At one time they were the shop I always used but after this last time I will never use this company again. The car was hit in the back right side in a parking lot the other car pushed my car sideways for 2 too 4 feet the ABS light was not on before the accident but now it is i told them it was not on before the accident they said they were going to check it out and add it to the insurance claim but they never did when we went to pick it up the light was still on and because of the ABS light being on now the 4 wheel drive is not working or the ABS. In closing i would not ever use them again or recommend them .

Worst experience with a collision shop I ve ever had. Brought in a vehicle for a minor cosmetic dent on the fender, and Caliber proceeded to take off the whole front of the car including side mirror, door handles, headlight etc. They wanted to charge me to for putting the parts back on. I refused and bought it someplace else. Won t be returning

Steam suddenly started coming out from under the hood of my Jeep about a mile from my destination. Since I was in traffic I looked for a safe place to pull over (out of the way). Fortunately for me it was Caliber Collison. The manager came right out and asked me if he could help. His mechanic came out and knew right away it was the water pump and serpentine belt. They called Advance Auto, took me there to get the parts and replaced everything at no cost to me. Needless to say I am extremely grateful to these guys for going above and beyond. WOW

I recently had my first experience ever with an auto claim, and was sent to Caliber Collision in Clifton Park, and was treated with courtesy and respect (by Ramon in particular , and by others in the shop). Came in this morning to get an estimate for some damages to my car, Maddie was kind enough to write me up an estimate on the fly. Her and her team took great care of my vehicle and carefully examined all the damages. Nicest people! :)

My car needed body work and front bumper replacement. Mr. Ramon was assigned the work from the Caliber Collision @ Clifton Park, NY. From the moment my car was given at the repair center, I received timely progress text messages. My car needed few touch up for the small dents due to road pebbles. Ramon took care to keep the touch up paint aside for me. On day of receiving the car back, my car was nicely cleaned from inside, vacuumed properly and he gave the detailed final inspection for delivery. I am happy with the service provided by Mr. Ramon and the Caliber center overall. I recommend the body work center to people looking out for repair of their vehicle and getting on road fast!

I had to get my hood replaced and these guys did a perfect job painting it. Very professional and the customer service is excellent. Clean and upscale compared to most body shops I ve been to. They went above and beyond by deep cleaning my backseats, cleaning the floor mats, and adding a fresh scent to the cabin since they knew I was planning on selling the car. I doubt it but I feel like my engine was producing more power after I picked it up but that could ve just been since it was sitting for a few days or placebo lol. Anyways it was a tremendous experience!

I came in with damage to the plastic skid plate under the car. I ran over something on the highway and every time i went over a bump, the skid plate would scrap. They offered to take off the skid plate until they could schedule a time for me to come in. When they put it up on the rack, they saw it was just the clips came out. They fixed it right away, with no charge. Thanks

When my car was reviewed for damages, the muffler was hanging down, which meant I should not drive it. A Tech repaired the muffler so I could drive the car until it went in for the repairs. This meant I did not have to rent a car at that time. I really appreciated the extra service.

The folks at Caliber Collision Center in Clifton Park were excellent. The initial estimation for my insurance company was completed quickly, and the repairs were completed within 4 business days. After dropping my vehicle off to them, I received text message updates on their progress. They even cleaned the interior and exterior of my vehicle before returning it to me! They made the process seamless, including my pick up and drop off of the rental vehicle through Enterprise. 5 stars, and will definitely be recommending them in the future.

If we lived in the area we would definitely recommend this store to all our friends but unfortunately not. So I will write this revew. How fortunate! These guys at this repair store are the nicest and most trustworthy people we have met. During a trip from Maryland to Canada, we noticed a terrible noise coming from our right front tire. Unfortunately, it was Thanksgiving Day and all the stores were closed. This store happened to be the nearest car repair store so we stopped by knowing it s a long shot. Store was actually closed but we saw some staff came out from the store so I asked if they can handle it tomorrow, but they graciously checked out my car immediately and finded out the problem,and solved the problem. They are true professional!!

Bumper had to be re-fitted with pieces falling off after leaving shop. Screw cover in door handle was lost and not replaced. Caliber damaged inside of my door and then denied responsibility and refused to replace it. Estimator Ramon initially said it would be covered if not able to be fixed by their staff. Manager Simon then sent me to a third party upholstery shop and offered to pay for it that way. This shop was not able to help me. So i drove out of town at the request of this shady bodyshop manager that likes to do under the table deals instead of making good on a mistake through proper avenues of his corporation. Do not do business with these guys. Support your local Mom and Pop shops like Neets in Mechanicville. Caliber will clearly hire anybody, do not perform quality work, and do not care about the customers property.

The communication is great and the end result of their work is nothing short of excellence!

The quality of work was 5 star but I was a little disappointed in the fact that I was told (after I double AND triple checked prior to drop off) work would begin on Monday morning. After coming to check how things were moving along on that Thursday, I was told it haven t even been assigned to an employee to START work. I was beyond disappointed and annoyed considering I had already gone through (what I thought were) the proper channels to make sure work would start. Considering my vehicle was drivable I felt this was disrespectful and unprofessional for a business to operate in this manner. I had to make arrangements to have a vehicle to drive to work all those days without my car, when in reality I could have been driving my own car! That being said, once I shown my unsatisfaction about the events happening my vehicle was immediately brought in and work started on. After that point things went very smoothly. And I do appreciate the work that was done on my car. So thank you.

I was distressed because someone scrapped my bumper in a parking lot. I went into Caliber Collison, Clifton Park, because my sister has always used Caliber and highly recommended them. Work was done perfectly and quickly. Customer service was great and to my surprise, they thoroughly cleaned the interior. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

I stopped by Caliber Collision in Clifton Park today to get a price on repairing some minor scrapes someone left on the side of my vehicle in a parking lot. Simon came out to help me and while he said some of the scrapes looked pretty deep (and some minor denting), he suggested that his buffing and finishing guy should be able to make it look a lot better with some time and tools. He had some time and Tom took me right into the shop to work some magic. In about 20 minutes or so, he buffed up the area with ultra fine buffing pads, working into the clearcoat, compounded and polished the panel. He did a great job, almost completely eliminating the scratches. A world of difference! And they took no money. A community service, Tom said. Thanks to Simon and Tom.

The third brake light on my 2011 Audi had come loose and was hanging by the wiring. I had tried to repair it myself, took it to my normal mechanic, and even to the Audi dealer and none of them were able to fix it. I thought of trying a body shop on the premise that they deal with reconstructing interiors as part of collision repair. I called Caliber and they gave me an appointment. Someone took a look at the car, knew how to manipulate the clips holding up the headliner, and put the brake light back in place in just a few minutes and didnt even charge me for the work! Thanks, folks! Youre top of my list if I need any body work in the future!

The workers were very friendly, helpful and communicated well. The scheduled repairs that were made were done well. I was happy with the finished product. Unfortunately there were additional chips in the paint on a different part of the vehicle that we re not there before. The company has pictures that show no chips, I have pictures that show no chips but they were there when I was picking up the vehicle at the shop. The manager was polite but would not accept responsibility or make repairs. I have to contact other people in the company to try and correct the issue.

Timely repair, sensitive to the needs of the customer since this was his only car. Extra service in getting the rims taken care of so wheels and tires could be replaced.

Having an accident is a very stressful situation and on top of that having to get a car repaired through insurance is a venture into the unknown. I was very satisfied with the professionalism of the Office Manager and General Manager here. They walked me through the repair let me know the cost and helped me with the rental. Needed to have my back license plate put on since the old one rusted out. But it required tools we didn t have at home. Appointment was quick and easy to schedule, and in under a half hour they fixed it free of charge. Much appreciated!

I had a big collision job for Caliber, they had my car for almost two months. Katie and Maddie were pleasant to work with, and they gave me continuous updates throughout the entire process via text. I picked up my car today and body work appeared well done. However the outcome was less than great. On my drive home I heard a horrible rubbing noise on the repaired side. I took it back and then claim I need brand new breaks and rotors and refused to discuss this any further. They say it was just a coincidence, however my car was recently inspected by my dealership with hood break life left. Prior to dropping my car off for repairs, my car was drivable so I asked to not drop it off until it was ready to start being worked on, which I didn t mind how long that was. Unfortunately they called and had me drop my car off and then didn t start working on it until I called them a week later and asked for it to be returned to me until they had time. They started the job that day. Sadly my car was also picked up on a below empty tank, ( 2 miles left ) which it has been below e freezing since I dropped it off and I signed a waiver specifically allowing them to charge me for any gas that was needed. For having my car for so long, and it being so cold out I just would have appreciated they kept it above E as that s how I gave it to them! so overall while the repairs look decent, I wouldn t use them again.

I made an appointment to get an in person estimate on my car on a Tuesday at 3 PM. I had the car towed early, and I received a call prior asking me to sign authorization papers because there was a estimate done by the insurance company. I explained the estimate was preliminary and only through photos but still signed. The following day I asked what was the results of the estimate. I was emailed that it would be completed by the end of the week. I replied, Why would an estimate take a week? I received no response. The following day, the manager Mike called and told me they would not be completing the estimate, even though I had an appointment for one and this was the third day my car was sitting there. He said they wouldn t because I wasn t getting my car fixed there. I never stated I wasn t getting my car fixed there but was just trying to get the first step complete. Caliber also never stated that I had to get my car fixed there when the estimate appointment was made, when I was asked to sign authorizations, or any of the three days my car was there. It is very unprofessional to bypass a customer s appointment because of what they assumed but after reading these reviews, I m glad they did because it doesn t seem their work is that great anyway.

They are responsible people and keep you informed with thier work.

My family has been coming to Caliber Collison in Clifton Park for years. Today I went in for an estimate to fix some hefty scratches on the side of my vehicle and was quickly serviced by Simon. He gave me a realistic estimate of how much it would take to get my sedan in brand spanking new condition. After careful inspection he then offered for the detailer, Mike, to take a look at it and after just a few minutes with Mike it was like all the scratches magically disappeared! I then drove away with a like-new-looking car, a $0 charge, and a bag of chips and you better believe I could not be more satisfied with this visit.

I recently moved to NY State and need to replace license plate and one of the screw was stuck and I could not get it out. took it to multiple different shops around and almost all shops sent be back asking to schedule the appointment.
