THE WORST SECRETARY EVER , she is so rude and unprofessional, she needs an extensive customer service training, other coworkers are very kind, but the main face of this business has to be replaced. I will never come back to this place. Cero stars.

Went there Friday to get a inspection sticker and failed for tires! My tires are only two years old with plenty of tred! Told me I need new tires! I took my car to a different place and passed with absolutely no problem! The guy who passed me said there was no excuse for my car to fail! The guy pretty much just said well it is what it is and made me feel like I was crazy even though I knew my tires were fine! Glad I was able to get a sticker elsewhere! Will not be going back here!
I am so thankful I brought my car to them. I’m from NY and was In a bind on the mass pike. They were so awesome. Went out of their way to accommodate me. Literally could have cost me $5-$600 easy. They were amazing & did so much to help, Great people. Great customer service. If I was local I would 1,000 be a customer. Highly recommend. Good people. Super knowledgeable, Thanks Manthorne, you could have taken advantage of me in a bad situation and you Guys went above and beyond to help me. 🤗
I love this place. The staff are great. Heck they are just plain awesome! I have got my vehicle inspections here and basic mantiance like breaks and the such. Always great service. My only gripe is they can't clone themselves! Seriously it's so nice to have a good set of people helping get your car back on the road. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Nothing but the best place to have your vehicle taken care of. Along with yourself! Love the place! They are always trying hard to please customers. I was unable to have my car serviced bc they were extremely busy bc they only have 2 bays and wpuld need to wait a month. The receptionist was honest and friendly. i totally respect honesty!!

I really love this place! Bob and LouAnn are very honest and kind people. They do great work at very reasonable costs! Theyre very professional, friendly and helpful and the place is clean and organized. This is a trustworthy, honest, reliable, exemplary business. I think the quality of human interaction and the treatment from others can go a long way! Im extremely skeptical and leery whenever I have to go to a mechanic, in fact, I dread it, but I dont feel this way at all about this place. I feel confident and positive about having work done here and Im so thankful that I found Manthorne Automotive! I will always bring my car here for repairs, service, oill changes...... everything!
