This is a horrible establishment. They are overpriced and the after hours service is absolutely terrible. The receipt isn’t even itemized so you don’t know what you’re paying for. There’s a prissy man on the after hours line that is rude and the customer service just completely horrendous!
The worst place they charge too much. They charge me too much money just to go five minutes away $200 and whatever they tell you, please don't listen. The place they recommend you don't go they all in business together they looking to rep you off they so no good

Sunday, December 1, 2019 Snowstorm. They arrived within 30 min. Polite tow driver. Safe at facility for approx 6 hrs until my ride finally came. Waited in cold bldg sitting no heat. Strict using restroom.
I had a dead battery on an extremely cold and windy night. I called Sturbridge Service center and actually got a person to speak with! She told me someone would be there in a few minutes. They were there in about 5 minutes! Steve was very caring and considerate. Thank you!!
Our car broke down on the Mass Pike coming from Boston driving to Canada. They were quick about 20 minutes. Very helpful being from out of country. They dropped us off at a great auto mechanic and brought us to a lovely hotel. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!
Joe did a great job towing us. He had to be extra careful putting us on the flat bed because the car sits so low to the ground. After taking the car to a garage he dropped is at our hotel. Thanks again Joe
One of my trucks broke down in a major intersection last week. Sturbridge Service Center responded immediately and saved me from a big headache. We run a fleet of vehicles and every time we need them they are there. They are very professional and skilled. We expect our providers to go above and behind as we do and Sturbridge Service certainly fits the bill.

Its hard to have a great experience with a towing company, because if youve had to call them, youre already having a bad day. Having said that, we broke down on the Pike with a truck and trailer, and AAA sent these folks out with two trucks to rescue us. Josh was the foreman/supervisor in one of the trucks, and went out of his way to work with us. They had to charge us for the trailer which wasnt covered by AAA, but it was fair and professional. Our truck was towed back to our mechanic in Hampden, and they allowed the trailer to sit on their lot for a couple of hours while we got another truck and came back for it. We were ready for the (unfortunately) typical rude, uncooperative experience that weve experienced in the past dealing with towing companies. We were pleasantly surprised that these were real, decent human beings that helped make a tough day a little easier. Thanks!

Got in an accident on the mass pike and these guys showed up to tow my car. The tow truck driver and the other employees that I talked with were friendly and accommodating. Thumbs up for Sturbridge service center.
We are from Southbridge, broke down just over the line in Kittery, Me.and Paul our tow driver drove all the way up to get us! He was awesome the whole way back!! We couldnt ask for better service!!

Paul from Sturbridge Service Center was set to tow my car on the masspike for a flat tire, but then he scouted the entire car for the tool he needed to see if we could get it changed right away. He was able to find the tool he needed, and he saved me and my ability to make it to an appointment that I otherwise would have to cancel

My vehicle was involved in an accident and no other towing service can be used since it was a restricted area. The driver arrived and refused to drive us to where we need to go. First he mentioned it was going to cost a lot, at this point in pain and shaky from the accident I just wanted to get home. We told him the money wasnt the issue we will pay. He still refused as he claimed he was too busy he towed us from Charlton to a plaza in auburn. We then were charged 160.00 and had to contact another tow service. His refusal in taking us home to Framingham resulted in a huge inconvenience for having to wait for another tow truck which didnt arrive for another 2 hours. I would never recommend this place but if you are on mass pike you have no choice since they are contracted for towing on mass pike
Destroyed sidewalls on two tires simultaneously. Rapid response, called ahead so shop had tires pulled and ready to go. Friendly, courteous driver. Very pleased. Used AAA service
