It’s says 24hs, but it is not. I kept calling because I was 6min away from Boomba’s, and I needed to get my EV vehicle to a charging station, which was 14min away. Anyhow, Mike, the guy that I was told to talk to was super rude, saying: “if I am not picking up, we are out of service.” So how come are you advertising that you’re open 24hs a day? Please, have a little bit more of emotional management and DON’T EVER treat your customers with such disrespect. He hung up the phone on my face for so little. So sad.

We were stranded in MA over a holiday weekend and Boombas were the only ones who answered our call. They were incredibly helpful, quick, and reasonable.

Excellent, professional and fast service. We waited. literally hours, for our roadside service to provide assistance towing our truck and horse trailer. One call to Boomba's Towing and they arrived within a half hour and helped make arrangements for our horse trailer and horses while our truck was being worked on. I cannot say enough about how helpful and pleasant they made the experience after the frustration of waiting for our roadside service to assist. I highly recommend Boomba's. I actually saved their number in my phone in the event I or any one of my friends need service in the future.
