would be. Weve been going to the Auto Center for years, and theyve always done an excellent job. Whats most striking is their honesty. I thought I needed the brakes done, but they took a look and told me I could wait until the next service. This is not the first time they could have gotten me to pay for a service I didnt need. iI made an appointment to have my car inspected at 8am and the inspection was completed by 8:15. Auto Center is the best and I highly recommend them. They have taken care of our cars for many years.

THE place to bring your muscle car, exotic or even the family mini van. I have a 60s muscle car and these guys treat it like its their own. A lot of heart and soul goes into how this place does their business. Would give 6 stars if I could.

i brought my Buick in to have it checked for intermittent starting problems,John C. looked at it and worked on it,he found wiring faults from the engine fuse box area and he checked and cleaned all the wiring gounds and cables in the car! excellent and honest evaluation and repair,i traveled quite a bit to have him look at and work on my car and im so glad that i brought it here,excellant work and repair,GREAT SHOP!

I called the shop at 8:30am this morning with a check engine light issue I was nervous about. They said to bring it in, got there by 8:45am and they fixed my car by 1pm! They looked over my car and gave me an estimate on what else I need to take care of too. John and Frank are true professionals, they care about their customers and theyre so friendly. Their prices are reasonable, they provide high quality, timely service and they get the job done with a smile- these guys are great, dont bother going anywhere else!

I learned about John and the Auto Center when someone with the exact same car as mine (Volvo V70R) pulled up next to me on the street to chat cars. And I have been making the trek to Chappequa for all services in the 8 years since. Has fixed everything from a malfunctioning Haldex unit to radiators, brakes, AC issues, suspension. These are needy cars. Hes very knowledgeable about Volvos and often has ingenious fixes that obviate the need to buy any parts. When parts are needed he sources them very economically. Honest, thorough, fair priced, and has kept the street-parked city car running strong past 160K .Cant recommend enough.

John Sr and John Jr really know their stuff. Ive been coming here for years and wouldnt trust my car anywhere else. Honest and knowledgeable techs.

Just had my front brakes and oil changed. They were quick, professional and not too expensive. They have always been able to diagnosis a problem and correct the problem with no fuss.
