Been going there for 30 years. Excellent! They just fixed my front end and tuned it up. It drives like a new car.
I’ve been going to O’Malleys forever. Tom, Rich, and the rest of the team are incredible. I just brought my car in for a minor repair due to a collision earlier this year - not only did they do a great job with the repair, but they cleaned both the interior and exterior of my vehicle and filled up my windshield wiper fluid in addition to the repair, at no additional charge. These are things they don’t have to do, but they DO, because they care about doing good work and making their customers happy. They always go above and beyond. Will always give them my business!
If I could give 10 stars I would. Tom and his staff did an excellent job and really helped us out when my daughter broke down on I-90. I would recommend to anyone! Great business and person!
A locally owned shop run by honest and kind people. Tom, the owner, is often trying to talk me OUT of doing work to my RV. I trust that what he tells me is his honest opinion and that he's looking out for my best interests, not his own.
I brought my camper to O’malley’s with water damage. Each time I called the owner Tom kept me updated where the process was at with the insurance company. He is one of the most professional and hardworking business owners that I have ever dealt with. He takes a lot of pride in his work and I can’t thank him enough for all of his help.
From the day i was quoted the work to the day it was finished they treated me amazingly, every single one. Tom is a great guy and has a great team. They nailed the color just as requested, specially on a big motorhome. Definitely will go to them anytime I need anything!
A big time shop with a neighborly reputation. Every time my family has needed advise or work done, this shop has come through. They shoot straight. they are honest to a fault. Here is the kicker, Every Single Time they recommended something, and I ignored it, they were proven exactly correct. Every damn time. You won't find that many other places. It's worth it. They will treat you better than you deserve. Note, bring your used car here before purchase, they will evaluate it.❤️❤️❤️

Questionable steering practices for mass state inspection. CMR 540 REGISTRY OF MOTOR VEHICLES states to visually inspect and identify faulty ball joints inspect per manufacturers requirements processes. They jacked up the front end and used a 4 foot pry bar to flex the ball joint. This is not the manufactures procedure. Suspicious that they kept asking if this was my first time there because they recognize all names .but did not charge before the inspections which is step 1 in the mass inspection guidelines so after seeing this I took it down the road and the Inspection complete with no issues.
Professional, courteous, everyone was friendly. Oil change is all I went for but I wouldnt hesitate too too back for repairs. People speak very highly of the garage and the people that work there...

I got a flat near by and pulled in to ask if I could borrow the jack for 20$ and they wouldn t except my money and went out of their way to change my tire for me I will be giving them my business in the future for sure !!! Great people!!

First time visiting this family owned a business. Everyone was very friendly and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
So far so good, have an appointment to get my 2000 Jeep cherokee classic frame repaired on August 19th, will try to update after its done. Update, they did a great job as promised. Still very happy several months later.

we had the rear wheel bearing done a year ago on my girls friends 2015 forester and have to have them done again because they didnt put the dust cover back on and dirt go in their doesnt sound like a place i would have my car fixed i heard if tom did the work this wouldnt have happened

Professional and friendly. I was traveling through MA and had mechanical problems with my truck while towing a horse trailer with horses. Tom OMalley personally saw to it that my truck was worked on and fixed that evening so I could be on my way with truck, trailer and horses. Again, very professional with excellent service. Ive had both mechanical and auto body work done here and have been more than pleased. My fiancés Camry got backed into and was in need of body work. The owner and his wife were very down to earth, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Tom walked us through the whole process handling the insurance end himself and even giving us tips on what to look for when picking up our rental. Work was done in an acceptable amount of time. Picked up the vehicle and the body work was flawless. Car was immaculate and they even went as far as vacuuming the interior and trunk. Great service and attention to detail.
