After searching for the right product and quantity I placed an online order to pick up 25 rubber mats. I’ve purchased these before at TS and they were exactly as advertised (2018). I arrived today to once again pick up 25 rubber mats and when they were brought out it was a completely different design than the one online. I was told there’s nothing they can do as they are all the same part in the system. Shame on TS for not updating their website or having more transparency regarding the products they bring in and what’s advertised on the website. Classic bait and switch nonsense which left me with a take it or leave it option.
The staff here are awesome! Purchased a woodsplitter the other day but didnt have the right size ball for my truck to tow it home. Todd, an associate at TSC heard me say where I lived and offered to deliver it to me the next day - on his day off! Talk about going above and beyond. Next day it was there just as he said, thanks so much Todd and the rest of the staff that helped me out!
New favorite toy! Bought a great 100° swivel kick dump trailer for my atv. Works great for hauling stones, gravel, and firewood around the farm.
Came here for a water trough, put it on the cart and brought it back inside so I can continue looking around for things I needed. The lady behind the counter came up to me, scanned the trough and told me the price without letting me continue my shopping, felt really rushed and just wanted to get out of there. She was just kinda rude when I tried to strike up a small conversation with her, don’t know her name but she shouldn’t have expected my big item to be the only item I wanted to buy.
Ethan was a super star! I bought a kayak, and he helped me secure the kayak on my roof rack, and he also showed me straps that were much more secure than the ones that came with the rack system. For someone who doesn’t know much about kayaks, he was such a needed help. Thank you Ethan!
Always loved this store and decided to try their Pet Wash Station. For $9.99 you get unlimited time, privacy, large wash basins, shampoo & conditioner, towels, dryers, brushes ... everything you need to groom your pet without the mess at home! Associate Mike was very helpful for our first time trying this. This service provided time and a place to share grooming the dogs with my 7 yr old Granddaughter! So much fun!!!
What a super place! I love to browse through all of their unique items. Their prices are spectacular! Everyone is so very friendly! We visit there weekly in the winter to purchase propane. ONLY local place I've been to, that only charges you for the amount of propane NEEDED to fill your tank! :-) (Most places will charge you for a full tank, whether you need a full one or not!)

Lousy pet clinic service. website indicates that it s open no appointment needed you drive over sign on door says closed call tomorrow. 4 stores in 20 mile radius same scenario. Corporate should correct. Other customer drove 18 miles to find this site closed.

I call Guilderland for a shot for my dog, they tell me due to staffing, all the vet services are in Clifton park and they are available Saturday at 9am, just come in. I drive all the way to Clifton park for a sarcastic fake smile telling me unfortunately they aren t here today. Hehe although 3 people are sitting there doing nothing. Terrible customer service and management.
I went in to meet someone and out of curiosity stayed to see the baby chicks. While there, another customer who had purchased chickens prior to this, explained the different species of chicks to me.
Staff were super helpful and paul was amazing and delivered a coop for us that wouldnt fit in my car! Thank you!

By far the best staff ever. The ladies up front greet everyone the second they walk through the door. I went there today to purchase a truck tool box for my husbands truck for Father s Day. I had no idea how to instal or even what a j-hook was.. embarrassing I know. But a gentleman named Alan helped me get it into my husbands truck and even installed it for me!! I couldn t be happier. Thank you for making this day of celebrating the great men in our lives a bit easier for me.

The self pet wash is absolutely amazing. This saved me hundreds in grooming costs after hunting. Access to professional level equipment and shampoos are a God send. Thank you.
(Literally just walked out of store to post this) This is not about store rather vet clinic... I literally was in line at 2:28 Waited (a women in front talking about her dogs whether or not they were pitbulls and stigma surrounding them) Anyway finally get up for girl to tell me they are not taking anymore animals... So I ran all the way down here for you to tell me no???? I could understand if I walked in at 259 or close to that...but literally 32min before close... SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE ....I HAVE USED THEM MANY MANY TIMES...waste of time...
Plenty of staff, that wasn t the problem. The problem was zero customer service skills of the employees. I spoke to several of them asking for assistance to find certain items and they all were in desperate need of customer service training!!! Not one of them offered to show me where the product (s) was and some were condescending, others like the cashier had zero personality and a Thank You to me upon purchase I guess was not included in his training. I ll find another store to shop in!!!!!!!
One of the best tractors supply s I can still go to. They still have pearl snap shirts and a good selection of inexpensive hats. Along with still having everything else.
Bought Huskee riding lawnmowers from TSC for years. Called for a set of blades. In past TSC found part and ordered it if it was not in stock. Yesterday a young wonder said we dont sell them any more, bring in the blade and maybe we can find a replacement. Service aint what it used to be. He seemed that he was tired.

Cashiers (Brandon and Matt) too busy talking about video games and on their phones to actually interact with the customer. Didn t tell me my total, stood there talking with his coworker while I m standing there holding my money out. Finally takes it, put it in the drawer and continue to talk rather than getting me my change. Some people have work to do and would like to check out quickly while you guys are having a lovely chat about video games... come on...

The workers at this store were rude, condescending, and sexist. I was shopping for some stuff for my dog and other items, and asked if they had yard furniture sense we were already there. The older gentlemen who I asked made it seem like it was the most insane question, talking abut how I would have to go somewhere more girly for that kind of stuff and how that was a manly store, and laughing at me for asking such a question. For the record I was carrying boots so I could muck barns, I dont see why its such a preposterous question to ask if they have yard furniture. He needs to crawl out of the 60s. Furthermore the guy at the register was rude, asked if we wanted our stuff bagged. When we replied yes, but that we could carry the bird feeder cause it had a handle, he gave attitude and put the bag on the counter with a gruff sigh and left all our other items unbagged. We ended up carrying everything out in our hands. I wont return to this store, Ill stick with the one in Troy.

Price is fair what you need
Pet shots - best place to get your pets vaccinated. Every Saturday morning I believe. Prices are substantially below veterinary clinic prices. Also got microchip for our puppy.

Paid 3.65 for wood pellets when sign said 5.29. Told cashier, he said sign is wrong. Went back next day, rang up 5.29, same cashier. Asked him about yesterdays price, he looked confused like we never had the conversation. Not very friendly or customers service oriented place.

Ha!!! What a fun store! I had never gone. I dont own a tractor. Ive never ridden a tractor. I have no idea how to supply a tractor. BUT! My wife and I decided to visit just out of curiosity. And we had a blast! If I ever need a 5 safe, or a new wood-chopper, or some seriously intimidating hunting knives, Ill know where to go. We did actually find cat treats at a better price than usual, and we might go back for a 22lb bag of dog food for our Chihuahua. Or maybe not. And they DO sell parts for tractors!

Larger store than most. Bought pet food there, then wandered around for 45 min. great prices.
This is more than just a store for farmers or rural residents. I needed some straw to keep a feral cat warm in zero temperatures and Tractor Supply had it at a great price. I was amazed at all the other things they carried for house pets, basic gardening and a whole variety of things relevant to a suburban environment. The Store is crowded with a Cornucopia of stuff from baby chicks to clothing! They also offer a monthly Clinic for Pet Vaccinations and Checkups. Its not your average Walmart but provides products a lot of us can use.
I normally love this place. Lots of empty space!

Tractor Supply on Route 9 Clifton Park is it really good area a good place to go especially if youre looking for things like after the season sale kind of stuff you know like for an example hats gloves that you would wear outside good boots a lot of coveralls and and work gear things like heaters and so forth very good place to shop the employees there are very knowledgeable they can answer just about any question you might have and theyre very helpful its definitely worth the visit

I like this type of store. Its definitely for farmers and non farmers. I bought my rain boots there, I love it! As a matter of, I gave a pair to my Colombian Aunt and she loved it! They dont sell raincoats there. When I returned, I bought myself another same pair. I love it! That store has amazing farm and animal food. Some sell animals,like rabbits, little birds, no cats or dogs though. I love visiting these type of stores. I guess you say, I love farm places.
