Always done great work for me!
Needed a inspection sticker and took me right away. Even though my car is older they did a through inspection. Will go here again.
I would definitely recommend Michael's for your automotive needs. I recently went here to get a state inspection. The two people working at the time were very certious and started right away. My vehicle stays in a garage all winter so I asked if they could check the tire pressure. After the inspection, they added air to all four tires. When I offered a five dollar bill for them adding air, they refused saying "it's no problem. We want you to come back". I thought this was the definition of good customer service! Caring that the customer wants to come back again and treating you in such a way that reflects it. Overall I had a very good experience here.
These guys were insanely nice. This is the day before thanksgiving at 3 an hour before they close, the Car was over heating extremely, and we didn’t know what was going on. They let us come right in, looked at the vehicle right away and figured out the issue for us. They were extremely helpful and very kind. I would highly recommend this place
Great hometown garage.. Inspection station is always helpful and timely.. they offer lots of services also from basic oil change tune up tires alignments along with engine repairs and auto body work.. Great Garage!!! Good Family Operated business Keep it local folks!!
Stopped in for an inspection sticker for a recently purchased used car. The service was excellent and the team had a focus on a positive customer experience. Will definitely be back for future servicing issues. Well done.
I went in today for my inspection sticker and an oil change. I had never been here before so I wasn't sure how it was going to go. The owner was very nice. He told me all about his family. It is obvious he is crazy about his grand kids and great grand child. A very proud grandparent. No issues having oil changed or sticker done. Service was quick. A very nice family business. I will definitely go back.
A warning light came on while driving home to CT called several places to see if they would check it out all but Michaels said they didn't have time. Mike Jr and Brian checked my cooling fluid and filled it up checked the temp and the exhaust to make sure I was safe to drive the hour+ home. Friendly service like in the old days🙌

Called at 11:30 am and asked to have my car inspected. Was told to arrive at 1:15pm. When I arrived at 1:17pm I walked inside and there were two men staring at me. I said I was here to get my car inspected to which they responded So we don t get to eat lunch today? which caught me off guard. After the rude comment and continued staring I said I was going to go somewhere else and one of the men told me to go F myself. Get your car inspected literally anywhere else.
I was looking at a used car purchase at a nearby dealership, and the techs at Michaels were gracious enough to do a third-party inspection of the vehicle with barely 10 minutes notice. They showed me all the trouble spots and answered all of my questions. Thanks guys!

I really appreciate that you can get a sticker here on a Saturday. The day I went they were open until 2:00 and there was no waiting. Quick, easy and convenient.

Mike is or was a cheat and a fraud. Completely ripped me off and blatantly lied to me. Told me one price and made me pay another and then I found out he never replaced what I paid for. Now I have to pay all over again to get it fixed elsewhere

DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN INSPECTION OR ANY SERVICE ON YOUR VEHICLE!! I went there for an inspection of my truck. They quoted me $150 cash only explaining this was a state mandated rate because of the size of my truck and it was a recent law change (which sounded way off). They were yelling at me saying Id have to wait a long time and to stop blocking the bays ( I was actually trying to ask them where to park when they started yelling at me about this). Bizarre. Left immediately I went to Bay Road Inspection in Belchertown, where they charged me $35 on my credit card and got it done professionally politely. $35 is the state mandated rate.

The only times i have been to Michaels, they have bragged about how they go to lunch, or breakfast instead of dealing with an impatient customer. I understand it is your shop, run it how you want, but I wont be returning. Thats a very rude and quite immature procedure, especially when dealing with a PAYING customer. Im glad I wont have to experience that type of service.

Told us it would take an hour for an inspection sticker, even though they were sitting around not doing anything. This plus their conservative stop Elizabeth Warren sticker, we couldnt help but feel they were racist and/or homophobic and didnt want our business. Avoid this place. Sturbridge gas gave us an inspection sticker in about 10 minutes.
Awesome place! I went to Michaels for the past 4 years and my dad has been going there for 8+ years. I live in Pennsylvania and I drive up to get my rig and my trailers inspected here cause the level of treatment and respect I get here I dont get anywhere else. Other then the whole Massachusetts camera inspection in the inspection bay is the biggest scam and joke pulled on Massachusetts but keep your vehicles upkept and in good working order.

My car broke down on 84 south and while searching for near by mechanics, this place was the closest. Straight forward, knowledgeable and old school mechanics they couldnt get the part I need that day .. So I have to spend they night around that town. They went beyond mechanical Service . They help me out to get a hotel and drive me there. I wish they were more closer to Maine .I would take my car any day to their shop. Thank You Mr Michael ! I made it back to Maine without any issues. If you ever in Portland, maine I would buy you a beer sir.

*** DONT GO THERE FOR INSPECTION *** they literally stole my money. I went there for inspection. They gave REJECTED first front-end failed , and told me to come later because the mechanic wasnt there. When i went there another day, they told me to stay away from store, even from drive way. in 10 mins he came back, and asked $100 for fixing the car. when I got the car, the sticker was on it, and nothing was fixed or changed in the car. He just made $100 extra from me.

My parents brought in our Jeep Grand Cherokee because it wouldnt stay running after a jump, and stalled shortly after it started running many times. We told him straight out that we couldnt pay in full. That we need to pay in payments. Michael said that was fine and took our Jeep. After a week of Michael saying he was waiting for the part we needed, one Saturday he said it was in the garage and it would be done by 2:30. My parents never got a call back and it wasnt done that day. The following Tuesday, my parents went to the garage, the snow from previous snowstorms had not been cleared off of the Jeep, proving that Michael was lying about having the Jeep in his garage on Saturday, because the snowstorms were on Thursday and Friday night. Today my parents went there to see what was going on, and he hadnt done a thing to fix our jeep. Rather, he let it sit outside and lied to us for a week. Michaels is not courteous, he lied to us, and I wouldnt recommend this garage to anyone.
